Leonardo Rome Holidays

I thought of Buffet Breakfast but there was only coffee with cookie. There was no nearby open market at night time while arrive. The internet in room was very poor.

Internet in the room was very poor.

Estremamente gentili e cortesi. Super diponibili

Pulizia e silenzio.

Good value

Coffee machine not working

Tutto bene

Facilities and aircon was very good. It is a virtual check in which is fine but can be confusing for those not technically savvy. I would use this property as a base to explore Rome and other surrounding areas. It is close to the shopping centre, train station is very close. This apartment is within residential area so you are dealing with a private landlord who was very accommodating. Sweets treats and stocked up fridge is a very nice touch.

The location is ok as a base but is a little run down. The check-in process is a little confusing and could be streamlined a little easier

Well documented instructions on how to find the room were shared well in advance. The room was spacious and clean.

Parking is not safe (we received strict instructions to not leave anything in the car) and is evidenced by the lack of cctv facilities in the parking lot. Parking is also VERY FAR from the rooms, so be prepared to walk with your bags for a distance, or do multiple trips. The cell reception is poor inside the building so getting in by using the app for the door can be challenging the first time. Breakfast was sad, squashed pastries in wrappers. The bathroom basin plug got stuck on first use and despite being notified, the host did not sort it out, this we had to wash faces and brush teeth in the kitchen sink.

The location is very convenient, close to both the mall and the train station. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

The breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and options. It would also be helpful to provide bathroom slippers for guests to make their stay more comfortable.

Bagno grande e comodo. Accoglienza eccellente. Posizione ottima. Lo consiglio vivamente.

This accommodation was superb! The host was helpful from the start and check in was very easy. A link was sent which had an option to open building door and apartment door. The flat was clean and each room had it's own bathroom which was super convenient. Each room had a mini fridge and a coffee machine and was stocked with some goodies. Beds were comfy. Lift was helpful! We only stayed for one night to be close to the airport but we wished we had stayed more! The mall right next door was great - full of shops and a food court, a games room and even a cinema. Was only one train stop away from airport - cost 8e per adult.

Great stay

The surrounding location is sketchy

Location

Nothing

Very, very hard to find. Called and staff was rude and not helpful. Too many steps to check in and get a key. Front desk yelled at my daughter. Spent one hour trying to check in while waiting outside in the heat. Horrible experience with a way too early check out time.

Bella stanza, pulita e accogliente.

The room was comfortable, very clean. The bed was good

It was difficult to us to open the door of the apartment, and we need owner's help

La vicinanza all'aeroporto

Proximity to the airport.

Small room, uncomfortable mattress, I would not say breakfast is included (cornflakes). Instruction to get to the location and enter were confusing. Better off putting address on Google Maps than following pin sent on what’s app.

I would strongly advice against staying at this hotel. The staff were very unfriendly unhelpful and unprofessional, extremly unpleasant.

Extremely unpleasant

Location.

It is not easy to access to the room. There are too many steps to use for the entry. The App is often off-line. Got blocked outside to many times. I did not like it because it is complicate and not easy to access to the room like you would do in a ordinary Hotel.

Bagno ristrutturato e ampio, camera ampia, cucina ampia

Arredamento datato, asciugamani ormai logori e con macchie indelebili e federe con macchie. Un’anta della cucina rotta. Diciamo che necessita di un rinnovo!

It was an amazing experience with the most beautiful staff!

Everything was great

👍🏻

Well equipped room with balcony. Lleana was very helpful and directions were clear. Just one train stop from the airport so it was convenient for a short overnight stay.

Bed was very soft and noise echoed around the nearby buildings. Be aware that phone data is necessary to check into the building and room.

Great Location at a very nice neighborhood, big shopping center, train station & airport. Modern key system.

The beds were to noise!L, but ok for a short overnight, I had a flight early in the morning.

It’s very close to the airport — exactly what I was looking for. The property offers a great balance of location, quality, and price. If you need a convenient and affordable place for a short stay, this is an excellent option. My arrival was quite late, so finding a variety of snacks and bottled water available upon arrival was a wonderful surprise. It was a very thoughtful touch and truly appreciated.

This was my first experience staying in this type of B&B. It is essentially an apartment divided into several private rooms with a shared kitchenette and common area. Each guest has a private room, but due to the limited sound insulation, the overall atmosphere feels more like an upscale hostel. In my case, the private bathroom was not attached to the room, so I had to access it through the common area.

Ottima guest House. Altamente consigliato.

La comodidad y limpieza

The owner was very helpful and great.

Had to take transportation to go anywhere.

Really comfortable stay with excellent communication from the owner throughout. The location was really ideal for our quick turnaround at the airport.

Nothing.

Pulizia, posizione e affaccio esterno.

Colazione un po' ridotta. Fondamentalmente sono merendine.

It was very clean! And the bed is really comfortable. Easy community with the host!

Conforto e qualidade da acomodação.

Dificuldade para encontrar o prédio exato.

Stanza pulita e accogliente.

Stanca carina, ottima posizione vicino all'aeroporto, nel parco Leonardo.

Posizione ottima asciugamani morbidi silenzioso
