Dirty dusty surroundings near a railway station with a lot of youth hanging about. Floors in my room were dirty. Toilet smelt of urine. Very basic.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Reception was open 24 hours which we needed as our flight was delayed so we did not arrive until 2am. Accommodation was clean, comfortable and quiet.The train station to Rome Termini station was just a minute or two walk from the hotel.

La stanza non è particolarmente insonorizzata, quindi si sentono sia i rumori provenienti dalle camere vicine e dal corridoio, sia dall’esterno

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The reception staff member was very friendly and checking in and out was easy. Provided all the facilities we needed for a one night stay. Very conveniently close to a train stop when we left the hotel.
The shower stall was a bit dirty (specs of dirt/mildew), and the bidet tap had a brown water stain.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff, a clean and simple room, but comfortable enough for a short stay. There’s a shopping mall right nearby where you can eat and buy practically anything. The quality isn’t top-notch, but it’s perfectly satisfactory when traveling.
The only downside was that the elevator in the parking garage wasn't working. There was no way we could carry our suitcases down the stairs from the fourth floor, so we had to park in a no-parking zone for a short while at first.

Purtroppo, la temperatura della stanza era veramente bassa. Il termostato era bloccato per motivi di sicurezza. Abbiamo dovuto spegnere l’aria condizionata e poi riaccenderla. Abbiamo passato la notte fra il freddo (dormendo con le coperte) ed il caldo.

They had two buildings, didn’t pay attention went to building 2 while I booked 1, and they were separated by railway so painful to climb up and down 3 floors with luggage. Make sure look before you book which building

Jedynie co się nie podobało to kody cyfrowe do drzwi, niestety pierwszy kod który dostaliśmy nie zadziałał, musieliśmy zjechać windą ponownie na dół. Przy drugim kodzie otworzyły się drzwi. Niestety w drugim po śniadaniu dniu gdzie nam sie spieszyło - niestety nie działał ponownie kod który dostaliśmy. Musielibyśmy ponownie zjechać na dom ale znaleźliśmy Pani sprzątającą która bardzo szybko ogarnęła sytuację za do bardzo dziękujemy.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L'Hotel é praticamente a 10 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria di Parco Leonardo, quindi la posizione é eccellente per raggiungere l'aeroporto (ma l'hotel mette a disposizione anche una navetta su prenotazione) o la città e a 10 metri dal centro commerciale con ogni genere di servizi (bar, ristoranti, supermarket, elettronica...). Insonorizzazione, confort e pulizia eccellenti.

Encontrei um mini escorpião no quarto. Cheguei cansada no hotel e já era quase meia noite, e ainda sim tive esse transtorno. Ao avisar a equipe, o moço foi rindo retirar o escorpião, e ainda disse que não era normal e não sabia como aquilo poderia acontecer. Após eu insistir muito ele me trocou de quarto, mas eu não consegui dormir lá. Impossível, nunca mais.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Struttura collocata in posizione molto comoda per recarsi alla Fiera di Roma, proprio davanti alla fermata del treno e vicina ad un grande centro commerciale con supermercato, farmacia e vari locali per mangiare. Camere silenziose e personale molto professionale.
Il costo è veramente elevato, soprattutto alla luce delle scarse dotazioni della camera.

Non ho avvertito un gran senso di sicurezza fuori dall'hotel, infatti ho preferito rimanere in camera la sera. Inoltre avrei preferito una colazione con più alternative specie per quanto riguarda frutta, frutta secca e semi. Il check-in è stato vissuto dal ragazzo che mi ha accolto con grande sufficienza, rispondendo a malapena alle domande che gli ponevo.

Smelled of cigarettes. Aircon or tv didn't work and we asked to be moved rooms. The maintenance man was much more helpful than the two ladies on reception, who were reluctant to help.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026I needed somewhere easy from the airport arriving on an evening flight. This was one train stop away, right by the Parco Leonardo station, with easy level access with luggage. I then needed to get to Termini the next morning which was quite straightforward taking the train from outside to Ostiense and changing for Metro Line B. The room was clean and comfortable, I had a great view of the airport runway and I was delighted to find a little shop in the reception with cold drinks and snacks. Breakfast was good too, and a bargain for 8.50.
The shower leaked which is never good!

The bathroom was very dirty. The sink and shower were dirty as well as the toilet. The AC was not adjustable and it was very hot on my arrival. The shuttle service was the main reason along with the location that I booked this hotel. But they told me I could not reserve the shuttle over email. When I arrived they said the shuttle was booked and that the only was to get a spot was to be physically on the property to reserve.

Stanza divisa con un altra stanza da una porta chiusa, quindi pochissima insonorizzazione, e pareti con evidenti segni di umidità, il porta doccino non manteneva la posizione

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Colazione eccellente, dolce e salata in quantità abbondante. Staff cortese e disponibile. La posizione eccellente anche per la presenza del Centro Commerciale che consente anche di consumare pasti di tutti i tipi. Staff cortese.
Solamente la doccia che mancava di un'anta. ma nulla di eccezionale.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026We had to stay in a hotel near the airport for an early morning flight. There was a shuttle bus to and from the hotel, even early in the morning. Very clean and modern inside and working towards being environmentally friendly with water use.
The shuttle from the airport took a little time to wait for, I think we had just missed one. There are two hotels with the same name, opposite sides of the road, so make sure you know which one (1 or 2) you are going to.

I had some communication issues with the Hotel about the shuttle. I was told by one person that I could get the shuttle late at night for an extra fee. My aircraft landed on time, but the baggage wasn’t delivered for an extended period - this is not the Hotel’s fault , but I then waited for the shuttle for more than an hour  and it never came. I wrote an email to the Hotel to get information about the shuttle and my wait, and that email still has not been answered. Lol (a different staff member told me that the shuttle never runs late… but this is not the information I got at the time and their website was not working from my mobile phone so I was kind of stuck ugh - a taxi from the airport to the hotel is about $50 even though it’s so close… so I was kind of bummed..) The room is comfortable and quiet but I left a small bag of chips on my nightstand for about two hours and when I came back, it was completely covered with ants. Yuck Also, my electronic key stopped working about three times.. kind of annoying when you just want to get into your room. I cannot say that I would not stay here again because it’s so convenient to the airport… but this is really a place that you need to manage by your own travel wit.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Ho soggiornato da sola per una notte nella 501. Letto comodo e stanza abbastanza pulita, devo dire anche silenziosa rispetto ad altri hotel della stessa catena (es Milano). Ho adorato il phon potente e la possibilità di avere una navetta per Fiumicino e anche per Roma Fiera direttamente dall'hotel. Personale gentile.
Non c'è vero e proprio armadio e lo spazio per i vestiti era davvero risicato (per me non è stato un problema avendo solo uno zaino). Pur non essendo vecchissimi, gli arredi del bagno erano arruginiti (mobile lavabo). Colazione scarna per quello che costa e non di particolare qualità..
