La cama era muy comoda

The shuttle stop is easy find to find from the airport and the shuttle comes every 15 minutes which is nice. Fine for a one night stay before a flight.

Entire hotel and the rooms are so outdated. Lots of carpet and old furniture, but the hotel was really busy so confusing on why no upgrades have been done. The front desk had a huge line when we were trying to check out and we missed the shuttle back to the airport and had to wait for the next one, they only had one person working right at 10:45am right before a busy check out time. The shuttle to the hotel makes multiple stops and takes 15 minutes, we were able to figure it out but an older couple who got on with us were confused and the bus driver wasn't helpful in telling them not to get off early, luckily we helped them get to the right stop.

I didn’t know that there was a free bus from the airport to the hotel. It would be nice to get an email about it together with the confirmation of the booking. I took taxi from the airport which took me to the wrong hotel (Hilton airport) for 16 euros and then another taxi from Hilton airport Hotel to H. Garden Inn for 25 euros.

The Hilton Garden Inn is an older hotel that has been well maintained. Rooms were spacious, the bed comfortable and sound proofed so very quiet. The food at the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. Loved the free shuttle every 15 minutes.

The room was large, clean, well equipped including a safe and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The free airport shuttle was excellent. Luggage storage worked very well. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect airport hotel for a night before or after a flight. Staff was friendly and hotel clean. The free shuttle bus from/to the terminal goes frequently and was easy to find.

Molto caro per pochissimi servizi. Ristorante affollato senza possibilità di prenotazione seppur è un Hilton 4 stelle. Colazione disponibile solo dalle 6 del mattino quindi non usufruibile per chi ha voli al mattino. Nessuna informazione in anticipio su come arrivare (vi consiglio di chiedere per non girare a vuoto). Insomma per dormire solamente eccessivamente caro e pochi servizi.

It was not far from the airport but my flight was 3 hours late so I landed at 2.30am I couldn’t find the airport shuttle so I paid 35 euro for a taxi which was too much. As it was 3am I just needed a hotel room and I had to pay it

The check in process was extremely slow. It was almost 4am and it took her 10-15 minutes just to photocopy my passport. I found this to be unacceptable. She seemed oblivious to the hour of night and to my exhaustion after a delayed flight. There was no mini bar in the room. I was hungry and there was nothing to eat. Also, the room had a musty, moldy smell (Room 142). I was so disappointed as I had paid a lot for the room (231 euro)

no me gusto el sistema de shuttle y la señalizacoin nos llevo al otro Hilton pero nos llevaron en una Van del Hotel, a nosotros y a otra pareja que le paso lo mismo. La habitacion es chico, pero tiene todo.

Очень непонятно было как найти шатл до отеля , бегали с чемоданами ничего не понимая по уровням и выходам. Отель инструкцию не дал, на запрос не ответил, в аэропорту давали противоречивые указания. Итак - терминал 3, на уровне прилета выйти из дверей номер 3, перейти через одну дорогу и найти столб с надписью A8, дождаться зеленого автобуса

When we called hotel for shuttle directions they were not clear. Bigger problem was our AC system dripped from the ceiling ALL night long to where we couldn't sleep. Woke up to a completely wet floor. Staff simply said "I'm sorry"

The quality of furniture (broken drawers, light fixtures hanging by a thread), door keys not working, drain in sink not working properly had to remove the plug for the sink, high level of humidity in the room, so uncomfortable to sleep! Door for the safe could not be closed when not in use so a hazard to bump your head!

Letto molto scomodo con rete e materasso da sostituire (abbiamo dormito malissimo) odore poco gradevole in stanza, cuscini enormi ed assolutamente scomodi, sapone per la doccia e le mani dall'odore troppo forte e per nulla gradevole, prezzo da fuori di testa in rapporto a quanto offra.

Reception was busy so there was always a queue to speak to reception / checking in / out.

That the hotel is so close to the airport. Took just 12 minutes to return for a morning flight. Good service in the bar when we sat down for some evening snacks after a long drive to the airport/hotel.

There was only 1 person checking in when we arrived on the bus and 20 people got off. Several minutes later the 2nd person came out. You really need 2 people when that many people come in at once.

The staff is useless: I asked them in advance to help with accommodating my parents and reach out to me personally in case of any questions, because parents don’t speak any English or Italian. The staff only replied after guests already checked out. 🤦 Additionally, they were asking for some deposit, but there was info about that on Booking and all was paid in advance already. And since my parents did not have 50 EUR in cash (and it was 12pm), it took convincing from an Italian friend to let them check in by leaving 10 EUR. The best part is that deposit was never returned, I am sure the guy just pocketed it.

The noise, it’s very noisy, the information about the shuttle was not clear. When we arrived there was a poster saying that the shuttle station was moved to another place but finally it wasn’t. It was mentioned that the hotel is 6 minutes by foot but it’s a lie. The service is very basic and random comparing to the price we pay. I specifically payed this hotel to have a good sleep before my early morning night. But because of the air condition or whatever it was that I couldn’t switch off, I had the worst night in my life.

It was clean and tidy and had really good food options. Staff were also friendly in suggesting locations to shop.

The shower head in the bath was to heavy for the fitting and didn't work well and the drainage of the water in both the shower and washbasin was extremely slow. We requested a room with 2 twin beds. They were very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was very basic and below average for a hotel of this level. The room is very crowded with the type of baby crib we got. For some reason, upon arrival, the staff was very busy trying to assist a lady who was unable to redeem her points for the stay. As a result, many families, including ours, with small children and babies, had to wait in a very long line after a long flight in the middle of the night, while she was being assisted separately by the staff. In our opinion, this was a very bizarre decision by the hotel team, and it significantly affected our experience. Lastly, we had a hard time finding the shuttle, even though the bus leaves from right outside the terminal. This is because there is a huge fence blocking the view of the bus stop.

Inattentive staff. Ordered a drink at the bar but was brought another. To be fair the right drink was brought. At breakfast noted other guests asked for a table to be cleaned. Waitress told them to go get their food and she would do it. She didn’t and when they returned she told them to use another table. Noisy room. Clicking noise . Thought it was from room next door, which you can hear people walking. Plugging things in etc. But clicking noise continued after they checked out. Kept us awake.

Hotel molto affollato, dopo aver atteso 15 minuti per il check-in, mi è stata assegnata una stanza già occupata. Sono entrato nella camera e ho trovato altre persone, veramente scioccante e deprecabile per un hotel di lusso 5 stelle. Il servizio ristorante gestito come un pub, non critico i camerieri, ma era evidente un clima di nervosismo e disorganizzazione, anche qui, da un hotel Hilton mi aspetto tutto un altro livello di accoglienza e servizio.

We had a very pleasant stay. The 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great option, especially if you need to stay close to the airport.

The only downside was the Wi-Fi. The internet connection was quite slow, with speeds of around 26 Mbps.

A welcome easy stay after a stressful 48 hour journey from Catania via Palermo to Rome due to flight cancellations at Catania because of Etna eruptions. The free airport shuttle is useful once you locate the correct stop, and the hotel is practical for an early flight.

One of the worst and most unprofessional check-in experiences I have encountered at a Hilton-branded hotel. I made the simple request that my personal billing details be recorded at check-in because I needed an invoice in my own name and would be in a hurry the following morning. The trainee receptionist, Ludovica, repeatedly disappeared into the back office, appeared irritated by the request and initially handed me a piece of paper rather than entering the details herself. She then incorrectly insisted that a private invoice required a partita IVA and codice univoco, although I had provided my Italian address and codice fiscale. When the duty manager, Ilaria, eventually came out, the situation became worse rather than better. She told me to “chill,” addressed me in a patronising and confrontational manner, initially entered the wrong address and placed the document on the counter dismissively. Even if there was a technical distinction between an information bill and the final invoice issued at checkout, this could have been explained calmly and professionally in less than a minute. The hotel itself feels extremely impersonal and institutional, and the restaurant resembles a busy corporate canteen rather than somewhere pleasant to have dinner. The property is also isolated on the airport platform, with restricted app-based transport pickups, making it unnecessarily difficult to leave. A distressed passenger arriving after a cancelled connection should expect basic competence, courtesy and empathy—not eye-rolling, argument and attitude. Completely unacceptable service and nowhere near the standard I associate with Hilton.

La atención de las chicas en recepción fue perfecta, hasta una de ellas hablaba en español así que me facilito el check in. El traslado desde el aeropuerto en el bus fue perfecto y el desayuno super completo.

Las fotos eran reales así que la habitación cumplió las expectativas. Todo limpio y cómodo. La atención de la recepción fue amable y atenta. La comida del restaurante es muy rica. The shuttle was very convenient and great for getting to the airport.

Breakfast was scarce and cold. Fruit flies on fruit. The eggs were cold and watery. The school kids ate most of the breakfast leaving very little for the rest of the guest. I paid $24 and I did not get my money's worth.
