This hotel falls far short of any 5 star rating. I had daily issues with housekeeping not cleaning our room. It also seems they don't clean rooms until after 4, but if you have an issue, they are gone at 5. When I brought this up to staff they couldn't care and seemed annoyed by my questioning it. The website says cleaning daily, but apparently, it's only every other day and they change bed sheets every three days. After bringing up the website mentioning daily housekeeping the response I got was 'Thanks for teaching me' and she proceeded to take a phone call. I also brought this to the attention of the hotel manager and he assured me the room would be cleaned first thing in the morning. This 'cleaning' was emptying the trash and replacing towels in the bathroom. Nothing was wiped down and sheets weren't changed on the beds. I emailed him, since he said to notify him of any other issues and never heard back. My wife noted she never heard a vacuum during our entire stay, and when you look around, it shows. Fort Collins is amazing, but I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

This property is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. The restaurant and bar were great and we loved the wait staff there. The room was gorgeous and accommodated three adults very well. The grounds were spectacular and inspired us to go walking. We even saw a little bunny in the grass.

One suggestion is a microwave in the room.

A former Ft Collins resident utvwas great to return and loved the upgrades in the har, restaurant. Always my choice

The housemanager needs to upgrade coffee pots. Had yo call 3 times fir a pot that worked. Bill, the guy that helped was great!

The location was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool.

Our dog was welcomed and we were given a ground floor room with a sliding glass door exit out to the grass.

I frequently stay at Marriott hotels worldwide, but this was one of my poorest experiences within the chain. While the hotel looks nice and the rooms are well designed, cleanliness was below expected standards, especially in the bathroom. I requested three things during booking (breakfast inclusion, no interconnecting door, and a top-floor room). I received a message saying the requests were approved. At check-in, only the top-floor request was honored, and the room still had an interconnecting door. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when we asked about the breakfast request. Breakfast was extremely disappointing: no buffet was available, only a limited à-la-carte menu. We paid about $45 for two simple omelets and coffee, which was not communicated beforehand. The pool area was poorly maintained, with dirty water and dusty surroundings. Overall the stay did not reflect the quality and service standards I usually expect from Marriott properties.

No complementary breakfast

If you go to fort Collins Colorado... Rent a car. Taxi service Ztrip will leave you where you are. Even overnight. They say they are 24 hr service because dispatch takes calls. Doesn't mean they have drivers. If you're planning on a ztrip bring comfortable walking shoes and stay close to hotel. Which is no where in Fort Collins

It was clean & comfortable. The hot tub was clean & enjoyable. The Starbucks staff were excellent.

We were supposed to be given breakfast with our stay but upon check-in the staff said it was not included for us. Also, checkin was anything but smooth. She took nearly a half an hour just to find my booking.com reservation in her computer and just kept saying I’d have to pay Marriott directly right then & there and seek a refund from booking.com. I refused & repeatedly showed her my booking.com confirmation number as well as the booking.com email confirmation. After 1/2 an hour of that and my repeated requests for her to get a manager for me to speak with, she went in the back office and “magically “ found my booking.com reservation. It was quite the frustrating & exhausting experience. I have stayed at Marriott’s for several decades and I have never had such an unfriendly experience that quite frankly was borderline rude.

Close to family, good parking, in house Hertz office. The staff was very competent, very nice, and worked to solve any problems we encountered. They used their computer to help us when we realized there was no business center, and found us spoons to serve ice cream!

It is sprawling and there is a LOT of walking involved. In future would request room closer to elevators. Hard to find the on/off switches for lamps!! Took two days to find one!!Cord for hairdryer VERY short; quite hard to use. Not clear how to use in room coffee (carafe appeared to be missing—single serve needs directions). Wi-fi was iffy (could have been wind related). Signs indicated there was a “business center” but it has been eliminated!

The room was nice.

Waited in bar area to receive our food that took way too long. Found out the chef went to take a call and didn't come back for a long time and we had to keep waiting. They gave us free desserts but it still was not great for him to do. We had a long day, plus I had a bad reaction to the fragrance in the lobby. They didn't have Benadryl in their supplies so we had to rush to a store to get some. I had hives all over my body and felt awwful!

To start the hotel allowed the Fresno State Football team to overstay their checkout by five hours causing dozens of people to have to wait upwards of five hours for their rooms to be ready (8 pm for a 3 pm check in ). While waiting the lobby bathroom was absolutely filthy so there was no clean restroom to use. Once checked in we discovered the room was still a mess. Additionally the hot tub was out of order. HARD PASS.

Very expensive for what little you get. Suite is nothing more than a double with a couch stuffed in the same room. Air Conditioner did not work. Amenities were under construction and not advertised or informed about upon booking or check in. I would book property again for 30% of price I just paid, otherwise surrounding options are much better.

Alexa James supported our family room block for a wedding over Labor Day Weekend, and she was nothing short of amazing. Very professional, had strong follow up, and was the only representative of a property that we were working with to call a few days in advance to make sure she had all the appropriate amenities and accessories for our guests. If we ever have an event in Ft. Collins again, hands down, we will work with Alexa again.

I really wish there was a 0 star option on this review. long story short, booked a room here and gave me a downgraded room from what i had requested, brought it up to the front desk and the next morning they gave me a receipt where it stated no charges will applied, I never got the refund. Called expedia with a receipt, expedia called them and they said that there is nothing they will be willing to do and they will keep the money(Long story there was a lot of back and forth with lies and excuses of why they are not giving the money back) . Horrible experience. Attached is my receipt of $0.00 charge.

Great atmosphere and clean.

The Bell Hop Trollies were disgustingly dirty, every single one. Cleaning staff needs to give the trollies attention regularly to ensure cleanliness. It gives a bad impression, even though I was satisfied with the hotel room etc. Also, even though our room got cleaned one day, they didn’t ensure body soap bottle was replaced. In addition, we used both glasses for drinking and they were not replaced with clean ones and beds were not made up.

I had a wonderful time at this property. I want to highlight one of your staff members. I believe his name was Nick. He worked the front desk pm on August 31st. Room was comfortable. I will definitely be back!

Hotel was great. Clean and nice. It was really hot outside and the ac wasn’t working great but they sent someone to look at it and it got better (still not super cold but cold enough to bare the heat). Pool was perfect. We booked hotel for the pool and we enjoyed it.

Booked a king room with Expedia and got a double. When we asked about it, they advised that they will not guarantee rooms booked with anyone but Marriott. So if you book with a service, you may not get what you booked. The staff was not very friendly about it either.

We had our AC go out last n the hottest day. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool. This place is really nice. Very clean!

This place was great. Traveling in motorcycles. Staff was very accommodating and let us park o Under the covered arrival area. Hotel was beautiful. Very well kept and in perfect condition. Room was great. Laundry service on site was a life saver. Had door dashed needed items ahead of time and staff had them waiting for me upon arrival. I loved this place and would definitely stay again.

You would think that for the price, you would get breakfast -- or even some coffee in the lobby - but no, breakfast is not included and you can buy an $8 cup of starbucks coffee (regular coffee, not anything fancy) until noon and then NOTHING. I wish places I was doing business with would stop making Marriot the meeting hotel. UGH.

We didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom but used the soap in the shower instead. The fridge made a crazy bit of noise and the hot tub was out of service. The room was super clean, quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Check-in was great, rooms were ready early which is always appreciated. Newly renovated, however the rooms have a lot of awkward space and the layout is strange, you have to hang up your clothes in the bathroom. The shower had very little water pressure but the towels were nice and thick. Great lighting in the bathroom to get ready. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. The biggest issue that I had with the room was the noise. The rooms are poorly insulated and you could hear everything. Conversations in the hall, people walking by and in my case, the ice maker all night long. I would not stay here again for this reason.

Pet friendly and accommodating to help us stay an extra night when hotel was packed.

More luggage dolly’s would be nice.
