Kept 40 dollar deposit charged me additional 15 dollars for nothing. So be aware they will keep your deposit for no reason

The lobby and food area was nice and the desk attendant was very helpful pleasant.

Room smelled like old smoke mixed with cleaning solution which we found funny cause we were charged a deposit/fee in case we smoked in the room. The carpet was just yuck to walk on! Like black stuff came off our feet in the shower! Water pressure was pretty low but you expect that for hotels. No USB ports in room but plenty of plug ins to plug adapters into. No ice machine on kit floor or an ice bucket in my room so no idea if it was somewhere else. Bed is firm but it was comfortable!

The room had a slight cigarette or vape odor to it - not enough to request a different room, though. Price seemed high, but so did most other options in FOCO. Our walk to the bowling alley at night didn't give us the best vibes.

Very rude front desk rep…person who checked me in was very nice and helpful but person I dealt with later was rude and told me the opposite of what other rep had assured me could be done. Very condescending.

Didn’t like any thing

Your hotel was awful. I booked three nights there for our stay in Fort Collins. When we arrived there around 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon, we were extremely disappointed how old, smelly and dirty the hotel was. The male staff on duty showed us our room. We were shocked at the accommodations. It felt like a run down fraternity house. We told the clerk we wanted to cancel our stay and wanted a refund for the second and third night of our reservation. He said we had to take that up with Booking . Com since we made the reservation with a third party. My understanding is that I should have only to pay for the first night of a canceled stay if I canceled by 4:00 that first day. To my disappointment, I was charged for all three days. A few days later, I called the hotel to complain and requested a refund for the second and third night. The clerk said she would pass on our request to management but I never heard anything back. In the past, I have been very satisfied with Quality Inn. Earlier this year I stayed in the Quality Inn in Lone Pine, Ca and was very pleased. My biggest disappointment was not getting a refund for the send and third night of our cancelled stay.

The staff were not professional, bathroom had hair in it, they're was a sex toy in the closet, a pillow with no case, the hot tub was broken and we were never told ahead of time, the pool was cold, pillows are flat, and we paid for a mountain view and saw the tree infront of our window...I was so tired and pissed off that I placed my keys on the desk and left.

The staff were all lovely. The location was good; safe. While not good, breakfast was offered. The pool was clean and warm.

The hot tub had been decommissioned though the website displayed it. The beds were still spring coiled and unfortunately pretty uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, aside from the waffle maker. The biggest issue though, was how dirty the building is overall. Much of it just from time; from being old. My kids showered and hung out for a bit before bed, and their feet were actually BLACK, so they had to go wash them before getting into bed right away. The perimeter of the bathroom is just a little gross looking from age and grime. The wallpaper has been patched; the doors and walls are scraped and stained, and I couldn’t tell if the ceiling had mold spots or something else of that appearance.

The rooms were outdated, dingy and dirty. I really struggled to feel comfortable because of this. Examples: marks on walls, headboard, carpet, around base boards and dirty tiles and corners in the bathroom on top of everything just being very old and outdated. Hot tub was busted and closed. It smelled like weed in different areas all over the hotel.

The location is nice for visiting our daughter who lives in Fort Collins. The breakfast is fine with hot coffee every morning, which is nice. The Pool is open but the hot tub has been inoperable for a couple years now. The hotel is suitable for our needs. We stay here a few times a year when traveling from Minnesota.

I would like some fresh fruit offered for breakfast and the hot tub fixed :)

There was a suprise "damage deposit" that was not listed on Booking. I choose not to stay at hotels that charge these and at check in the price that my card was billed was higher then my Booking rate; the check in clerk said because it included the $40 fee that would be returned "a few days after I checked out." I also had to sign that i acknowledged I would be charged $250 if anyone smoked it the room: as non-smokers this was not an issue...until we get up to the room that smelt horrible of old stale cigarette smoke. The wall between the sofa and bathroom was also damaged. Back down to the desk to report smell and wall, told hotel was "fully booked" but they would "make a note." Water pressure in the bathroom was terrible with soft water that made getting shampoo out take forever. The 1 button on the elevator was broken so you had to take the stairs down or (as the clerk instructed "call the lobby and we will push 1 for you to come down.") Sofa bed had dirty sheets in the closet and the mattress was stained - requiring yet another trip down to the desk for clean sheets.

Clean, great breakfast, close to several places to eat gas stations, target and McDonald's.

We booked a king bed, and got a room with two beds that seemed smaller than queen size. One of the beds was pretty worn.

Locations was good for us and desk staff was friendly.

There were birds who made a best in the wall so it was as if we had very loud baby birds in bed with us. The mates were rude. We had 3 of us in the room but only 2 towels and no bedding for the 2nd bed. We had to ask for things that our reservation showed we needed. Booked this place, in part, for the hot tub since we knew we’d be walking a lot. It was not working or available and staff said it had been out of order for months but this indicated no where. Lastly, there should be laws against jacking up prices. There was no value but all the hotels do this and it really seems wrong. $350 for a mediocre place was outrageous.

The hot tub was broken, the pool area and the pool were a mess. My kids found spiders at the bottom of the pool and bugs all over. It was really gross and there was WAY too much chlorine in the water.

The manager at, the front desk was super nice send respectful and met all our needs.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Aturo? was very helpful , courteous and empathic to our needs. Hotel is within walking distance to dining and shopping. Hotel grounds were immaculate.

Atul the manager was so kind, warm, and accommodating as was the entire staff. The room was huge and the free breakfast was good. It was incredible value for money and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The evening clerk let teenagers sit in common area outside my door and talk and laugh until after midnight. Then I get woke up at 4:30 by a screaming baby in the hall. That one I understand, but I was tired.

Rooms were really stuffy, even with the air going all night. Pool was broken. Was fixed on the last night, but was extremely cold. Hot tub was broke the whole stay. The pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable.
