La ubicación

La limpieza del sanitario, el domingo ni siquiera sacaron la papelera del baño, ni pusieron papel higiénico, no arreglaron la habitación. La cortina del baño que está puesta con un palo que se cae al correrla, el colchón hundido qué se sienten las tablas, la suciedad del cubrelecho que lavaron el segundo día de mi ingreso, las sábanas, fundas sucias y toallas que dijeron cambiar cada 8 días, la llave del agua fría del lavamanos partida y la del agua caliente no sirve. El control del televisor dañado, una noche no sirvió definitivamente.

Me gustó la ubicación, la atención de la encargada y su amabilidad. Sitio cómodo

Staff was lovely and the location was very near the town center, with plenty of food and shopping in walking distance.

There is a lot of street noise, and the building itself isn’t in great repair. The beds are very firm. No AC, but that’s the norm in Cali.

Amazing staff! Common areas are always clean! Terrace is a great place to hangout and meet other travelers. Not really a place for travelers who like to party! This hostel typically Attracts more travelers who want a more relaxed environment. Pretty safe area, and a security guard at night!

The hostel is pretty good located, the neighborhood is pretty safe comper to san Antonio. Good value for money.

There was not hot shower

The people running it were amazing! Very welcoming, super friendly and helpful. The place is in a great and quiet location close to most of the main sites. Everything you need as well, place to wash close, lockers, kitchens, places to relax and socialize. The beds were clean and comfortable.

the room I picked on booking.com was not the one in the photo, they need to change the photos and put the real room, otherwise it's misleading.

Everything was fine. Personel very polite and helpful. Access to the kitchen, very nice roof. Comfortable bad, locker.

very helpful, especially with an unsavoury character

It was well located, in the Granada neighbourhood which is very nice and safe, and it had many cheap places to eat nearby, a mall, and was very close on foot to San Antonio and to the Bulevar del Rio. The price was surprisingly cheap.

The hostel is really uninviting for staying and hanging out inside it, attention is hard and there is not even a functional reception desk. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired (after seeing it, and its equipments, we decided not to cook). Also, the facilities and its equipments could be cleaner and updated (leaking shower water, wifi is bad, too few power outlets in the room) and attention could be better. The terrace was nice but I hardly saw anyone wanting to hung out there. They don't say it but the house apartments are shared by many other residents who are not travellers. In general, it is not the usual travel-hostel experience.

The location is the best, the neighborhood is quiet, very nice Hostel I recommend for all types of travel people.
