Light sewage smell in the bathroom.

Die Lage des Hotels an der Fußgängerzone ist sehr schön. Alles war sauber, das Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten bequem. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, und ein Frühstückskorb wurde bereitgestellt. Das kontaktlose Einchecken hat gut funktioniert.

Allerdings war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht fertig, sodass wir etwa eine halbe Stunde im Flur warten mussten. Etwas ungewöhnlich fanden wir auch, dass das Wischwasser nach dem Reinigen der Böden in der Spüle der Gemeinschaftsküche ausgeschüttet wurde – das wirkt nicht ganz hygienisch.

This was my second time staying here. On the first floor, you can constantly hear noises from the ceiling when people walk upstairs at night, which is especially annoying. There was a lot of hair on the bed, and the pillows were unclean.

O conforto do quarto é excepcional. O pequeno almoço à porta é maravilho.

Os atoalhados estavam bastante sujos, vê-se que foram lavadas mas tinham muitas manchas.

Their customer service was terrible.

Uncompromising staff.

Comfortable room, very convenient location. However, even though I pointed out at check in that the bedroom curtain was not working, the person on the other side of a WhatsApp number, albeit quick to respond, was not able to have it repaired for the 3 nights I stayed there. Lesson learnt: no matter how good the property or the room may look, it’s not worth it to pay hotel rates when hotel services are not available. A similar issue would have been dealt with more easily had it happened in a hotel with personnel present at the premises.

Výborná lokalita priamo v centre.

Verejné spoplatnené parkovisko, nepríjemný zápach v izbe, fľaky na uterákoch aj posteľnej bielizni, špinavé poháre, hluk z ulice, okná veľmi netesnili. Raňajkový košík sme dostali len raz, v druhé ráno na nás zabudli, sľubovali vrátenie peňazí za neposkytnuté raňajky, ktoré nám ani po mesiaci nedorazili a prestali s nami komunikovať. Taktiež po celú dobu pobytu komunikácia obmedzená a cez whatapp.

Ich musste eine 2-3cm grosse Kakerlake töten die in meinem Zimmer war. Das Frühstück wird in einem Picknick-Korb bei Zimmertemperatur vor die Türe gestellt. Am Samstag-Nachmittag wurde mein Frühstück für den Sonntagmorgen bereits vor die Türe gestellt. Besonders da auch Käse und Schinken im Korb waren fand ich das unhygienisch und habe das Frühstück nicht gegessen. In der Gasse vor dem Zimmer ist am Wochenende bis spät in die Nacht etwas los und die Leute feiern halt etwas laut. Meiner Meinung nach wurde in keiner Nachricht erwähnt, welche Zimmernummer mir zugeteilt ist. Daher habe ich das falsche Zimmer erwischt und später wollten andere Gäste auch in dieses Zimmer. Sie konnten dann mein eigentliches Zimmer haben und das Problem war zum glück gelöst. Es gibt keine Rezeption im Haus. Dringende Fragen müssen daher telefonisch geklärt werden.

Good price for this location, room clean with basic kitchens utensils. No parking place, car unable to drive into the street, fortunately a few minute walk there are some parking lots available for free. Check-in is a problem, no onsite staff, said given front door passcode through WhatsApp, but i don't use WhatsApp at all. No where to contact, until i find their ad phone number for ocean travel. The guests after me had the same problem. If they can solve the check in problem will be much better feeling for guests. If they can tell the guests the parking spots normally available, some times just need wait a few minutes.

Its in the downtown, many shops and restaurants around and easy to find. It’s been restored recently and the place looks as cool as in the pictures

The cleaning was not good, the bed clothes had stains, the floor and furniture were with dust and dirt. The street was very noisy at night, we found the room with the AC very cold and we werent allowed to open the windows due to a termite infestation.

Wir haben drei Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Nacht wieder ausgezogen. 1. Es wird mit einem Privatparkplatz geworben, welcher gegen Aufpreis arrangiert wird. Dem ist nicht so. Per WhatsApp würden uns öffentliche Parkbereiche zugeachickt 2. In der Beschreibung wird eine rundum die Uhr-Rezeption geworben. Gibt es nicht 3. Für 3 Erwachsene und einem Kind (12) gebucht. Zimmer war aber nur mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. Mittels Telefon / whatsapp geklärt. Zustellbett wurde organisiert. 4. Handtücher ebenfalls nur für zwei Personen. Direkt mit dem Housekeeping geklärt. 5. Wifi war am ersten Abend nicht funktionsfähig. Per WhatsApp geklärt. Sollte zum nächsten Tag neugestartet wersen 6. Erstes Frühstück. Leider auch nur auf zwei Personen ausgelegt. Wieder whatsapp. Sollte zum nächsten Morgen für drei ausgelegt sein. Sind dann frühstücken gegangen. Wollten keine weiteren Überraschungen erleben. Über ein anderes Portal ein anderes Apartment gebucht Und umgezogen. Leider 600 Euro verbrannt. We booked three nights but moved out after just one. The listing advertised a private parking space available for an extra fee. That was not the case. We were sent public parking options via WhatsApp. The description claimed there was a 24-hour reception. There wasn’t. We booked for three adults and one child (12 years old), but the room only had one double bed. After contacting them via phone/WhatsApp, an extra bed was arranged. Towels were only provided for two people. We resolved this directly with housekeeping. The Wi-Fi didn’t work on the first evening. We addressed it via WhatsApp and were told it would be restarted the next day. The first breakfast was only prepared for two people. Again, we contacted them via WhatsApp and were told it would be adjusted for three the next morning. We ended up going out for breakfast. We didn’t want to deal with any more surprises. We booked a different apartment through another platform and moved out.

Estaba muy centrico

Estuvimos siete noches y no limpiaron la habitación ni un solo día, había un cartel en la habitación indicando que cambiaban las toallas cada tres noches y no fue así, tuve que pedírselo a una mujer que estaba limpiando y entonces nos trajo dos, estábamos los tres de la habitación en el pasillo cuando se las pedí. La habitación era para tres y ni un solo día nos trajeron desayuno para tres, y un día ni lo trajeron. Hice las reclamaciones al WhatsApp que nos facilitaron y ni contestar. La habitación sencilla y pequeña.

La posizione, veramente vicina al centro.

La camera era sporca, maleodorante, umida, e gli asciugamani con le lenzuola logori e macchiati da tempo e la doccia perdeva acqua dalla base. Buona l'idea del cestino per colazione peccato che non sia stato rispettata nessuna norma igienica (alimenti portati in contenitori sporchi, posate e tazze non pulite etc) e che il cibo offerto fosse di qualità scadente.

The bed was super comfortable. Also the location is superb. The breakfast baskets were really cute.

We could not change the temp of AC but as it did not really bother us we did not inform the owner. I believe they would fix it right away. We also used parking in the streets and it cost us a little so just keep in mind that the streets is only for pedestrians:)

Die Lage ist super. Mittendrinn in der Fussgängerzone. Alles super zu erreichen. Aus dem Haus und schon steht man mittendrinn.

Die Dusche / Badezimmer hätte mal wieder einen Update verdient. Aber sonst alles wunderbar.

Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible.

Me parece un lugar estupendo para conocer Sâo Miguel, está en pleno centro de Ponta Delgada. No por eso hay ruidos, es una calle que no pasa el tráfico y las terrazas son silenciosas, se recogen rápido. Se puede aparcar en una zona muy cerca del Alojamiento. Nos pareció muy cómodo en ubicación y la habitación. Cama muuuuuy cómoda, habitación amplia y decorada con mucho gusto. Hay una cocina, de diseño, por si necesitas preparar algo y una nevera en la puedes guardar cosas que quieras mantener frescas. Nosotros hicimos reserva con desayuno, por la mañana te dejan una cesta, típica de la zona, con productos variados de ahí, leche, zumo, cereales, yogur, café, té, cacao, pan y croissant frescos, mantequilla, mermelada, fiambre, fruta...un desayuno servido muy original.

Hay que subir unas escaleras, entreplanta o primer piso, con la maleta. En nuestro caso no fue ningún problema, es por si alguien tiene dificultades.

Espaço confortável e muito bem localizado, com todos os serviços necessários (supermercado, bares, restaurantes, farmácias, etc. ) na mesma rua.

Apesar da boa localização, estacionar foi muito complicado. Tivemos de pagar estacionamento todos os dias. Tivemos 4 noites alojados e nunca foi feita qualquer limpeza ou troca de toalhas nesse período. Como ficamos no quarto junto às escadas também se ouvia muito barulho nos hóspedes a chegarem e a saírem durante a noite. Outra nota importante é o facto de haverem muitas escadas e não existe elevador, para nós não foi um problema, mas para pessoas de mobilidade mais reduzida poderá ser.

La ubicación es perfecta. En el centro de Ponta Delgada. Hay que tener en cuenta que no es posible aparcar cerca. El sitio más próximo para aparcar está a unos 5 minutos y es de pago excepto de 19:00 a 08:00 que es gratis. Si quieres aparcar gratis sin preocuparte de la hora, hay aparcamientos en la calle en los que no hay que pagar pero están a 20 minutos andando

Para el precio de la habitación (hay que tener en cuenta que fuimos en verano en temporada muy alta) esperaría mejores instalaciones o una habitación más grande con cocina integrada (hay cocina compartida). La habitación no está mal pero no es demasiado grande y el baño es bastante básico

El desayuno era poco y no hubo café caliente ni huevos. El baño tenía un olor feo y faltaba un lugar en la la ducha para dejar el shampoo.

El noi que se n'encarrega va ser molt atent i ràpid a l'hora de respondre. Fins i tot va caçar el ratolí que corria per l'habitació

A l'habitació hi havia ratolins. Va ser una reserva d'última hora i, com a alternativa, només ens van oferir una habitació 'pitjor' en un altre lloc, que no vam agafar. No ens van oferir cap altra compensació

The property is incredibly central and really well refurbished. In addition to a clean and comfortable room, you have access to a shared kitchen with is spotless. Checkin is managed remotely, and you'll receive instructions before arrival. Parking is a bit difficult if you don't get their reserved spots, but they will directly you to some free parking about 500m from the property.

Идеальное расположение , самая центральная улица и при этом не шумно. Стоянка такси прямо рядом , удобно добираться к аэропорту . Красивый интерьер с высокими потолками и деревянными балками под потолком . Есть чайник в номере . Есть своя кухня с посудой и плитой и обеденная зона , большой общий холодильник , кулер с водой - очень удобно. Нормально работал Wi-fi. Можно было оставить вещи после выселения . Поддержка отвечает быстро.

В моем номере странно располагался шкаф , неудобно открывать (упирался в телевизор). И полочка с чайником - рядом не было розетки , приходилось ставить на пол .

When we arrived at the location, we found a green door marked #77 next to the Subway Sandwich shop so we were really confused because there was no sign for the name of the hotel. We didn't realize that we had been notified in Whatsapp for our room number and the code to unlock the door so we were completely baffled since we were exhausted when we arrived. Luckily some people opened the door who were checking out and when we showed them our confirmation, they allowed us to go in. I have very bad knees and it was difficult to walk up the flights of stairs to the top floor but the room was great with high ceilings and it had air conditioning, a big plus! It was conviently located on a walking street so it was tricky finding a place to park our car off site. Also, we THOUGHT we had paid for breakfast but apparently had not. So . . . make sure you check "breakfast" when booking. Each morning the other rooms had a cute basket full of things outside their doors and we were so disappointed we didn't receive one. After 2 days, we found out we had not booked our room with breakfast. However, just a few doors down the street was a great little market that opens at 8 AM and at 8:10 fresh bread was delivered. They had a vast variety of hard cheeses which were wonderful. Each day we bought some cheese and bread, yogurt, and chocolate milk so everything worked out fine.

I wish we would have received the door code and room number to my email rather than Whatsapp since I seldom check that. We were so sorry we didn't order breakfast.

In unserem Zimmer hat es leider etwas gemüffelt. Wir haben vermutet, dass viele Gäste in die schwefelhaltigen Furnas baden gehen und dann ihre Wäsche in den Zimmern trockenen, sodass der Geruch bleibt. Im Bad blättert einiges ab und die Handtücher sind abgenutzt. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht angemessen. Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Mit den Gastgebern läuft alles unkompliziert ab, wirkt aber der leider auch sehr unpersönlich.

They sent us the wrong access code for the door - after trying for an hour and trying to reach them, we had to wait another 30 minutes for staff to arrive to let us inside. Breakfast never arrived until front of our door and the staff was unresponsive, when we asked if try can double check on the breakfast. All around the room were dark long hair and stains on sheets and towels. There was no wifi connection.

Very good location. Well decorated room. Quick response from the service staff (only 9:30 am to 1:30 am).

There is no elevator. And not always staff there to help you. Service is a big problem. I arrived at around 4 pm on Saturday. There was a staff helped me with the luggage. The next day, I put a "clean the room" tag on the door. But no one cleaned the room. When I asked for more shower towel, the service guy on WhatsApp told me there is no staff in the guest house and gave instructions to fetch the shower myself. I left at around 8:45 am. Again there is no staff in the guesthouse and I had to get the luggage downstairs all by myself. I just don't understand it. You run a guesthouse and there is no staff there when there are customers there... It never happened to any guesthouse I stayed before. The other problem is WIFI. When I arrived at 4 pm, I successfully connected my two phones to the wifi. When I get back at around 10, after several tries, I could only connect one of my phone to wifi. I asked the service guy, he told me no problem with their wifi. I tried everything I could think of. Nothing works. Suddenly some time after 12, I could again connect both of my phones. The next day in the morning, both my phones were disconnected again. I guess it's the capacity problem. They just can't get so many devices connected to the wifi. I ended up buying another SIM card. When I arrived, I confirmed with the service guy when will the breakfast be delivered. He told me 7:30 am. The next day I wait till 8:50, there is no breakfast delivered. I sent messages on WhatsApp, telling them I have to leave at 8:50 to join a group tour. No reply. I have to go without breakfast. Later, they told me, my breakfast information was missed.... Nothing is big, but when all pile up, it makes the stay very disappointing.

La habitación estaba lleba de gusanos, insectos y manchas en las sábanas. Había gusanos hasta en la almohada y en toda la cama, suelo... Una situación verdaderamente asquerosa. Encima he pedido un reembolso por tener que pasar la noche sin dormir rodeada de bichos y el alojamiento les ha mentido a booking diciendo que me limpiaron la habitación... La única solución que me dieron fue aspirarme las sábanas... ¿en serio? ¿es una broma? Pedí sábanas limpias mínimamente y me dijeron que no tenían, que el personal de limpieza iría al día siguiente... en definitiva, booking debería eliminar este alojamiento de la plataforma porque vivimos un infierno esa noche, y viendo comentarios de otras personas también afirman que han encontrado cucarachas y telas de araña...

Το κρεβάτι του παιδιού ήταν κανονικό μονόκλινο ενώ το παιδί μας είναι 2.Δεν είχε μπαταρίες το τηλεκοντρόλ ούτε το κοντρόλ για το αιρκοντισιον.Το φως εξω απο την πόρτα έμπαινε στο δωμάτιο.Γενικα είχε ησυχία μάλλον εμείς κάναμε λίγη φασαρία με κλάμα του παιδιού.

Hotel je umístěný přímo v centru města, ubytování proběho bezkontaktně úplně v pořádku. Pokoje byly čisté a postele velmi pohodlné. Jedná se o starý dům, který má historickou atmosféru.

Já jsem měla okna mimo hlavní ulici a byl tam celkem klid. Kolegové, kteří měli okna do ulice si stěžovali na noční hluk. Snidani jsme dostali v piknikovém koši a mohli jsme ji sníst na pokoji nebo v kuchyňce, která ale byla moc malá pro všechny hosty. Mohli jsme si připravit pouze rozpustnou kávu a celkově bylo složení nabízených produktů zklamáním. Předem jsme nevěděli, že snídaně probíhá takto. Po odjezdu jsem potřebovala faktury za mě a kolegy pro zaměstnavatele, ale zatím (ani po měsíci) jsem nedostala jednu z faktur v podobě, kde by bylo vše v pořádku.

Great location and comfortable a ccomodations.

Amazing location and surprisingly we were able to find street parking nearby each night (it’s like 60 cents/hr and you don’t have to pay between 7pm and 8am weekdays, you can even pay for the morning the night before). Breakfast basket was perfect - I took most of it as picnic food! Room was clean and has everything you need. Great communication from the managers.

I would have preferred to know that it has a lot of stairs, and I was on the second floor so it was really hard for me to carry my suitcase up, if I had known would have chosen another hotel

The location was great.

Parking recommendations were always full, ended up having to pay. There was mold in the bathroom. Bedsheet was too small for the bed. There was a lot of noise in the hall. Room smelled when the window wasn't open.

The place is located at a very busy street (without access for cars). It is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Even though the windows are better than in other places it was very noisy from both- other people above and from the outside. I didn’t sleep very well. I wouldn’t book breakfast again. I didn’t like it.

Very spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Although we were near the Main Street we couldn’t hear people leaving bars and restaurants. Good double glazing! Enjoyed our breakfast basket and eating it with friends in the communal kitchen.

Parking instructions could be clearer. We also walked up and down the road several times trying to find the place. In the end the guy from the hotel opposite came and showed us! Some signage or mention of a green door would have been helpful.

Do facto de não perder tempo a fazer check-ins e das instruções de entrada na casa/quarto ser dadas por telemóvel, o que acaba por ser muito prático. A casa ser muito acolhedora e a localização excelente. Bom pequeno almoço com produtos regionais característicos.

You gave this place 9.2 points and the question is for what. We paid 160 EUR per night . No lift in the house, no reception, to enter the house you need to enter a code, open a box and open the door with key. For breakfast you find in front of the room basket with basic food (continental). 2 rools, 1 piece of cheese, 1 piece of sausage... The room is cleaned and towels replaced once every 3 days. The payoff in this place is low for the money we paid. I do not reccomend this plase
