Staff was only available from 9am-5pm. For outside hours there was only an emergency hotline which honestly wasn’t helpful at all. WiFi dropped out frequently or didn’t work at all. They told us it’s because we’re using iPhones, I have never heard a more ridiculous explanation in my life. My husband is a software engineer and he couldn’t believe it. Mattress was boxspring and not suitable for two people as you feel every motion from the other person.

The communal kitchen was equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an induction hob, dishwasher and fridge, and was well set up for more than one user. There was no noise from the surrounding neighbourhood, which was great. However, footsteps from other guests upstairs could be heard quite clearly.

Par contre, ce sont des chambres sans charme très froides, bref celles d'un hôtel classique mais sans les prestations ( petit déjeuner etc). Les fenêtres donnent toutes sur des cours delabrees assez moches. Chiens qui aboient la nuit. 2 ème lit 🛌 très peu confortable alors que ce n'etait pas un lit d'appoint. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. C'est très cher pour la prestation. Terrasses inutiles.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Communicatie vooraf van eigenaar over toegangscodes en verdere contact uitstekend. De accommodatie uitrusting was volledig en alles werkt goed. Locatie echt in het centrum zo makkelijk alles te voet te bereiken.
Het adres is soms verwarrend voor taxi's omdat de straat autovrij is. Echter er is een aflever / ophaal punt 15 meters van de accommodatie - handig als de gps gegevens hiervoor beschikbaar zijn op de bevestiging.

Die Koffer über die recht steile Treppe zu tragen, war etwas schwierig. Wir hatten eine eigene Küche, die Gemeinschaftsküche sieht nett aus, ist aber etwas dunkel.

There were vents located on balcony that made it a bit smelly at times and with construction and one way streets in the city parking can be a bit difficult (but that is the city and not their fault).

Лейка в душе не переключалась с верхней на нижнюю. Багаж оставить нельзя до или после заселения.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Die Lage ist TOP. Es gibt im Ergeschoss eine Küche (mit 3 Kochherden & Kühlschränken. Da könnte man sich das Essen selber zubereiten. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross mit einem kleinen Balkon. Es war wunderbar.
Naja nicht gefallen ist ein grosses Wort. Wenn du mit dem Auto unterwegs bist, musst du dir einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen und diesen Bezahlen (nur Bargeld möglich) Wenn man kein Protugisisch spricht, fanden wir das doch noch als eine kleine Herausforderung. Abe wir haben es geschafft. Also nicht wirklich ein gorssen Ding.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Uns hat die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit sehr gut gefallen. In der Unterkunft gibt es eine große und gut ausgestattete Küche, Klima im Zimmer, Fernseher, in unserem Zimmer Nr 2 gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Leider ist es nachts sehr laut. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer schmalen Gasse, sodass alle Geräusche und Gespräche auf der Straße sehr laut zu hören sind. Wir waren deswegen mehrmals wach in der Nacht.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Die Wohnung war sehr schön geräumig und hatte alles, was man benötigte. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich gab es eine große Küche. Die Lage in Zentrum mit ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uferpromenade ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich über Nachrichten (inklusive Pin zum Zutritt des Gebäudes und Zimmers).
Leider gab es keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Personal. Ein Licht im Kleiderraum für den Notfall kann man nicht ausstellen, so dass man alle Vorhänge und Türen zuziehen muss. Insgesamt wurde es vom Stil sehr schlicht gehalten, ein paar Bilder (zum Beispiel in der Küche) täten gut.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026Ubicación perfecta. Limpio, camas cómodas, cocina muy completa y súper limpia. Lo recomendaría 100%. Acceso muy sencillo a través de códigos en puerta principal y en habitaciones. El personal que contactó con nosotros fue muy amable. Se agradece el café y el té de cortesía. Habitación súper amplia.
La zona, al estar en pleno centro, es difícil para aparcar de forma gratuita. Pero la zona azul queda al lado y no es muy cara (por ejemplo, 4 horas unos 2€) y es de 8.00 a 19.00 horas.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026El alojamiento nos sorprendió para bien. Estaba muy limpio y tanto el acceso como la ubicación eran de 10. Aunque estuvimos muy poco tiempo, estuvimos muy a gusto y, si volviéramos, repetiríamos sin dudarlo ☺️

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025There was no breakfast and I never met any staff. Our was up two flights of stairs that were a challange. Would stay somewhere else with no stairs but location was very good 700 feet from the national archieves. Doug J

Reviewed Oct 22, 2025The bedding was clean, and it was nice to find snacks and a bottle of water with glasses, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, a sufficient number of towels, even beach towels and a safe for the most valuable items.
Unfortunately, the sound insulation was quite poor: we could hear every step in the staircase and noises from neighboring guests. The air conditioner was leaking onto the cabinet, and the bedside cabinet appeared to be broken. Additionally, we found a large cockroach in the shower, which was quite unpleasant.

Smell of toilet when entering the property. The room had a bad smell also. The air conditioning was not working properly. Low maintenance of the room (not so clean, broken hair dryer..)

There was not a secure place to store luggage. I put my bags in the dining area and the door to the main space locks automatically, but it would have been nice to have a closet or something to keep valuables
