Our room was a handicapped room as needed but the bed was very low and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly even after they checked it. The rooms seemed not very light even with all the lights on.

I really liked the location and the easy access to to ihop, my friend and I returned really late and hungry and having a 24hr restaurant downstairs was really helpful! Really good attention since our check in gifting us cookies!

I would suggest more variations on the breakfast than only eggs and sausages but other than that, it was perfect!

they didn't give you a receipt or invoce, due they says booking is in charge of it, so at this point to back there with in buissines travel.. never.

There were liquid splash stains on the window I had to immediately clean as my toddler's first instinct was to lean on the window with his face. I could taste dust in the air and it triggered a really bad cough in one of my kids, my husband was looking for the closet and accidentally opened the door with the room filter it was really bad, layers of dust and grime.

I loved the friendly staff ,the modern facility’s ,the close proximity to the Mall of America and with the added bonus of being next to ihop and TGI Fridays

It is quite dated. Carpets were dingy and stained. Our bathroom floor had dried shoe prints, but nobody in our party wore wet shoes in there. I also did not take the location of the airport into consideration, and it's not the property's fault, but it is very loud with airplanes taking off regularly.

First night a room besides the noisy elevator. Asked for a room change at 10pm, but "not possible", after one difficult night "possible", most staff are nice, but in that first evening not enabling a room change was really bad!

Most of the staff at the front desk were rude. Starting with our check in. The shuttle drive into the hotel was rude had road rage. The hotel pantry/store didn't have water bottles so I asked for warm water to make my baby's bottles and one of the front desk older man said no be ause after 10 pm they don't offer water. The lady at breakfast with glasses was also very aggressive. Each morning she would be passing by almost bumping us. Rolling her eyes. Grunting. Cutting us off as we're walking. I dont think we would be staying there again in the future

The location was perfect, close to the airport, within walking distance to the Mall of America and has two restaurants connected, TGI Fridays and IHOP!

Our room was on the 6th floor right next to the elevator. We were exhausted and able to sleep, but the constant elevator noise wasn't great. Room was clean, but the carpets were not. However, this was ok considering it's a very busy location and turnover is probably quite fast and high.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and professional, the location was perfect for shopping and spending time with my family. The room had some stains on the carpet but overall nice room. The ac worked, mini fridge worked great. Tv remote struggled a bit but overall worked well. The breakfast was great. Room service attendants were very friendly and willing to provide towels as needed. My family and I will stay at this location again.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Front desk staff was very nice. It’s close to IHOP and easy to get to the Mall of America. Parking was good, but you have to claim a spot in the afternoon, they fill up fast. All in all, we would stay again.

Stayed walking distance from the famous Mall of America. Felt private enough but not secluded. Clean in and around hotel area. Room was clean and organized. Had all advertised amenities. Reasonably priced when compared to other cheaper places that don’t offer the same things. Breakfast included definitely is a plus. Felt nice a quiet with enough ambient noise that still was comfortable. Front desk was friendly and inviting.

Hotel was in a convenient location to MOA. Room was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast staff do a fantastic job with the buffet. I was shocked to see individuals cut in line to grab waffles, especially in front of little children. I would to skip the complimentary breakfast in the future due to hotel guests not staff! I especially would like to mention Rachael at the front desk. She was the friendliest person we encountered in our 5 day trip to Minnesota!!! I would stay at the hotel in the future.

It had a warm breakfast that included many protein products. The bedding was white and clean. The beds were pretty soft too! The pools were very clean but cold.

There were a ton of airplanes flying over at all hours of the night! Rooms could have used a touch more upkeep...peeling paint, rip in a sheet and armchair, laminate floors felt sticky on bare feet, bathroom fan was terrible and sounded like it was going to blow up. The hot tub had no hot water, lukewarm, or pressure in the jets.

Staff was nice and the breakfast was good too. The rooms were neat and clean when we arrived. We choose here since it was walking distance to mall of America.

Beds were not comfortable. They were very squeaky and I couldn’t get a good night sleep because of it. I’m glad I only stayed one night there. Maybe I just got a bad room. The other thing I dislike would be the $100 deposit charge for incidental and damage charge. I understand what it is, but don’t understand how I got charged for that. Must be because I left a bad review about the squeaky beds?!?

First of all, let me say the room was except for the few chips I found on the floor. I did not eat them. I was on the fourth floor facing east, right above some very loud exhaust fans, that kicked in every 10 seconds or so. Also planes from the airport going over very low. The air conditioning in the room was loud, even earplugs didn't help so I turned it off. One morning at 6:30 AM there was garbage pick up. But my last night there was someone with a gas powered power washer outside from about 8 PM till 4 AM. Nothing could stop that noise. I never was able to try the free breakfast because of the mess and so many people being crowded in the tiny room. Went going up to the fifth floor to get ice. The elevator doors opened for me to see stacks of garbage bags filled with garbage and a man in front of the ice machine changing his pants. I would never stay here again or I won't recommend.

The air conditioner was broken when we arrived. We were asked to wait about 45 minutes. The desk attendant said we would receive a credit for the inconvenience, but I still haven’t received that. The air conditioner worked during our stay, but was rattling and loud. One of our beds was comfortable and the other one was not.

We stayed at this hotel while spending two days at the Mall of America, and its biggest advantage is definitely the location. Being within walking distance of the mall made it easy to come and go without worrying about parking or traffic. The hotel itself is older and could benefit from some updates. Our room was functional and clean, but it showed its age. The air conditioner also appeared to be loose and was barely secured in the wall, which was a bit concerning. Overall, we had a decent stay. While the property could use some renovations, the convenient location and reasonable price make it a practical option if your main goal is visiting the Mall of America.

An unforgettable luxury experience from start to finish. The front desk staff greeted us by name and made check-in seamless. I was able to obtain a room next to other family that was visiting MOA with us. Our room was immaculate, incredibly quiet, and featured plush bedding and high-end bath products. The Continental Breakfast was good. I wish there were more nutritional items on the menu: maybe an exchange the pork sausage from time to time with a chicken or turkey sausage or have single serve Greek yogurt and regular yogurt. For those who are watching carbs, protein and/or fiber, the breakfast doesn’t provide a healthier option. I did however prepare for such an experience and packed my own items for breakfast. Dining on-site: Fridays and IHOP was convenient. In the evening we requested that the fire pit to be lit and the family and I were able to enjoy the evening by fire with laughs and lasting conversation. The price was reasonable and of a great value for a family of 3. Every detail screams true five-star quality. We cannot wait to return."

This Inn was just the right fit for a weekend in the Twin Citiess. Splendid all-around, including value.

The staff, the breakfast, the walkability to the mall, all amazing. Only removed one star as there was some damage to our room when we arrived - dirty carpets and damaged blinds. But overall this hotel meets our needs as a small family of 3 with a 1 yr old. Would stay again.

This is the first hotel in years that I felt all the way around safe, comfortable, the staff was GREAT! I loved our 6th floor housekeeper, such a sweetheart. We stayed for 3 nights and I seriously have not one complaint.

The airport is right around the corner and the airplanes ascending constantly is obnoxious!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the price was reasonable, everything was clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful; I rarely sleep when I’m away from home but I slept Like a baby. The continental breakfast was huge!

The room that I was in had drywall hanging down from the ceiling, carpet was very very dirty and could stand some cleaning and mildew on the tile around the bathtub. There's no way that room should have been the price that I payed...

I didn't like the delivery person having free roam of the hotel....Today's world it is not safe. I think if a guest wants to order take out then meet them in the lobby.....also, the size of the hotel there should be a washer and dryer on each floor.

I don't think our room had been vacuumed. There were fake eyelashes on the floor by they night stand and clothing tag on the floor.

My kids and I had a great time there,it’s right across the street from the Mall of America and compared to the hotels attached to the Mall, the price is right.!! Actually I’m in the area and am probably going to stay there again tonight due to its proximity to the airport as well!

This hotel is very clean, they have big parking space, has a safe surrounding and the price is just right in the budget especially it’s right next to Mall of America. First, they have a big parking space and safe area where we parked our vehicle. No loitering around. The rooms we had was R#322, it’s very clean, new beddings and very nice pillows, hard floors, toilet was clean with well supplied toiletries & towels, shower curtain is new, the bath walls is nice and can’t find any molds around it. The smell of the room is good, you can tell it’s a new place or the management really maintained a high standard cleaning on their room. The receiving area is clean and people working there were very friendly. They have free breakfast from 6-10am, with variety of hot and cold selections like from eggs, sausage patties, waffles, biscuit and gravy, variety of cereals, yogurt bars, mini muffins and beverages like hot coffees, juices and hot water for hot chocolate.

They have 2 pools and sauna. Maybe they can renovate it to a one big pool. But so far, I don’t find anything wrong at all.

The housekeeper that was filling in was amazing. Not only did she help with the towels but she assisted when the vending machine took my money with no drink dispensed.

breakfast was bland flavor and ran out of bananas the beds were hard and the lamp had a stain and the closet area wood was chipped and the wifi qr code was ripped off the outlet didn’t work by the bed and the pool was not clear it was foggy and to much strong clorene that it made my husband nose bleed i didn’t bring my phone with me to the pool but i know when the hotel water is foggy it’s dirty

The cheapest king bedroom was a lot nicer than I expected! TGI Fridays was conveniently connected to the hotel to avoid the heat. Was nice to be able to take the skywalk to the Mall of America to avoid traffic and parking. Only complaint was the air conditioning was a bit loud, but we were able to shut room door that separated us from the main area. The temperature was nice, room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing! I loved how I could my own yogurt bowel. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and a makeup remover wipe. Either the hair product or the water was hard, but my hair tangled a lot more and felt off. Hot chocolate was available and it looked like there were 2 normal sized pools that went about 5’ deep and a hot tub. I was surprised to see that the cheapest king room had 2 small fridges, one with a nice sized freezer. Microwave, coffee maker, cable TV, alarm, and a phone were in the room.

Breakfast was very good, with a variety of foods available. Son loved the pool available. It was busy, but expected. Rooms clean and staff always were welcoming when they were in your presence.

Only complaint was the guest above our room were noisy in the middle of the night. However this is not a complaint on the hotel. Guest should be more respectful of those around them.

Stayed here to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday at Mall of America. I did note the reason upon booking and they decorated the room for him with balloons, bag full of goodies and gave him a gift redemption card for their gift shop. The hotel was very clean! Staff were friendly and super helpful. The breakfast bar had it going on with a great combination of hot foods as well as cold. (Mini Belgium waffles, biscuits, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, gravy, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt bar, bagels) I love the convenience of TGIF being directly attached to the hotel and the mall being a 4-5 minute walk from the hotel. They do provide shuttle service but we didn’t need it. I did not have to move my car not once. It wasn’t overly crowded, at one point my son had one of the 2 whirlpools to himself. The pools closed at midnight which gave him a ton of time to swim that was a plus!

Our kids LOVED the pool! There are 2 pools in the pool room, plus a whirlpool.

Bed and pillows could be better. There was a drunk guy at the back parking lot by IHOP when we were loading our car for check out. He approached us and started yelling at us which was unnerving and scary. My husband moved the car to the front so we could finish loading and we told the hotel staff about it. We left so I’m not sure what happened afterwards.

Nice hotel close to the MOA. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. We chose a suite because it wasn't much more than a regular room and it was super spacious and comfortable. There were two large pools and a hot tub, a nice workout area. The breakfast was fantastic with numerous choices and offerings. We were able to eat such a large breakfast that we were able to skip lunch. The parking was well lit and it was nice to park and just walk to the MOA without having to move the car. I will definately stay here again.
