Enjoyed the breakfast, and mostly the variety! Also the environment. Soft music playing in the background with some refreshments in the evening. That was very thoughtful.

Having to pay so much for parking is upsetting.

Very clean, unusually good breakfast buffet included. You do hear airplanes flying over, but it didn’t bother us. Offered us a late checkout without our even requesting it.

I booked this hotel in a rush after missing my flight late at night and was not expecting much. However, everything exceeded my expectations. The night front desk staff were so helpful and pleasant. Although we didn't use it, there is a well stocked convenience store in the lobby, as well as fruit infused water. There is a very large outdoor area with chairs and tables for relaxing. The free breakfast is the most impressive I've ever seen for a budget hotel free breakfast. There was a big variety of foods and even an omelet station and Jura coffee maker!

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is great and we like the nearby restaurants.

The cost was substantially more then it has been in years past. The room when we first got there, was dirty. The shower was not clean, the floor had an old fake eye lash on it and the bed had a broken piece of an iPhone case in the bedtime. We asked for it to be cleaned and when they came and cleaned it. They made the bed but the shower, Phone piece and eyelash were still on the ground. Makes me question what else was missed. The pool is also FREEZING. I have stayed here multiple times and used to love it but the cost and cleanliness are not what they were.

Everything was on point, beautiful place, setup was on point, nice location, and view. They have a lot of varieties for breakfast and the chef was so nice and friendly to talk to the residents and all the staff were nice. I love to come here again for another stay.

No lunch and dinner allergic to pineapple and they add pineapple to the mixed fruit, they have to add names on it. Especially the mixed fruit and the fruit juices or drinks.

Everything here was fantastic. The staff is superb. Jesse from the kitchen / breakfast is fabulous. He would come out and ask you needed anything. Nice gym & pool. The rooms are great too. Full Kitchen with stovetop , full fridge , etc. bathroom very nice size. be back real soon

Our family stayed at the Element hotel before we departed on a trip. Unfortunately the hotel was packed with ICE agents and they brought a hostile environment. We had an experience of my wife going to do laundry and one of them was in the small room on his phone. He was talking very explicit sexual stories, my wife came back to our room in tears and afraid to go back to get our clothes. I went to get our laundry, still wet, and complained to management. Staff was very understanding but management allowed this to happen. We were also cornered in the lobby, accused of taking photos of their vehicles, which we weren’t. We didn’t feel safe during our stay and won’t be back. Highly disappointed with management’s decision to turn their hotel into an amateur military housing complex. You can do better, Element.

The woman at check in was so friendly. It was so clean and conveniently located near the mall and IKEA.

The Windows need to be sealed properly very drafty you can feel the cold from outside..the timing of planes taking off and landing need to have bigger gaps of departure or arriving literally every 2 minutes a plane flew over started at 7:20 am and didn't stop

Perfect location- right next to mall walkable. The rooms were very clean, we travel a lot and have seen some gross motel/hotels and this pace was very exceptional. They always had satfd on hand cleaning. When we come up to MOA again we will be staying again. Thank you.

The location and the ambiance. The staff were wonderful! Nichole the front guest staff is so kind to chat and offer options for our upcoming trip to Duluth. The guy on the night shift at the front desk was very helpful with all our questions and needs too. Checking out was so smooth and quick too! Indeed 10/10 experience. Kudos to all!

The use of disposables for breakfast doesn't match the quality of the hotel, especially the amount of plastics. It is hard to say the breakfast is good when I have to eat it with plastic utensils.

Everything went smooth, except for the check in, didn't feel very welcomed. Breakfast was good, facility was very clean and the location was super convenient! I would definitely recommend it. Other staff members were super kind like I said except for the person that helped with the check in other than that my family and I had a great experience.

The staff is super sweet and they went above and beyond after asking them to setup something for my boyfriend’s birthday. They were busy and short staff but went out of their way to have it ready when we checked in on the 27th ☺️

We walked to the mall, and walked back with no issues… the hotel is right near the airport so listening to planes and seeing the belly of airplanes overhead are the norm. Breakfast was amazing…
