The staff were really helpful and polite! The room was really clean, bright and modern looking. We used the executive lounge and enjoyed the comfortable setting and the drinks and snacks.

Had a great view of the seventh floor facing south great hotel. Awesome room awesome staff awesome restaurant.

This is the second year my daughter and I have gone to the Mall of America and stayed at this hotel for back to school shopping. The hotel is beautiful, modern clean, conveniently connected right to the Mall of America has friendly staff and a great restaurant with delicious food and tasty drinks. We will be making this a tradition every year.

Exceptional customer service at each phase of my stay, Jordan at front desk very helpful, shuffle service to airport goes beyond expectations. Location almost inside MOA for all weather shopping. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Stayed here again for the Paw Patrol event at the Nickelodeon Universe theme park. The hotel is connected to the mall so you don’t have to go outside. All of the staff was friendly & room was clean

Great place to stay if planning to experience Mall of America. My kids are 11 & 14 and they were able to walk back to the room and rest whenever they got tired. I can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else! Beds were super comfy and the bathtub was deep and rain shower was lovely. We all agree we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is great. Attached to the Mall of America. Beware the pool is closed. I called ahead and was told we would be able to access another choice hotel pool nearby within walking distance. When we arrived and asked, this was not as easy as it was made to sound by guest services on the phone. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the location made up for the lack of a pool.

Up to date comfortable rooms, pleasant staff and very nice restaurant. Excellent access to shopping.

Great stay at the Radisson blu —would definitely stay again!!

The hotel was very nice, check in was smooth. The valet was amazing and super helpful with bags, both overnight and shopping! Super convenient for a girls night and school shopping. However there was some garbage on the floor of our room. Likely just missed in cleaning, but unsettling.

Pool was closed. Housekeeping tried to come in my room (opened my door) at 9:00am. Thank goodness I had the extra lock out! Then he came back an hour later to see what time I was checking out. Not cool.

Room was not clean on arrival, smelled like a cheap water park hotel mixed with a heavy moldy smell.

No daily maintenance of room, we had to call front desk for towel change every day. Also, someone opened my room with their key.

The hotel was very accommodating with letting us park in their ramp before check in and even allowed us to check in to our room a few hours early with no fee. They also came to the rescue with a fan for our room as we had forgot ours at home. I do wish we had known about the pool being closed but our main purpose was proximity to the mall, so overall it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Definitely need new pillows, flat as a board. Otherwise, well cleaned, smelt great and nice job on the remodel project

Recommend Valet Parking- easy and painless, attendants prompt and courteous, daily parking $24-valet $30 per day. Room was excellent, clean, quiet. Hotel common area on 2nd floor very loud which is connected to walkway to Mall of America, Front Desk employees were dismal with exception of one that was working feverishly. Most were standing around chit chatting while the line grew longer, inexcusable for a busy hotel connected to the Mall of America and close proximity to airport. Front Desk employee’s require an inner patience of your own being, perhaps they all went to the same concert the night before but I would hope that Radisson requires continued education in top level customer service and spell it out-this is your career, this is a company requirement.

The location was excellent! You walk out your door into the hall of the mall. The atmosphere was fantastic. The rooms S were super nice. The cost was really good to be in such a great location, we will definitely be back,

The esthetic was beautiful very convenient for activities in Mall of America as well as late nights as an adult at they’re late evening opened restaurant and bar the rooms were very clean everyone had a very upbeat and pleasant attitude

The location was perfect. Directly attached to mall of America and only minutes away from the airport. Super clean rooms and modern vibe when you first arrive. The price was also great especially for the room. Ask for a view away from the mall however. I’m not sure what’s over there but otherwise you get a big roof.

The Radisson Blu at the Mall of America was a lovely surprise. The facility and my room were spacious, clean, and modern and the location to MOA is great. Staff is the epitome of “Minnesota Nice.” An added bonus is their FireLake Restaurant. Everything we tried on the menu was delicious! They also serve one of the best lattes I’ve ever tasted. Two thumbs up to the Radisson Blu! 👍🏾👍🏾

Great service we had a minor problem with sofa bed linen but that was quickly resolved. We left a piece of luggage behind and they sent me the link so I could retrieve it. Options to choose how to have it sent were limited and expensive. I wished that was a ground shipping option.

The room was nice, the bathroom door handle was broken and i was very disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay because we were really looking forward to swimming but all the staff was very friendly.

Our stay at the Radisson Blu Mall of America was quick, too quick! We will be back! For our travel needs the location was ideal, an easy shuttle ride to the airport and literally steps from the Mall of America. The on-site restaurant was our go to each night, good food and the staff was great. The rooms were very nice- my kids have deemed them the best flooring ever with the shiny tiles. The value for what we experienced was amazing- with the free, easy shuttle and proximity to what we wanted to do while in town made it worth every penny. The front desk staff was helpful at every interaction. We left an item and the follow up we received from calling them has been above and beyond.

The view from the room was amazing, we had a front row viewing area of all the incoming and outgoing planes. Being attached to the MOA was the biggest part of my decision when booking and I was very happy with the convenience of it. The only con I had with the entire experience would be the pool. I didn’t realize it would be closed for maintenance until the day I was leaving and judging from other reviews/others I know who have stayed it seems like this happens quite a bit.

New renovations were great we just were disappointed that the conditioner and body wash were out while showering and thought housekeeping should be keeping a closer eye on things like that. We also did not appreciate the reading light next to our bed was VERY touchy and would not turn off so we did not sleep as great. I do enjoy coming to the Raddison Blu and will continue to come, we just hope the next time we stay we do not get the same room.

The first night was miserable. The cooling did not work and none of the four family members slept at all. My 6 year old autistic daughter was up at 3:30am due to the heat and I had to take her to a cooler part of the hotel so she stopped crying. After they corrected that issue the rest of the trip was good from that standpoint. The pool was under repair and we had to be shuttled to a sister hotel. Lost part of the trip having to nap from exhaustion.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for 3 nights and 4 days, and overall I would rate my experience a 10/10! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The atmosphere was great, and everything else exceeded my expectations. The only small disappointment was that the mini fridge in my room wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was a minor issue compared to how wonderful everything else was. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a pleasant experience!

I went to Radisson Blu in late June with my family for a Twins game. It’s connected directly to the Mall of America and you can take the light rail to Target field for the game from the mall. I love that once we get to the hotel, we can get where we need to go easily. The rooms were modern, nice and clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff was so friendly. But can we talk about the restaurant?!? The food there is locally sourced and was absolutely AMAZING!!! None of us had a bad meal! The wait staff and bartenders are so nice and great at their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you Radisson Blu for the great experience!

Nice hotel and super easy access to the Mall of America. Never had to go outside to access the mall. Restaurant was also very nice and convenient.

Everything was great. We were there for a National Volleyball tournament. The only issue we had was the fridge would not keep cold. Several families had issues with this. And we had fruit and stuff for the athletes that would not keep cold.

Went on vacation with the grandchildren. The stay at the renaissance blue in Minnesota. with the grandchildren meant all my expectations and the grandchildren's too. All my staff were so friendly and accommodating. And the food was fire as my grandkids would say. If you ever get a chance to go,This would be the place. There was so much to see, and do.We couldn 't get it all in in three days. As soon as we left the grandchildren already discussing next year's vacation at the same place..

We recently hosted a convention at the Radisson Blu MOA for 475+ people (June 9-11). I simply cannot say enough about the staff ... literally every single person who works there - from the guys who work the delivery dock, to the wait staff, to the team who works n the bar, the banquet team, etc. - everyone was attentive and incredible. They find ways to say "yes" and with a smile every time. What a fabulous experience! If you are considering an event at this property ... GO FOR IT! I highly recommend you do. It's so nice that is attaches to the mall - that was an added bonus!

I live locally but was part of a business meeting that was hosted nearby and therefore we stayed on site at the Radisson blue at themall of America. The front desk wasn’t super warm and inviting, but quite honestly, I didn’t need their assistance. The rooms were super clean andvery spacious and accommodating. I love that they offer water. They reach out right away with a text message asking if there’s anything they can doto provide a better experience. I slept very comfortably had everything I needed and it was lovely to be on site at the mall, even thoughwe didn’t have events necessarily there every night, it gave me an opportunity to go and grab an item that I needed or the one night we did hostan event inside the mall it made it much more easy to walk back-and-forth as opposed to having to exit the hotel in the rain and take car. I would highly recommend the Radisson blue both the restaurants and the hotel accommodations to anyone. It’s surprising to be attached to a malland have such a superior experience. Highly highly rated!

The only thing I couldn’t figure out was why there was soap dish wasn’t in the bathroom, but it was in the hallway on a shelf and other than that the cleaning crew left the dishes from the bar there it was a very cozy stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Even your ride guys were amazing.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful! However, the temp controls in rooms are not good. We were a group of 16 all with our own rooms. The rooms were all different temperatures when we arrived. It was 74 in my coworkers room and she set it to 66 . Her room never went below 70. My room was 67 when I checked in, put it to 70 and it was never above 67 in my room, it was freezing. Talked to front desk and they said room control was motion activated…what in the heck!!!! Needless to say most of my coworkers were sweating to death in their rooms while I froze!!!

This hotel is amazing! Concierge was exceptional. I want to personally shout out to Tom!! He was so helpful, kind, compassionate, and no ask was too big. I actually would love to come again with girlfriends for a weekend. Best beds by far in a hotel and we travel a lot.

Was a great experience staying especially being attatched to the mall of america makes accessing extremely convient. However, I was disappointed to see the pool closed I wish that was advertised online before booking. Other than that highly recommend staying!

The whole check in process went smooth. I was able to do an early check in and every employee I encountered was very kind, professional, and polite. Very accommodating. The room was fantastic. Smelled nice, was very clean, A/C was nice and cold, bed was perfect, no noise issues, and you can’t beat being directly connected to the Mall of America. The lobby and common areas were beautiful and very welcoming. Parking was super easy. The cost of the room was very reasonable as well.

Minneapolis, Easy to get to, atmosphere and rooms were fantastic for the short amount of time we were there. Our only issue was that when you pay to have valet parking you should also have a sport to charge a card for a tip. We were unable to tip due to not carrying cash on us and we felt terrible. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Great hotel, clean and convenient

Enjoyed my stay. It was easy access to the mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I just didn’t like the half glass in the shower.

The hotel is wonderful, clean carpet, clean bedding, clean surfaces. The food at hotel restaurant was amazing. We just didn’t understand why we were put into the “disabled” room without any preliminary discussion when we booked a usual room.

My stay at Mall of America in Bloomington MN is always pleasant. The Radisson Blu exceeds expectations every time. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel and direct access into the mall is clutch. And the cost for what’s received is amazingly low.

The room are clean, quiet with comfort bedding and rain shower heads was neat. Everything in place that I needed for my trip. Being attached to mall of America is a neat feature. I had lunch in fire lake restaurant and the meal was delicious.

Amazing stay. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Great access to the mall through a skywalk or you can walk across the drive through the main entrance. Valet staff was very helpful and friendly. Fire Lake bar had funny and speedy service plus great drinks. The room was clean, comfortable and simple. The only downfall was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but they did tell us that when we made the reservation.

Excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They held our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our travel day much easier. The complimentary airport shuttle was reliable and convenient as well. These extra services really enhanced our stay, and we appreciated how helpful everyone was. Best location and very comfortable hotel

Our second time at the Radisson Blu Mall of America. We stay here because of the hotel gym, which is well equipped with a seated leg curl machine, leg extension machine, a cable machine, pull up bars, dumbbells, and several other machines for lat pulldowns, chest presses, etc. I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the hotel was...the hotel seems well built, so there was very little to no noise in the hallways and from other rooms. The room itself is quiet as well (no A/C noise, for example). The overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet...businesslike in a way. I would have expected more families because of the Mall's proximity, but the hotel was very quiet. Certainly some aircrews stay here, as a crew rode with me to the hotel from the airport on the hotel shuttle. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, spacious, and airy and equipped with a small refrigerator and a Nespresso type coffee maker. TV worked fine. Parking is easy in the attached garage, and of course the hotel is connected to the Mall of America. In addition to the restaurants in the MoA, there are three restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the hotel: an IHOP, TGI Friday's, and a Chevy's Mexican. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from the MSP airport, which runs every 30 minutes. Staff and service were fine, and the hotel is clean but not spotless. Things like welcome mats at the main doors should have been vacuumed, for example.

We recently stayed here and had an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and everything exceeded our expectations. The only downfall was the pool being closed for construction, but overall we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Being connected to the Mall of America made the location great. We had a wonderful 2-night stay over Memorial Day weekend.

Customer service is everything, and Radisson gave us exactly what we needed. Being able to shop, eat, and sleep all in one location without ever having to leave the building was everything.

Overall, pretty great experience. Very unique atmosphere and the staff was great. Our room was clean and could tell they take pride in keeping up to date on trends. One thing we thought was odd, was that the rooms did not have microwaves and only one available to use by guests, which was on a different floor. It wasn't a huge setback, but for the price we paid, I would have expected one to be in the room. With that being said, we will be back! The convenience of having it connected to the Mall of America is definitely worth it.

As always, a lovely stay at a beautiful hotel. And I love being able to walk right into the mall and then back to our room again when I want to rest.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. This is my first time staying at a “blu” property and I would definitely stay again. It was convenient to everything. The small issue I had with the room safe was address within minutes! Rooms were clean. Food at the hotel restaurant was good too!

I had an amazing time at Radison Blu MOA. The hotel was simply beautiful and quite cheap for the quality. It was a simple check in and out. They even sent a link the day before to allow us to check in before we got there. Parking was quick, easy, and not packed while I was there. I paid $50 for two nights of parking. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. We ordered door dash because most of the food spots close by 9:30 but they always dropped our food in the lobby and we simply went down to get it. You need your key card to use the elevator which I like because it makes things more secure. It was a very laid back atmosphere. The hotel restaurant was always filled with laughter but the hotel was never loud. If you felt like going to the MOA, all you had to do was come out of the elevator hallway and take a left after the restaurant and you were there! Thank you for an amazing weekend. We even got to see Ampers&One for free 🥰

The Blu is without a doubt the best hotel in the MSP suburban area. Fire/Lake is an exceptional restaurant and bar with an incredible whiskey selection, the rooms are perfectly appointed, and the staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at Blus across North America and Europe and the MOA location is by far the best.

Took my daughter and a friend to a free concert at the mall. The room was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and we did not hear the planes that were taking off not far away.

Location is excellent The reason I gave it a 4 is some parts are very dated.. people on higher floors had renovated rooms mine and another friend on floor 4&5 very dated . I’d advise they don’t use these old rooms bc they r very dated and worn out. Another set of friends had new modern clean..

My husband and I had the chance to stay at this beautiful hotel! I did not have one bad experience staying at Radisson Blu. Customer service was ABSOLUTELY amazing and very convenient. Hotel shuttle service every 30 minutes. Continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic and did not feel over crowded! Also, if you wanted to explore the mall, you’re in luck because the mall is connected! No driving necessary. We didn’t even need a rental car for our trip because the mall pretty much had everything! The room itself was gorgeous, we were also told that we stayed in a newly renovated room, very clean, very elegant, all was lovely! We didn’t hear anything alarming as far as noise level, we actually wouldn’t have even known we had neighbors haha. Definitely worth every penny, especially if your first time traveling to Minneapolis!
