Breakfast was good, pancakes and sausages and more.

The bathroom was not very clean, pool was not clean and the hot tub was broken. The hair dryer in our room made a scary sound and a spark, then it smelt like burnt in our room for a while.

Upon my request we were reassigned to a clean, quiet and comfortable room. Staff was courteous and helpful.

First room we were given smelled of stale smoke covered up by loads of smelly air freshener. Had no sofa or chair except desk chair. Dark. Parking lot a disaster of pot holes and puddles. Common area carpet old and dirty. Front desk was understaffed so the whole room switch took about 40 minutes.

The room was spacious and quite nice.

Extremely slow check-in and very unfriendly staff.

Not clean. The carpets in the hallways did not look to be vacuumed often, our room looked great when we walked in, however the bed sheets smelled used with multiple pieces of hair throughout the bed clothes. The bed skirt was stained. The desk chair had a large stain on the seat plus a few spots that had crusted residue. The sofa bed also had crusted stains. The bed side lamp did not work and the bathroom outlet had a spring hanging from it, it did not work. The tiles in the shower and the tub floor were stained and not well cleaned. The pool was inviting, but the water looked tainted and it has a layer of thick grime along the walls at the surface of the water that can be scraped off. I called the front desk about the issues with the room and they did fix the outlet and lamp, and changed the bed clothes, but did not have another chair and didn’t clean the current one. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Suites were spacious

Paper cups, need more towels in a suite . Morning breakfast buffet is complicated at the toaster section. Slow and needs simplicity. Coffee isn’t very good

Parking lot was terrible, full of pot holes. I paid for early check in, late check out, and it caused a big issue. Room wasn’t ready when i got there. House keeping tried total, my partner that they had to leave the room, after I paid for late check out. There were electric issues in the bathroom, plug didn’t work. The fridge was so iced up, you couldn’t close the fridge door.

It was close to magic mountain and the zoo and nice that it was just off the highway

It was very unkept. There was broken glass all over the floor in our room that my five year-old daughter found as she was standing barefoot. Someone else’s clothing was in our room from the previous day. The telephones in both rooms we stayed in were broken and did not work to contact the front desk. It was such a party atmosphere hotel and someone pulled the fire alarm the first night at 10 PM so we had to evacuate and I had to stand outside with my daughter in her pajamas. They moved us to another room the second night and the bedding had dried on food, stuck to it that you could pick off and clearly was not washed. There was very loud people drinking and smoking drugs in their car outside our window yelling for hours through the night, and I was unable to contact the front desk to ask them to address it. Because the phone would not work in the room and when I tried to use my personal cell phone to call the front desk. I kept being put through to voicemail. No one responded to my text that night either.. it felt like a very unsafe environment to be staying with my five-year-old. She was very scared the first night that the people who left their clothes in our room we’re going to come into our room in the night to look for them. Or that the fire alarm was going to go off again. When trying to address these concerns with the front desk, I was told there was no managers available and that they don’t work on weekends, which is obviously they’re busiest time so I’m not sure how that could be possible for a busy hotel we were forced to pay the balance and then I had to fight with the manager through email for weeks requesting a refund due to the terrible and unsafe stay we had. it was a very old and outdated hotel. The decor and conditions of the furniture, the walls, the bathrooms, was very used. But the worst part about it was that they obviously did not care to clean the rooms properly to be safe and clean for families.

The location was exactly what we needed as a one night stop traveling from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Close to the highway, fuel and food options. Our kids enjoyed the castle themed family room and we all had a nice time relaxing in the pool after a day of driving. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options and space.

The stairwell was musty with no real ventilation. The hot tub was out of order the night we stayed, a bit of bad luck.

I feel the location is under staffed. It seems very overwhelming for the workers. Also hot tub not working.

Booked for one nigh stay. Didn’t sleep all night as Mattress and pillows were not comfortable. Fridge didn’t work. All foods were spoiled and had to throw out.

The staff were great and the manager i think with the mustang made the kids very happy when they heard it start up Breakfast had many options , but should have bacon more than sausages..

I wish they would have been able to read my messages and give me the room I needed for my son with disabilities the reason we were there was for medical reasons , when we asked they couldn't accommodate even when I booked the proper room , being on the second floor was hard Also could make it fun when its for kids attending medical testing , I know Marriott does that , but its also a suggestion for those families in these difficult times .. Over all your staff all of them are wonderful...

Le tapis sentait mauvais, la poubelle n'avait pas été vidée et il y avait des canettes de bière sous le bureau et des papiers sous le lit. Salle de bain minuscule, non rénovée avec une toilette qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Voisins très bruyants et une chambre devant la notre a été transformé en "commerce" de vêtements - de type comptoir familiale - donc beaucoup de va et vient.

Our room could use some updating- looked well used. BUT we did request a room change on checking in so I am assuming this room is not usually given to guests.

Location

The room was filthy, blood on sides of toilet, hair all over the bathroom floor. The room was not vacuumed, ran into housekeeping in the hallway, she said she vacuumed but told me to take the vaccumm and do it myself if I wasn't happy. Once we told her of the bathroom state she came into room and said " tell me what you see that I don't" once we showed it to her she cleaned it off.

Convenient location. Parking lot and entrance are pretty bad. Pool is a nice to have.

Complimentary laundry is never functional. (Been broken for a long time) no coffee available, staff cranky, no automatic hpusekeepibg is a pain in the ass.

The smell The fact that we had to almost beg for towels for four as it was set-up for two. The booking was for 4 adults. The rooms are due for an update according to me, especially for the price.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, there were hairs all over the shower. We had to carry our heavy luggage upstairs and the stairs leading to our room was malodorous

Bed was comfy

Very dirty and smelly. Unclean bathroom. The carpet was musky and smelly. Wouldn’t even walk without shoes. The bathroom smelled like pee. And shower curtain stank.

The personnel was polite and respectful. The room had exit to the parking lot right to our car. It was very convenient. Breakfast was very good.

The room was very dirty, the shower was broken so we had to use a glass to wash the children.

Pool had was to much chlorine, to the point you could barley breath. Also we booked online and paid online. But once we checked out they charged our credit card again for the full balance that was already paid prior to arriving the day before. Had to call over 10 plus times and demand my money back. Eventually it got returned about a 3 weeks later..

We booked two ground-floor rooms, each with two beds, and requested adjoining rooms because we were travelling with two seniors in their eighties who have mobility and visual impairments. When we arrived, the rooms had not been assigned as requested. We were initially given Rooms 107 and 108, but Room 107 had only one bed. We settled our senior companions into Room 108 and returned to the front desk. At approximately 3:15 p.m., we were told that another room with two beds would be ready within 30 minutes. After checking several times, we were eventually given Room 148, located at the opposite end of the hallway from Room 108. We also noticed dirt and crumbs outside its door. Although the beds were comfortable, the following morning our companions discovered large pools of water around the toilet in their accessible bathroom. Water continued to appear on the toilet and floor, creating a serious safety hazard—especially for seniors with mobility difficulties and significant visual impairments. Breakfast was also disappointing. We were told the hotel had run out of coffee, and although staff tried to replenish the buffet, several items remained unavailable. The staff members we dealt with were mostly friendly, but the room assignment problems, unsafe bathroom conditions, and inadequate breakfast service made this a frustrating experience. This getaway was meant to be a special highlight of the year for our two senior companions, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. We hope management acknowledges these concerns and takes steps to improve accessibility, safety, and guest service.

Our room was quite dirty, the pull out couch was broken and would not fold out. There were two towels for 5 people. The front desk had trouble locating a fold out cot for us because of the broken couch, did not have a corkscrew we could use.

Pas la bonne chambre pour commencer. Odeur insupportable, acheter produit pour éliminer l’odeur, mais ça n’a pas marché. Personnel et clientèle de l’immigration, piscine et spa complètement infecte, désolé. Dame indou à la réception très impolie et malheureusement vraiment incompétente. Une nuit à du être remboursé et booking l’a autorisé.. ça fait plus de 14 jours.. on doit encore les appeler car il ne font pas le remboursement. Donc, PASSEZ VOTRE TOUR.

Pool was super nice and rooms were super clean and front desk staff were amazing to deal with.

Our room had nails sticking out of the floor by the bathroom and my son stepped on one and cut his foot open and it became infected. Staff/hotel were accommodating by refunding my second night as I had to leave due to the situation and giving me a discount on the first night. I have yet to get the refund but that’s what was promised.

J'ai aimer l'espace de cette chambre seulement.

Deja en entrant le personnel na pas pu répondre a absolument rien aucun parlait français. Notre divan lit a la chambre 361 ne s'ouvre pas. Il y a de la sauce partout sur les murs les rideaux aussi nourriture dessus et déchiré. Petite bebitte noir dans la salle de bain. Pleins de portes dans l'hôtel qui ne fonctionne pas. Jai appeler la réception et essayer de me faire comprendre mais non... Ma nièce se débrouille bien en anglais elle leurs a dit que c'était sale en plus de ne pas toute avoir l'équipement fonctionnel. Sans parler de la piscine avec son eau opaque tellement ya du chlore.

The hot tub was very dirty, our room was cleaned but nothing was stocked in the room, and the staff wasnt overly friendly. We pre booked a room months in advance and a hour before our arrival the hotel called to say our room wasnt available, they did provide us with another room but it wasnt what we wanted

There were 3 buildings all cut up and hard to figure out where to go. At check-in the lady showed us which entrance to use and where the room would be but didn’t advise there was no elevator so we walked around for a while looking for an elevator to end up in the wrong section. There was also quite a bit of black mould in our tub so we did not shower
