Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Moncton

It was fine the price was good.

Very run down. Sheets stained.

Nothing

Very Noisy (highway next to the room) Outside light flashing in the window and in the room even if the blind was closed. Carpet room was dirty Old bathroom (due to be renovated)

Comfortable and clean

Staff were not great with English

It was great having a separate room with a foldout couch and basic amenities (coffee machine, microwave, fridge). Plenty of space. The room(s) are basic and a bit tired but clean and more than functional. They have also filled in many of the potholes so the driveway is fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but got the job done. Having all day access to coffee was great.

The staff, location, comfort, size of the room and price!

Nothing I didn't like.

Liked the space in the room. Staff were very friendly.

The entrance from the main road was hard to find.

The location was decent

Rooms were insanely outdated for the price. The chaulking on the inside of the shower was mouldy, the bathroom door didn’t latch unless you basically slammed it, and the thermostat in the room didn’t work at all. We couldn’t adjust the temperature or put the AC on. The tv lagged every 10 seconds making watching anything difficult because you would miss half of what was happening. I got a text the day before arrival letting me know I could request an early check in, so I did. I didn’t hear anything back until the morning of departure when I was told my request was denied. That’s fine, but if it wasn’t an option then a text shouldn’t have been sent saying it was. Overall I wouldn’t recommend for the price, you could stay at cleaner places for the same price.

ENLEVER LES TAPIS PARTOUT, C'EST UN RAMASSE POUSSIÈRE,NOUS NAVIONS PAS LE GOUT DE MARCHER PIEDS NUS.Par contre les lits étaient supers.

Breakfast is too simple. room is stink. location is next to highway, and noisy. water drain is half blocked. and water leaks

The motel is a bit old and it needs so improvement, but Clean rooms and comfort beds so it will work for short stay.

It is next to a HWY so it is a bit noisy if you get a room on hwy side

Close to where we were headed and breakfast included

Dirty linens, not enough towels in rooms, not enough pillows for family of 4, air conditioner only in king suite bedroom causing living room to be very warm, ice machine on ground floor, public bathroom being cleaned during breakfast timing.

Everything is perfect

I don’t like because the price because it is little bit higher for that location

Was charged for early checking when only checked in at 2

The four free charging stations for electric cars, so practical in a town with so few EV chargers! The breakfast was good too!

The entry way is really sketchy (behind a store with lots of potholes). The sheets had a lot of textile fiber/hairs sticking to them, like they didn’t use fabric softeners or something. The bed wasn’t really comfortable, I felt my husband moving all night.

I liked the location and the price. Beds were comfortable and staff was welcoming and pleasant.

It is very dated and needs some maintenance. Things are old and worn out.

Convenient location for where we wanted to be and priced affordable.

Coming back to the facility to 5 or 6 police crushers and officers walking all around but no one bothered to explain what was happening or why. Unable to control the ac in the rooms. No smoke detector in room - only a spot with a capped wire.

Close to casino

Not many tv channels

So it’s was nice and comfortable room, it was clean, staff was so good.

Buffet was so small for full hotel with people, just 6 tables for breakfast. I feed my baby at the floor

Couloir sale et non nettoyé. Serviettes sales que j’ai dû échanger. Draps très usagés.

Yes

No

Location

Dirty. Continental breakfast was awful

The location was good, room was specious and breakfast was okay.

The AC was making noise whole night and toilet shower was a bit old.

Proximité et déjeuner compris

Rien

The place is clean, staffs were awesome, friendly. Breakfast area is big.

The parking is around the building. Had to walk around everytime since the closest parking are all reserved only. And the entry was difficult to find. This property is behind the Home Hardware store, I almost skipped it since it looks like a warehouse from outside. But once you enter the building it looks nice.

The distance between the property and the event we went to.

We did not get the suite we booked, damp smell in the room we were downgraded to, tv wasn’t working the first night, poor breakfast selection, the pancake machine is gone, the juices were disgusting. Disappointing staff.

Location was practical for our purposes and the breakfast was OK. At least there was some hot food.

The driveway into the motel is absolutely horrible unless you have a vehicle that can drive over craters several feet deep. I cannot understand why any company would leave the driveway in that shape. They seemed to have problems with not enough staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area some days. They also seemed to have problems not keeping enough food inventory in stock and ordered.

Welcoming

Internet barely worked and the tv ran off the internet so it was freeze at times. Breakfast was terrible, bagels and yogurt were the only thing we could eat. Room also wasn’t ready at check-in, was an hour late.

Accueil

The location was the only thing I liked about this property

The driveway was full of potholes. When we checked in we went to our room it wasn’t the right room. I had booked a two bedroom suite and we got a single room with two queen beds. We were travelling with our 6year old son so the separate space was the main reason I made the booking in the first place. When I went to talk to the front desk I was told “ oh I guess we didn’t have the availability” then why was I able to book it? After arguing for 10 minutes they finally switched us to a single bedroom suite. The room itself was dingy. The window in the bedroom was cracked and the towels were dirty. The couch had holes in it and the tv remote was nowhere to be found until my 6 year old found it inside the couch cushions. The free breakfast was meh and there was nowhere to sit in the dining room so we had to take out food back to our room to eat. Definitely won’t be back here

We had breakfast there one morning. It was OK. There was not much left by the time we got down there.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 o’clock. We could not check in until after 5 o’clock Room keys had issues had to go have them re-scanned twice we were assigned a parking spot two times somebody parked in my spot that I had to go in and they had to locate the person to move their vehicle. I would not step foot barefoot on the rug because it was so dirty lots of stains paint peeling everywhere‘s bathroom sink would not drain. Water was leaking from the upstairs bathroom into our bathtub. Definitely would not stay there again. It said online that their hotel was renovated four years ago. No way was it

It was clean, which is important for us and close to the highway, as we were travelling.

Pillows were a little uncomfortable, but we can live with that.

location, staff was friendly and helpful

room was in need of updates. Towels were gray and dingy. breakfast was limited and out of many items

Staff friendliness

Tub was filthy, entrance paving horrible, too small of a breakfast area, no spoons, no juice. Etc.

Very family friendly, location is great , price is acceptable

There appears to be a disconnect between your third-party booking channels and front-desk operations. We selected adjacent rooms during booking, but were advised at check-in that this preference cannot be fulfilled by hotel staff. Having our party separated across different floors was inconvenient, and we encourage better alignment between your website listings and actual room management.

Zimmer waren ordentlich, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war inkludiert und in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The property is in a good location, although awkward placement right behind a home hardware. But close to stores and highway. The outside and lobby looked worse then the rooms. Rooms were outdated but clean and had everything needed including a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker.

The driveway to the hotel is the worst I’ve EVER drove on. The holes are soo big you can loose all tires driving thru there. Also the property included breakfast is very limited. So don’t expect amazing things. They had oranges, apples, some garlic cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt, milk and cereals, along with bagels and toast for breakfast. There was also some egg and sausages, as well as hash browns, but truthfully did not try them.

Quiet

Driveway holes

It was clean, the bottom floor has a door to outside with chairs you can relax in, the breakfast was decent !

Nothing really !

Location

The room felt unhygienic. Carpet and Sofa inside the room were stained and dingy. They need a deep wash.

nothing much may be the room is clean

Staff was friendy. Very comfortable, good location.

The driveway was full of potholes not just small pothole. The potholes were about deep leading down to the hotel.

Breakfast was not good at all. We arrived around 8 am. The only option for breakfast was sausages. No egg, no bread for toast and coffee machine was out of order. The breakfast staff did nothing to bring out more food or explain the issue. We had to go buy breakfast elsewhere.

Room was fantastic, staff were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast space looked lovely. Options appeared reasonable for most people. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns.

The approach / drive way is in terrible shape. Huge pot holes that we didnt see before hitting them when arriving at night.

All was good, staff pleasant. Room to expectations

Nothing

Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

Access road was in atrocious condition. Massive pot holes were hard to navigate.

Clean despite neglect.

Neglect

Great

Staff were great. Two large rooms for a decent price

Dated, not the cleanest.

This hotel is in need or renovation. The driveway up to it is terrible, folull of potholes. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was fairly good. Coffee great! However the price was high for an older hotel. There are cheaper in the area.

Should be a budget hotel and not have to pay a high price.

Nothing

Neglect. Too expensive. Breakfast in hallways.

The bed was very comfortable

Not enough places to sit for breakfast

The hotel room itself was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable to sleep in. It was great that a tv, small fridge and microwave were included as well for convenience. Our bathroom toilet stopped working at one point, however the front desk gladly made the effort to get it fixed as soon as they could which was nice. Continental breakfast was a good added bonus, but make sure to go early as items would run out quite quickly.

On the first night, our bedsheets and towels were mostly covered with hair which was unfortunate. The front desk did accommodate our request to have these changed which was nice. One of the two hotel keys we received didn't work half the time we were there despite keeping it away from electronic devices as we were instructed to. We attempted to get them reactivated a couple of times at the front desk without success, so we just used one. Beware of the large potholes in the hotel driveway if arriving by car.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay and replenished often. Sausage, egg white flats, hashbrowns.

It’s easy to miss the access road. This road is so full of potholes we saw someone bottom out. I wouldn’t want to arrive after dark. The shower curtain was mildewed and had a horrible smell. My grandson said the sofa bed was not comfortable. The whole place needs a good cleaning.

Location.

Nothing.

Clean, nice staff

Weird access for the parking lot.

l'établissement a beaucoup besoin d'amour.

The road in was like a mine field. Many large pot holes

Wasn’t to bad

The A/C unit was old, and the fan was noisy. When we returned in the evening after a whole day trip, the A/C's fan would not work properly. The night duty staff (manager?) was helpful in resolving the issue; he offered another room for the night.

Breakfast run out

Friendly staff price was good

Location was good, staff were helpful and friendly. A/c worked well.

Finishes were very tired. Did not like walking into the food seating area in the main lobby. Room finishes were tired.

Staff were wonderful!!

A lot of up dates need to be made and new carpet . Driveway horrible!! Breakfast needs to be better quality!! Shower curtains are torn .

Close to highway

Bathroom floor was sticky and bathroom had a musty smell.

Make sure shampoo and everything is full. FIX THE STUBID PARKING LOT. The pot hole are huge

Parking and driveway

Two doors to my room

The bathroom was very dirty, like water ring in toilet, shower curtain has mold all on the bottom, an baseboards were full of hair in bathroom, driveway entrance was nothing but pot holes

Nothing to be honest!

The road leading to the hotel was terrible! It had huge potholes!! Breakfast had nothing in it! They don’t refill anything once its finished even though we had plenty of time on the clock!

L approvisionnement du petit déjeuner trop long.

Price was the only good feature at this location.

Away from restaurants and driveway was horrible - potholes as big as caverns

Very comfortable staying

None

The driveway was rough and lots of hole. No extra pillows when we requested for it.
