Comfort Inn Moncton Magnetic Hill

The room was clean and there was plenty of space. The breakfast was sufficient, but did not like the sausage. There is more than ample parking. The location is good for quick access to the highway.

The electronic outdoor access to building did not work - we had to use the lobby entrance which is small. Our keys stopped working and had to be reprogrammed. There is no elevator and the stairs are accessed through a small lobby. The lobby has a closed door that accesses the hallway then you go through another entrance to the stairs. It is definitely not handicap/mobility friendly!

Signage on the street.

The location was excellent - easy to get around. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast, and I was appreciative that there was a guest laundry. Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. Wish there was a hot tub!

Confort and cleanliness

Breakfast is average

Nice clean hotel. Thanks!

Matelas et oreillers confortables. Personnel sympathique. Bon petit-déjeuner.

Accessible room for my mom who uses a cane and a wheelchair. Loved the walk in /wheel in shower for her. We were right next to the breakfast room which was very convenient. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of hot and cold options.

The room with the walk in shower only had a king size bed… we would have preferred two beds- Queen or even double would’ve been sufficient.

Its clean, comfy, and smelled really good. Nice location. Good service and polite staff.

Parking should probably have a room number as well.

The room was clean

The room was small. The breakfast room was small & not enough room for the people there. Too crowded. It is only a 2 star hotel. Very basic.

Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Great location near the Casino

Building could use some updating.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Breakfast had a lot to choose from and everything was very good. Especially the waffle maker. Lots of parking, safe and quiet surroundings. Great location close to highway.

The little coffee maker who was in the room. Coffee taste much better with a Keurig coffee maker and you can bring your own c-cups coffee pods.

Pretty standard for a comfort inn. It’s a bit worn. Lots of breakfast choices. Has 4 level 2 EV charging stations.

You can’t really walk anywhere from the location, except to the casino near by. It has the usual very noisy hotel air conditioners.

Good breakfast, very comfortable beds. Excellent value. Location is very close to Casino

Location, drive up rooms, breakfast included, beds were super comfy!

People kept taking our drive up parking spots. Made it difficult to load & unload. Front desk didn't seem to care, hence the problem!!

Car battery charger

If you stay 2floor there's no elevator

Nice bad Good room

No balcony

Easy access off the highway

Convenient to all our activities and close to the TransCanada highway

No elevator to 2nd floor

Overall everything was great

The staff in the main lobby wore strong Perfumes/ Cologne causing my Asthma to kick in and act up . Maybe wear a little less perfume/ Cologne.

Helpful staff. Easy access to parking lot.

Nice restaurant. Great food

Everything needs to be upgraded and repainted. A good cleaning inside the rooms are a must and the windows were nasty.

Staff were friendly

The day we stayed temperature was 33 degrees centigrade in Moncton and the AC wasn't working. Any number of complaints didn't help

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very kind and professional.

Very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful

It was clean and the rooms were decent.

The breakfast room felt a bit small and it was difficult to get a seat when it was busy.

Breakfast was poor compared to other chains. Limited selection. No hot water for tea and when the attendant was asked for this she had get some from the kitchen which she apparently din’t enjoy . The dining room is too small for the number of guests on site !

Breakfast and the dining room.

Great room and shower pressure was amazing.

Too far from downtown.

Établissement restaurer récemment. Lumineux et propre.

Room smell

We were on a 3+ week vacation and nearing the end, this was an amazing spot to stay! Everything was great!

Maybe add an extra hour to the breakfast

I love staying here, always a good stay.

I would prefer a Kureg coffee maker in the room so I can bring my own kcups.

Lit confortable et très tranquille. Bon petit déjeuner le matin.

Lit ultra comfortable

Rien(!)

Le confort du lit.

Room was comfortable and clean. The location was good.

Breakfast was lacking. People were eating waffles in paper bowls because there were no plates.

Chambre propre ! Tranquille emplacement!

Big clean room, nice breakfast with good coffee! I had a room on the 1 floor and I had direct access to the street from my room. Fridge, microwave . They cleaned rooms every day.

During my last day I received a email from the hotel at 1:40 am. Unfortunately I forgot to turn off the sound on my phone. Later 1 woman knocked on the door and when I opened she said sorry and she thought we already checked out and I said I will likely be there till 10:30-11am. Right after that after 30 minutes only maybe , someone else just opened the door while I was packing and closed it immediately after they realized I was still there. Also when I checked in I was told that breakfast time is from 6 till 9, but they forgot to mention that this time is for the weekdays and during weekends it starts at 7, so I came only 10 minutes earlier. We had a chair outside (each room had it), but people from the other room took our chair without asking and put their belongings on it. And it looks like hotel staff does not care about it at all. They could check it periodically or put a sign that guests are not allowed to take furniture from other rooms . So all staff need some training.

L'hôtel est neuf et propre. Personnel accueillant

dont eat breakfast

all good, had real good sleep, quiet , super friendly staff

A good value for money hotel. Room clean and recently refurbished. Staff helpful and breakfast good.

Rien

So clean ansmd a great pet friendly option.

As advertised

No disappointment

Location, clean, friendly desk clerks

Location

Le petit déjeuner

Friendly staff, sparkling clean and convenient.

Place was clean and relatively quiet

Power went for most of day two but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel

Room was clean and quiet, comfortable temperature, good shower. Briefly surfed the TV and that was good! Breakfast is definitely a plus and we love the waffle maker for sure. Interactions with staff were great, very friendly at reception and the person attending to the breakfast area. Ease of parking!

Nothing at all

Breakfast had many selections but no dairy free options eg Becel, dairy free yogurt, Almond milk

No elevator access to second floor

Everything about this location was brilliant! Definitely one of the best stays I've ever had while traveling!

N/A

Le personnel courtois , le déjeuner

Petite odeur d’humidité dans la chambre

Everything was nice

No Elevator

Terrific facility

No disappointment

Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff.

Finding entrance was challenging. Hidden driveway.

I found the bed very comfortable. We requested a main floor room because of the amount of baggage we had so it was very convenient to be able to go in and out the patio doors. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. One suggestion....because the hotel is set back from the road, perhaps an arrow under the sign (or some other way to indicate the location) would be helpful.

There was a bus parked outside our doors that seemed to be running all night. It was quite loud so we put the fan on in the room to block out the noise.

The people at the front desk were very helpful. Breakfast was very good.

We hardly had any sleep due to the noisy building (slamming of the outside building door) and the very hard/uncomfortable beds. The room was very warm and the air conditioning was unbearably load, so keeping that on was not an option. We also really disliked the disposable plates and cutlery in the breakfast lounge. So much waste and what's wrong with doing a few dishes.

It was good hot and plenty of iy

More chairs in room

The room was very clean which is a hugh deal for me . Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast , had a great selection of options to eat.

Large and very clean room, small variety but very good breakfast, ample parking.

Incredible complimentary continental breakfast! Staff so friendly and rooms were very clean!

Well I wasn’t allowed to use my visa debit and the lady that was working was totally rude to me and my husband. We will not be booking with comfort inn in the future.

The room was comfortable.

We were dismayed at breakfast to see plastic cutlery, paper plates and cups in use which all ended up in a single bin, with food waste. No evidence of recycling unfortunately, or reusable items instead of disposable. On both evenings of our stay there were children constantly running up and down the corridor outside our room and making noise from 6pm until the small hours of the morning. I recognise that this is more of a parental control issue and although we called reception more than once no satisfactory action was taken.

there were 10 rooms of Australians were very noisy every night all night even in morning loud singing couldn't sleep we complained but they still opened shut doors continus

Breakfast!

Heating system

The access with the parking (car), the breakfast

Nothing
