I stayed at The Atlas° Hotel in Regina for one night, from September 3 to 4, and had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything during my stay went smoothly. The breakfast was perfect and fresh The location was also convenient and easy to access. It was a short stay, but I was very satisfied with the comfort and service. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Regina.

Very loud hallway traffic. People yelling/screaming at all hours of the day and night. Argumentative staff. It felt like staff were being forced to be there as it was a very inhospitable experience and was provided with conflicting information. Staff needs an overhaul or serious re training. A lineup formed at the front desk almost to the exit door while the staff laughed with each other in the back room. Front desk Staff used profanity in front of children. A Veteran in a wheelchair ask the man at the front desk for a glass of water because he was having a coughing fit and the lobby water source was empty. This staff member told the Veteran to go ask the restaurant. I was appalled by this. I ended up retrieving water for the man myself. Water slide was broken and staff were unaware until a child told them. Pool area was over capacity there must have been over 70 people in the small area. Pool attendant yelled at a small child for forgetting to leave towel behind. Child was shivering and crying from the situation.

A small but pleasant hotel which exceeded my expectations. The rooms were of a good size and clean. The other facilities within the hotel were not particularly used. Although the option of gym and mini water park was a bonus. A commendation to the reception staff (in the evening and day time)who were engaging and professional. The adjoining restaurant was equally pleasant, serving a variety of dishes. The staff were attentive ensuring all the needs of those within my party were met.

We’ve stayed at The Atlas Hotel a few times before, typically this has been a fairly positive experience. The waterslides are tons of fun, location is good, and staff is friendly.

There were a few glaring issues this stay, the first and foremost being that there was what appeared to be dried blood on one of the bed sheets. In addition to this, there was some mystery red stain on the curtains. This was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for the cost of staying here. Moving on, the waterpark itself is need some repairs. Several aspects of the water feature were non functional, tiles are falling off the wall near the pool, and there’s hand drawn instructional signs at the top of the waterslide. In addition to this, on the night we stayed, there was essentially no order with some guests completely disregarding the posted waterslide rules by going multiple at a time or ignoring the green/red lights. Overall, this was definitely a disappointing experience and has us reconsidering future visits.

Not including complimentary breakfast is not good and made us not happy. other families we came together had in their hotels- Day inn Hotel and they had same amenities.

Staff was epic . Water park was minty. Room was awesomeness. Left my daughter a bday gift when all I asked for was some balloons made her bday that much more special to all of us!

The two dining locations at the hotel made it convenient to have meal that wasn't fast food. Pub was good for happy hour and dining room had a good breakfast menu

We didn't expect a room overlooking the waterslide, but for families with children it was a great hotel feature.

Air conditioning didn't work in hallways. Pool area was not what I expected. My truck was hit in the parking lot , someone posed as a manager and claimed it was where I parked.

We enjoyed everything. The location was perfect for us as we were in Regina for events at the University; the waterpark was a big hit; the room was huge and clean with comfy beds and all the amenities; staff were attentive and charming; we even stopped in for a drink at the lounge, and enjoyed the most delicious calamari bites at the restaurant.

The singular complaint we had was that the air conditioner would make a jarring noise whenever it clicked in. Staff were already familiar with the problem when we reported it and assured us that it was being investigated for fixes.

The staff are absolutly fantastic . The beds are comfy and slept like a baby . Would definatly stay there again . The kids loved it

Pool area needs to be updated. Parking lot was very crowded. Stalls are small.

Our room was nice and clean and comfortable.

I called at least 6 times in 30 days to confirm our reservation. To confirm our dogs and when we arrived, they told me they knew nothing about our dogs, even though I had proof I did phone. Check-in, took over 30 minutes while they found us another room. They did compensate us for the problem.But how many times do you have to phone to confirm your dogs and then they still didn't get it. The pool was packed i feel the hotel was overbooked. They had weddings and dance groups and baseball teams, and everything you can imagine, crammed into the hotel that one day.

Great location, newly renovated rooms. Great value for also having access to the waterpark. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

The Front desk staff were great very friendly and helpful . The pool was very good also liked the bathroom and the shower was good

The water park was nice although some of the floor features were not working. The beds were comfortable.

Not having breakfast included was a big downside. Also having to only get five bracelets for the swimming pool was kind of sad. We were visiting family from out of town and would have loved for them to come water sliding as well

The location of this hotel is great with a great pub located in the hotel with other amenities close by. Easy to get around Regina from here. The water and coffee at reception was greatly appreciated throughout the day. Spacious rooms and a good TV.

The pool was too chaotic and it would have been nice if there were adult hours in the evening to enjoy for some quiet. The pillows were just awful, it felt like sleeping on tiny rocks stuffed into a pillowcase. Finally, the hot water took forever to heat up and when it did there was no water pressure for the shower.

I like the quick response when I asked for late check in which is 1:35 AM. The staff messaged us that they will ensure we check in when we arrive. It was quick since we were all so tired from our flight.

The staff from the check in counter was very nice, very welcoming and very professional, explained everything very well. Room assigned to us was spotless and very clean, spacious and comfy too. My daughter loves the pool slides, its right in front of our room. I would definitely stay again.

It's an exceptional time. Hot tub is the best!

All in all pretty good. Had one imperfection in the room but no big deal.

Good location along South Albert Street. Parking lot was convenient and accessible. Restaurant in the hotel was good (prices reasonable and food was tasty). Had supper in the evening. Did not have breakfast. The pool facilities were very nice. Water slides were fun and a nice large hot tub and pool.

The hard time wasn’t working a few of the days that we were there, which was very disappointing. It wasn’t for the whole day, but just the times that we wanted to go. Not having a microwave in the room was a huge disadvantage compared to other hotels. There was a hockey tournament in the city as well as a dance competition and possibly something else. Parents were allowing their kids to run up and down the hallway, screaming late into the night making an impossible for me to get work done. We booked these rooms so the kids can have some fun while we can also work. We were unable to complete our work as many of the hockey tournament Kids were so disruptive. Stairwells are very dingy and don’t feel clean.

The in-house restaurant had good food.

The yard is dirty and there were people hanging around the door smoking. Someone was brazen enough to leave a bong near the door of their SUV.

Location was pretty good, with lots of restaurant options nearby. Was in a newer room and it was nice to have Netflix on the smart tv.

Didn’t like how I had to call someone to bring me ice to my room. I understand the idea of making it quieter for guests, but then invest in better sound proofing or sealing of the rooms. Took forever for someone to bring me ice and some cutlery, in which the cutlery was forgotten and someone had to come back again. I asked the front desk to pre- book me a taxi to take me to the airport. They forgot and I had to ask them if they had an ETA for the taxi, which is when they realized they forgot!

The facility shown online was different than what was given to us . When asked he said the prices are different for the option which was given online . I paid for what was shown in the booking website but the staff mentioned they had only 2 room with that option and there is no way we could get it for the price which was showing in booking.con

The gentleman working at the front desk was extremely helpful and incredibly kind when I checked in. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but he has curly hair and truly deserves recognition for his excellent service

The restaurant (in-room dining) service could be improved. I ordered three meals through room service that were supposed to come with drinks, but when I placed the order over the phone, the staff did not ask about the drinks and delivered the meals without them. I eventually had to go to the restaurant myself to request the drinks.

The price 250 without a breakfast. And when I went outside to check out the windows. They were filled with mattresses. I went to the front desk and asked why our room out of 3 whole floors was the only one available. He said they are testing all the rooms. I asked what do you mean by "testing "? He said "oh testing to see what looks work"....that didn't make sense. Anyone know anything about why all the rooms are closed?

my family and i thought that everything at the atlas hotel was exceptional from the pool to the helpful staff and the amazing food ,every aspect of this stay was an impeccable and exceptionable experience.

Staff was nice, place was clean

The tv channels weren't working and an ad for the tv kept popping up on the screen. Long walk to get out of the building when on the very end

This hotel is in a great location, easy to find. The staff was very welcoming and took time to explain the layout of the building. When we got to the room, there was a dog bed and dishes for my dog, along with a flyer and brochure on where to take her for walks, dispose of waste etc. This is by far the best pet hotel. And of course there is a water park, which my kids loved. 2 waterslides, splash park and a couple of smaller pools. The Atlas hotel is an oasis in the desert. By far the best hotel in Regina if you have kids and dogs in tow!

Great location, newly renovated. Lovely staff! We stayed with our dog and they put some dog Stuff in the room for us.

Our rom was near a stair door, so every time it slammed my dog barked. Construction shoot was right outside our window, so that was loud early in the morning.
