Tv problems Coffee pot not working

The staff were very nice in hotel and restaurant. Breakfast was very good!

Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

That I missed breakfast..I went at 10:15 am for breakfast, and it was already cleared off, so I didn't get my breakfast. Coffee maker in my room did not work.

The breakfast served needs to be a little bit variety with options instead of serving the same 4 dishes each day surely. Also when it rained, there were buckets put up on the 5th floor and in the lift with towels, the bucket could have been at least clean but they were absolutely dirty buckets, like they had been picked up from outside. not a good image of the hotel at all as well dirty towels / rugs and bucket in the lift laid out to soak the dripping water. if the hotel is aware that they have an issue with leaks before any permanent works could be undertaken to fix it then surely they could plan for these leaks with better equipment or materials to keep this issue at bay.

The location is very central, which makes it easy to get to places. The hotel is quiet, very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was plentiful.

The shower did not have any grab bars, and the beds were too high, so it was difficult to get in and out.

A little dated

Bed was very comfortable. Good ac and hot water. Lots variety at breakfast. There is a fitness center but I didn’t have time to use it. Quiet, was overall worth the value.

Towels are a bit thin and thought it was weird the doors didn’t have automatic closers. Looks like when they remodeled they didn’t quite go the extra step though.

The property was well situated on Albert street and a 5 minute drive to Wascana park. It was within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. A nice breakfast with a variety of hot and cold offerings in a lovely dining room was a highlight. Walked to the Knotted Thistle pub for a delicious dinner!

This hotel is a hidden gem in Regina. The staff are wonderfully friendly. The hotel is clean and quiet. The beds are comfortable. The included breakfast is wonderful. It has a nice big area for seating with a full range of foods including hot items. The breakfast starts from 6:00 am and glass plates and stainless cutlery is available as opposed to disposable dishes. This is our new go to place in Regina which we visit once or twice a year.

Night manager helped us find a safe and well lit place to park our car with small trailer. Then she gave us a room where we could see it right out our window. How thoughtful!

Grande chambre PMR au top, très calme, mais au bout du couloir, pratique! PDJ correct et inclus. Nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème d'approvisionnement du buffet contrairement à ce que plusieurs personnes ont indiqué, mais peut être que l'hôtel n'était pas bondé. La personne qui nous a fait notre check out était juste adorable, je le précise car je suis critique sur les autres membres du personnel. On a parlé de notre voyage et de Winnipeg où nous allions.

jamais vu un personnel aussi "fuyant". Femme de ménage qui ne réponds pas à notre bonjour (en anglais ou en espagnol), accueil un peu limite, on dérange, quant au personnel du PDJ, c'est le pire. Pas de réponse aux "bonjour" également, mais en plus on doit débarrasser notre table alors que le personnel a les bras croisés, papote entre eux, adossés au mur, juste devant le bac de récupération des assiettes et couverts et la poubelle. Jamais vu ça!!. On aura tout vu!! deux matins de suite en plus, et la salle de PDJ avec moins de 10 clients. Et ils laissent une boite pour les tips . Non mais ça ne risque pas.

Location was great accessing all the activities we wanted to do.

This is the first place I check when I’m making a trip to Regina. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean. It’s nice having a full breakfast buffet but you’re also close to many restaurants. If you’re going to a Riders game, you’re close to two different pick up points for free shuttles to the stadium too. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful.

The Royal Hotel is ideally situated in South Regina. It is comfortable, excellently staffed and a great place to stay.

Price, location, comfortable bed, gorgeous breakfast (One of the best I’ve ever had in Canada).

The bathroom outlet didn’t work, so that hairdryer didn’t work and toothbrush didn’t charge at night. In the morning we wasted 30 minutes on admins resolve this issue. At the same time hairdryer are very old.

Location was good and the room was decent. Not a flashy but a rather functional hotel. Good breakfast variety.

The room was as dark as a black hole, even after switching on all individual lamps that were in working condition.

Very meh. Old facility, deceptive pictures (even the ones they had on the property in the elevator and hallways did it look like the entrance was grand with a lovely modern bar, but nothing of the sort). Breakfast had many options, but not particularly high-quality. One bed was good, the other was very old and saggy. Lots of pillow options, whichwas nice, but saw the sheets had old stain marks. I would’ve read it it worse, but I think we got our moneys worth got which was low/cheap. You get what you pay for.

I will stay again , it is so clean, pretty and easy to get too. Such great staff and food . We thought our money was well spent the breakfast was included and it was a huge choice .

Hotel was Comfortable and clean and conveniently close to airport. Staff were pleasant and efficient with check in. A pleasant visit.

The AC compressor was extremely loud. We were unable to get hot water to the sink unless we turned on the shower. We were however still were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable; the room was clean and there were lots of choices for breakfast. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Very nice hotel. A bit older but very well maintained. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was terrific. Lots of variety and very good quality. The employees were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The location was positive as it was close to restaurants and shopping. I would stay again when in Regina.

Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast options were amazing with so many to choose from.

Main areas such as the entranceway, the hallway on our floor, and the elevator were neglected and untidy with surface dirt/fine gravel from shoes. Attention to those kinds of details can spoil a stay for me.

Black mold in the shower, cobwebs on the lamps, dusty and decrepit overall. A brown substance was smeared along the wall next to the bed. The air had an odor of dust and age, making it impossible to run the heat. An abandoned appliance was visible in the parking lot from my window, and drug addicts harassed guests for cigarettes in the parking lot. Staff was indifferent when these concerns were brought to their attention. I decided not to shower, slept in my clothes on top of the bed, and checked out earlier than I anticipated, just to get out of there, as nothing about the place felt safe. Also, they want a $250 damage deposit, which is outrageously high, especially considering the state of the place.

Though an older hotel, the facility is clean and comfortable. Pricing is good in comparison to other lodgings in the area. Location is good in relation to food, fuel, and access to groceries etc...(local mall). My family stays here regularly when visiting as it is located well for our need and contacts in the heart of the city.

Nice quiet room, in a great location, with lots of restaurants close by with easy access in and around Regina. The front desk staff were very accommodating and super friendly. The morning complimentary breakfast was a perfect way to start the day.

My stay was over

My friend and I stayed there for two nights while we attended a festival. The room was clean and very well looked after. King sized bed was very comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room. Their breakfast was also very good. Well supplied and the food was fresh. I would stay there again if in area.

the breakfast was good but they could have put out fresh food faster and coffee , fruit, aotmeal were un available at times. The fruit was cut in such large chucks that i couldnt fit it in my mouth without cutting it, scramble eggs sat on the buffet too long and fresh eggs should have been brought out.

the heater i my room wouldn't stop working and regardless of turning it to heat or cool or off my room temperature was 23-24 degrees. I spoke to the man who said he was the manager who gave me another room and said that he would take some money off my bill but no such discount was applied to my final bill. the work out room had the heat up too high, could have used a few fans and there wasn't any remote for the tv so i couldnt figure out how to turn it on, the blinds didn't work and it could have used more weights.
