Good location. Very quiet hotel. For it being on a very busy street. Time Hortons and burger king near by.
No pool and hot tub available due to renovations happening did not know this till aftervthe booking was made
Just passing thru on Trans Canada highway and pretty much first one we saw. Front desk guy was good, room clean, bed hard competitive pricing. Breakfast ok.
The staff were great -- friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They definitely put the "hospitable" in "hospitality." Our beds were comfortable, AC worked, and breakfast was very good. The location is good for visitors: easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway, with stores and restaurants nearby. Wascana Park is just up the road, and the grandkids loved the Royal Saskatchewan Museum and Saskatchewan Science Centre, both of which were easy to find from the hotel. Despite the glitches, we would stay there again.
The biggest problem was that the "handicap room" we were assigned was a fiction. Yes, it had an emergency phone in the bathroom, but that was it: a room with a tub is not handicap-accessible. The staff were able to move us to the property's ONLY handicap-accessible room after the first night, which was appreciated if an added inconvenience. We had one other significant concern: we returned after a long day out to find that one of our two rooms had been left propped open by housekeeping. Fortunately nothing was missing, and the manager did his best to "make it right," but... yikes! The swimming pool was closed, but the property gave us fair advance notice and did their best to provide alternatives. Alas, public swims at Regina pools are few and far between because of lessons and other booked programs.
Close to where we were traveling through. Accepted dogs. Tim Hortons nearby-walking distance. Friendly helpful front desk letting us out and in to the building when I took the dogs out late at night —one puppy
Construction—not property’s fault. Cross traffic coming through fast to apartments next door. A bit treacherous getting behind building to neighborhood to walk our dogs.
The staff was so kind , the breakfast was so good. The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean
The shower head wouldn’t stay up so it was waste high and had to be held to shower
Every staff was nice and professional. Ready and willing to assist when necessary.
Parking lot needs more lighting
Location Room was clean Cleaning staff were so friendly
Tired looking
Convenient location. Lots of amenities nearby. Good value. Clean.
No really good place to walk my dog. My fault should have looked into that more. Lots of construction happening next door.
We have stayed many times. Great location near transcanada and Keg in parking lot.
Breakfast not great.
Nice staff
Didn't know until 2 days before that the pool and hot tub were closed. Still haven't got my bill through email.
The parking lot is very congested when driving a truck
Staff was very friendly and accommodating
They were doing Reno’s - zero compensation for lack of pool, workout area, bathrooms or hot breakfast. We had Luke warm water at best in our room.
Was clean.
There was a hockey team there. Parents drinking in the lobby in the evening Than in the morning the kids playing hockey in the hallways. Yelling around.
No hot water, pool wasn’t disclosed that it was closed until after booking was paid for, never received a receipt from my stay that I need
Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. Great location.
Broken dirty and poor

The bed was comfortable, lots of bathroom product to use. IMO in a good location, not sketchy downtown which is why I booked here. Front desk agent guy was very nice.
Upon check-in, I went up to my room and the door would not open. Went back down, he gave me a different room - that door would also not open. The third room he gave me worked and I was able to get in as normal. That was quite annoying. Slowest elevator ever. Hallways had an odor. There was a lady at the front desk who found a bed bug in her bed when she checked in, me and her chatted. (She even had the bug in a cup). After learning that I was extremely uncomfortable. My room was pretty clean and everything looked good - but it did not put my mind at ease. Luckily my room/stay was clean. Rooms could definitely use a refresh. To me - this is a $130 all-in room. Certainly not the $176 that it was. Overall, my stay was not terrible by any means, but I would not stay again unfortunately.
The staff were very friendly. The bistro lady asked us before closing if we had enough food. Coming and going the desk staff would either greet us or say have a good day.
We had to ask for house keeping on day two of our stay and then the beds were made but the floor wasn’t moped very well, could still see where we left our wet shoes. The hot tub was closed, the sign said weekly maintenance but after talking to the front desk we were told that it is closed until later in the new year but couldn’t give us a time. This was not stated until after we had booked the hotel that there was no hot tub (one thing that we really wanted to use) We booked 2 queen beds but got 2 double beds instead. The food was good and hot at the bistro. Parking was very good. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm that went off at 3:45 in the morning but no direction was given, called front desk to find out if we had to vacate the premise. The building was quiet over the holidays.
The location was easy to get to
Hot tub down. Elevators a little sketchy. Smoke smell in hallway
Friendly staff, clean, room was spacious. Excellent location for our purposes.
No bedside table with light in the separate bedroom. It was really warm, too warm, in some common areas and even within the room at times.
Friendly staff. Accessible parking. Clean . Convenient location.
We (a couple with a 16-year old) stayed here one night as we had tickets to the Riders game. The rooms are standard Holiday Inn family/business traveller quality. It is difficult to complain as all our needs were met and given the price, we can’t expect luxury. There is an indoor pool but the hot tub was out of service. The breakfast buffet was adequate but a little lower quality at this location than I expected from a Holiday Inn. Overall, a decent place to stay.
Clean room, good breakfast
Clean room
No hot tub and shower didn’t get hot
I often stay at this hotel while in Regina. Staff are always very polite and friendly. Hotel is very clean and well looked after. Breakfast is a win!
The staff was excellent. We had to stayed after my daughter had her tonsils removed, and they went above and beyond to make sure there was a room ready for us when we got there. They also had some cute gifts for my daughter to snuggle with as she recovered.
Staff were friendly and room was very clean. Breakfast was a good variety.
The hotel was updated and clean. It was also quiet and an affordable stay.
Quick, efficient check-in and a nice quiet and clean room.
We liked the location - easy to get to. Appreciated the breakfast in morning plus the restaurants close by.
The fridge was very nosy in room 403
Nice clean well managed property with friendly staff.
I like the location as it was easy to get to where we needed to be with an easy walk we usually stay at another hotel in regina but since there hot tub has been out of service for the last three months we decided to go here well imagine our surprise when we got there and found this hot tub empty and the pool missing a foot of water this wasnt mentioned when we booked and i think a partial refund is in order wont stay again unless we get something back
Very good
Always get a good nights sleep and breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express.
Parking
Check in was quick and easy! It’s was fairly easy to get a parking spot
very good
Always convenient and comfortable and a nice breakfast
Booked cause it was inexpensive jad breakfast and had hottub was not impressed with breakfast eggs were overcooked and sausage was undercooked. The hottub was broken and apparently had been for a few weeks. Which mean they cant get it fixed on a timely manner
Stayed 1 night, room was very clean. Was easy to get to our destinations in the city to and from the hotel. Breakfast was great with some hot food choices including pancakes, sausage and omelettes. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was limited, but it was about 8pm on a saturday, so i guess signs that the hotel was busy. Only downside is that the rooms are not very quiet/sound proof. Could hear all neighbours around us when they walked around and used the bathroom, as well as anytime someone was in the hallway. People werent noisy, its just that sound seemed to carry and almost sounded like they were in the room with us. If youre a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Also lots of light polution in the room from the digital thermostat and from streetlights outside. Didnt bother looking into if we could turn off the light of the thermostat display, maybe if we stayed more than one night. Overall, very nice stay at this hotel.
Check in was quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very clean
Our room was very clean, spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was great with a good selection!
Great location. Clean hotel. Good breakfast.
Clean room. Nice staff. Good breakfast.
Clean room
Friendly staff, room is clean and quite large
It was of
I had a very nice stay. Coffee was available all the time. Snacks available. Got to go bags at breakfast buffet, so you could take food and go. Breakfast was great including omelette, turkey sausages, bacon, beans, various cinnamon rolls and pastries, excellent choices
The hot tub wasn’t working while we stayed. Only one elevator was working and we ended up taking the stairs several times because it took so long. Breakfast was great.
Breakfast was good. Location to University of Regina was convenient.
.
Disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Air conditioning unit was loud.
Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Could use some gluten friendly options for the breakfast.
The entrance ti the hotel is shared with a restaurant. We missed the entrance and had to turn around. Nothing horrible just an inconvenience
We had a nice experience. I’ll recommend to anyone.
The staff are extremely friendly ,breakfadt was great. Rooms are very clean.
The AC made so much noise that it was a bad sleep. There was a broken spring on the mattress that tore through the side and jabbed my leg just sitting on the bed. The safety latch was broken and on the floor when we walked in. The pool and spa were not in operation. The plantings by the front door had swarms of wasps that engulfed the close in parking and front door. The place is basically older and in need of some basic maintenance and improvements.
This hotel is fine for one night.
Very good
Hot tub was non functional and had apparently been so for a while. There was no mention of this on my Expedia booking or the confirmation I received. Very disappointing as it was an Important part of why we chose this hotel. Staff were excellent and room and hotel was very clean.
The breakfast was filling. Choices of fruits and granola bars. Loved the greeting we got with the night staff.
Should have more handy cap bathrooms
Parking at times
👌
Yeah nice property, we had a nice stay.
Great room with comfy beds and clean bathroom.
Nice and the price is right.
Our stay at the hotel was generally good, but the check-in experience could have been better. When asking questions at the front desk, the receptionist kept cutting me off, saying he would explain everything later, which felt dismissive and unhelpful in the moment. He also gave us incorrect information about breakfast times, he didn’t mention that on holidays, breakfast starts later than 6:30 am, which caused some confusion. That said, we did notice his attitude improved the next day and was more pleasant overall. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a good variety and quality. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Aside from the rocky start, the rest of our stay was enjoyable.
Room was not cleaned properly there was hair all over the bathroom and on the bed when the sheets were pull back.
Location, staff, and breakfast.
I think the carpet in the room wasn’t clean. I was wearing the white socks, and they became dark after walking on the carpet in the room.
Close to where we had to go in Swift Current. The kids loved the Pool.
I’d stay again. But I hope the hot tub is working best time.
The breakfast was amazing with lot of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We loved it.
Lovely
Breakfast is great. The room, for whatever reason, is so smelly.
