Le petit déjeuner en boîte était parfait! J’ai aussi apprécié que les autochtones avec leur clinique santé attacher à l’hôtel. Je trouve que c’est un entente gagnant pour tout le monde.

J’ai trouvé que le prix était un peu cher, et le stationnement n’était pas inclus.

L'esmorzar és molt pobre. Et donen una caixa on hi ha l'esmorzar i hi ha molt poca cosa. Crec que amb el preu que es paga hauria de ser millor.

Ottima posizione, stanza molto larga e confortevole con letto comodo e bagno ben dimensionato. Il quartiere intorno presenta un notevole numero di scelte di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

The place is very much worn out - the rooms are quite uncomfortable - no suitable easy chair or couch. Pathetic. I expected a lot more. Not even a place to sit in the lobby.

The location is good for waterfront and downtown Kingston. The hotel provided what was needed.

The hotel gives a basic box breakfast only. I prefer a hot buffet but appreciated having a breakfast available. Parking when we arrived was nonexistent until we checked in

Clean and Comfortable rooms, excellent location: city hall, ferry to wolfe island, historical kingston, walking distance to the university, besides it has some other ammenities that because of our time constraint we couldn't use as the swimming pool. I had an issue with my rental car and hotel staff went beyond to help to solve the situation. We plan next time to have a room with lake view. Definitively I will come back to Conference place!!

Zentrale Lage, sehr nettes Personal (sogar ein Sicherheitsdienst war vorhanden, obwohl die Lage und das Umfeld beschaulich war), saubere Tiefgarage, Parkkosten überschaubar. Großes TV. Insgesamt hatten wir ein großes Zimmer und man kann es als gutes Standardhotel weiterempfehlen.

Zum Frühstück gibt es eine Frühstücks-Box. Die Zusammenstellung für Mitteleuropäer etwas unkonventionell. Ein zwei Toastscheiben wären eine gute Ergänzung.

The kids were thrilled with the Bento box breakfast. May wish to consider an alternate format and offer some hot breakfast. We had a lot of the Bento box items left untouched.

Chambre….Grande et propre Oreillers trop epais, ai du demander qu’on me trouve un oreiller plus plat , ce qui a été fait, au bout de quelques recherches salle de bains, aucun equipement adapté pour ainés……pas de barres, ni de tapis anti derapant Une femme de ménage m’a trouvé un tapis et un autre une chaise pour installer dans la baignoire

Pas de lobby….la salle a manger ferme des que le dejeuner ( une boite ) a récupérer avant 10 heures, la salle a manger ferme des 11 heures……Des le * check out* on a pas le choix de rester sur place, mais on peut laisser notre valise en consigne

A localização e enquadramento do hotel é privilegiada, merece uma melhoria no serviço prestado. Centro de Kingston é pequeno, visita-se num raio de 10 min a pé do hotel. Dimensão do quarto e janela para o cais de saída do cruzeiro das 1000 ilhas. Wifi do hotel era muito bom.

Limpeza do quarto estava abaixo do desejado, algum pó nos moveis, TV e sobretudo nas paredes, evidenciam pouco cuidado na recepção dos hóspedes. Ao pequeno almoço é entregue uma caixa (coloca alguma ordem no processo) mas não há opção de escolha. Era preferível uma tarifa sem pequeno almoço uma vez que há muito boas opções de cafés em redor do hotel .

Le stationnement est exigu. Même déjeuner chaque jour servi dans une boîte en carton. C’est bien mais on pourrait améliorer l’empreinte écologique.

The pillows on the beds were absolutely the worst ever. It would break your neck to try to sleep on them. We have stayed at 5/6 places on our trip and they truly were the worst. Thank heavens the bed mattress was great. The “box “ breakfast was a big “slight “ on the hotel. Very unprofessional for the beauty of the hotel, otherwise. Very tacky!

Great location in the heart of the city and close to the harbor.

Too bad it’s a 1970’s brutalist building in the middle of so much historical architecture!

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The complementary breakfast should have been a hot breakfast.

I think the hotel shouldn't be charging extra for the parking especially when the parking is on hotel property. I feel the parking should be included with the price of the hotel when booking.

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms overlooking the lake have an exceptional view. BUT the air-conditioning unit in the room is old and extremely noisy… The worst part, however, is the breakfast, which is given to you in a box and is worse than what you would get on an economy-class flight. There is not even any toast or bread, despite there being a small portion of butter. I asked for a refund, but my request was refused. The person at the front desk confirmed to me that this was a recurring complaint. For a hotel of this standard, this is clearly unacceptable!

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to visit downtown Kingston. Parking is available in the basement for cars, no large trucks or SUVs. Lots or restaurants nearby so you should not go hungry.

The only complaints would be the paying to park at the hotel. This seems to be a trend anymore. I knew in advance that parking was extra but I still wonder why it is not figured into the advertised rate. The other thing I found odd was that they don't make up the bed every morning. They will change out the bathroom linens daily, but no bed making.

Il bagno è veramente vecchio, trascurato, lo scarico della doccia bloccato...lavandini usurati. Bagno veramente fatiscente. Colazione deludente. Di mattina ti accolgono consegnandoti una scatola con quattro cose in croce. Non c'è neppure il latte.

Ist in die Jahre gekommen. Aber Zimmer waren ok . Bett war gut. Fruehstueck bekommt man in einer Papp Lunch Box auch wenn man dort fruehstueckt. Man sitzt zu sechst jeder vor einem Pappkarton, und hat am Ende einen riesen Berg Muell vor sich. Muss nicht sein .

Room was awesome, well organized and had a great view of the Harbour, Spacious, spotless. No smells bathroom was meticulously cleaned by staff. The front end Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Parking our Truck was a pain anything underground the truck wouldn't fit as all the ceilings were to low. Pay lot was full took over an hour to find parking. Oyher than tha, Nothing that we didn't like at all.

Location great, room size great, comfy bed, even city view was nice. pool was great and bento box at breakfast was vg.

TV only had about 10 channels. Couldnt find British Open golf nor FIFA World Cup. Coffee wasn’t good at all. But rest of breakfast was excellent. Toilet didn’t flush well. Had to hold handle down til flushed properly.

Mein Zimmer bot Ausblick auf den Pier mit den stationierten Ausflugsbooten und das Ostende des Ontariosees. Die Raumfläche war eher knapp, aber für eine Nacht während der Durchreise genügend. Das Bett war recht bequem. Die Tiefgarage gut zu erreichen um die Ecke. Die Reception war stets nett und zuvorkommend.

Die Ueberraschung folgte beim Frühstück. Statt des erwarteten Buffets wurde an die Gäste eine Kartonschachtel verteilt, in der es zwei harte kalte Eier, einen Muffin, ein Joghurt, ein Tetrapack Apfelsaft und etwas Fruchtsalat hatte. Der Filterkaffee war, wie oft in Kanada, eher dünn für europäische Zungen.

The room was clean and the location was great. It's right at the end of Princess Street and super close by Slush Puppie Place, where we needed to be the following morning. Parking is available in their underground parking lot.

The breakfast was good, but was pre-prepared in a box. It would have been nice to have more options, but there are also plenty of cafes in Kingston if you want more options.

Windows with lake view also open to restaurants, so you can hear the music in the evening; the AC would hum even when turned off reducing comfort during the night.

I really enjoyed the location and how close it was to all the main attractions, the views that my window were very enjoyable, but that’s about it

We paid $600 for a two nights day, the breakfast bento box was not enjoyable at all, nothing that I would consider as a real breakfast food, our room cards keys were the magnetized after about eight hours, which caused us to have to go back to the desk to activate them and on the first night, the TV continuously showed no Internet or very weak signal so we were not able to even enjoy watching TV. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more

Good location to enjoy downtown's area. Pleasant staff. Clean for an outdated hotel.

Entire hotel showing it's age. Rusted tubs, old bathroom grout, pool tiles and surround crumbling and falling apart. Breakfast is a box with hard boiled eggs, juice box, dry muffin and yogurt. Yuck. No option for kids or any other option. Terrible value for cost of room. $325/night. Plus additional $25 a night for parking in dark wet underground parking where I slipped on damp floor and hurt my back. I informed the hotel of this and they didn't seem to care or offer anything at all.
