The staff is amazing. No matter what the request, they tried their best to accommodate us. The rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was free and what you would expect at a Hampton Inn. One nice extra is there is a basketball court , but we didn’t check if we could use it.

Easily accessible from QEW, and good location.

That handicapped rooms were in the 2nd floor and in the middle if the hallway. Seems they should be closer to the elevator.

Great location, Brianna was very helpful with giving us a late checkout. Great hotel overall!

Asked for higher floor room and was only offered the main level or 2nd floor, also very far from elevator even though I asked for a room closer to elevator since my party had trouble walking far.

buuut the breakfast is like everywhere in Canada and the US terrible !For an European it´s really not enjoyable and I don´t understand why it can be proper food and not this this disgusting factory and proccessed food they use everywhere like the egg mixture ! If should be forbidden to serve this

Loved this hotel!!!! Spotlessly clean and modern with all amenities; free basic breakfast which helps a lot on busy comp mornings! Less than 10 minute drive to First Ontario Performing Arts centre which was where our competition was being held. Used my Hilton Honours app for digital check in /digital key and used the chats to request anything we needed for our room; requests were tended to immediately. Just a note that body wash is not provided, just shampoo and conditioner which were very nice! Easy, in/out free parking which we loved as well. Can’t wait to book again next year, thank you so much for having us!

I wish each floor had a water fountain or a station to fill your cups/water bottles with water. I kept having to go to the gym to fill my water up. Also, I wish the bathrooms were more private. We could hear everything when someone went into the bathroom.

Everything was great for the price, beds comfy, linen and pillow choices excellent, the room felt clean and fresh.

Streaming capability would really enhance the experience. Chromecast or Firestick options for Prime and Netflix accounts would make the hotel more competitive with similar hotels nearby that have that as an option.

Frühstücksbeteich war zu klein, ein zweiter Toaster wäre sinnvoll. Bägrls machten einen alten Eindruck. Es gab kein Mehrweggeschirr.

This was the nicest hotel we visited in the last few years! First of all, well appointed, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast buffet was outstanding too. We went to St. Catherine’s as we were visiting in Niagara-On-The-Lake as our annual fall trip from the US. The TV channels were not what we expected as there were no premium channels without commercials. We will be going back for sure.

Yes the business facilities were great and the parking was easy.

Room was clean with very fresh and clean bed sheets and towels. Many parking spaces are available. Great breakfast, Room was in the first floor, hallway was a little bit noisy as some guests were loud, also we could hear easily our next door guests talking in their room. Overall was a good experience.

The breakfast was very limited, and served on disposable plates, cutlery and glasses. No glass glasses in the room, so could not even enjoy a glass of wine there (since there is no bar in the hotel). No recycling or composting was available, so everything goes in the garbage. Shame! For $400 per night, they could afford better toilet paper. And the AC was non-responsive so the room was freezing. Not good. No Hilton would be caught dead in the place.

A/c worked very well. Clean room. My husband and I are very short and need a disability room with 2 Queen beds that are very low. Mission accomplished. Didn't have breakfast there as we dined with in-laws.

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful hotel, breakfast included.Very convenient for us near family and close to what ever you need to do while there. Easy access back onto QEW. We stay at this hotel every time we go down once or twice a year. There is no other place like this down there that is as pleasing to us as this hotel. I left something personal behind and they are sending it out to me UPS. Awesome hotel every bit of the way

Gym is fantastic because it's a full gym - much better than the usual hotel offerings. Pool is only okay, no sauna no hot tub. But otherwise room, free breakfast and everything else is excellent! Staff were friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Great stay!!
