Reviewed Aug 30, 2026We especially liked the location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The juices and muffins /treats breakfast was just perfect and fresh. It's being available from 7am to 10am was also very accommodating.
The light in the bathroom wouldn't turn on unless you kept switching it on and off for quite some time. Also, the fan would not turn off? We didn't call for assistance on these as we didn't want to bother anyone after 9pm. However, we were very kindly told that we should have as they are available 24/7.

Super clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, upgraded renovated rooms, and close to QEW so easy to get to Niagara-on-the-Lake, Jordan and the many wineries in the area. Really affordable (we were there during the week). Free juice and muffins/granola bars from 7-10 am. We will definitely stay here if in the area again.

Il y a un petit comptoir libre-service pour le déjeuner, mais c'est seulement jus, pâtisseries emballées et barres tendres. L'ajout d'une cafetière sera bien. Il y a une mini-cafetière dans la chambre par contre, mais pas de vrai lait.

It was clean quiet and near all the amenities (shopping, restaurants, fruit markets). The owners and staff lovely to work with and hard working. I rate this trip one of the best stays I have had in SW Ontario.

I visit family often and have stayed in a number of different hotels in the area -- mostly 3 and 4-star. With increased summer prices, I decided to give Capri Inn a try to keep my trip on budget. I'm glad I did and this will be my go-to hotel going forward -- you can't beat it for value and comfort. The room was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The newly renovated bathroom was thoughtfully organized (thanks for all the hooks to hangs clothes, towels, and toiletry bags!) and I loved the soaking tub. The front desk was warm and very helpful. While it's rated as a 2-star hotel, it's a 5-star hotel in my books!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shady picnic area was appreciated for outside relaxing. The location is good for visiting the Falls and Niagara on the Lake as day trips.
We had asked for an upstairs waterview room. We had a ground level room on that side of the building, but could only see bushes. At least it wasn't a parking lot view! The fountain garden shown in hotel photos was fenced and chained off, with no guest access. The "breakfast" is basically a granola bar and storebought individually wrapped muffins. Not sure that it's worth it.

The complimentary coffee could have been better in the taste but keep in mind, it was complimentary.

The room was spacious, current, clean and well appointed with towels and toiletries in soap etc. The only thing missing was milk or cream for coffee. Good assortment of breakfast pastries and some juice in refreshment room, coffee maker in room, small fridge with freezer compartment, microwave in refreshment room. Quiet comfortable motel, nice helpful staff. Close to highway but you didn't hear it.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026The staff were friendly. The room was very well decorated. The bed and pillows were great. The bathroom, air-conditioning unit, and furniture were in excellent condition. And thanks to all the thick block walls the room was absolutely quiet.
We almost had a parking issue when we returned from a late dinner as all the spots were taken. Luckily someone was leaving as we pulled in so we didn't have to find out how that particular problem would be solved. But a full parking lot on a Tuesday night is probably a good indicator that we aren't the only ones who would recommend staying at the Capri Inn

The room was very clean, and it looked like the washroom had recently been renovated. Bed was very comfortable. The grounds are nice - beautiful garden and a couple of benches to relax on. A bit of paradise in the middle of an urban, busy area.

I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room, especially since I had bought a microwave meal for myself to eat.
