i love the property a lot and it’s a great place to stay as well.. all premium hotspots are near by and it’s really easy to walk around and explore i also love the staffs there and there is a staff named mohan kumar i who is really welcoming and kind.. cute too

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Park Bengaluru. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and elegant, and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety, and the hotel’s central location is a big advantage. The gym and swimming pool, though a bit small. Overall, I have had an excellent experience every time I stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the Park. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious and extremely comfortable room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location is a huge advantage, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to get around. I also thoroughly enjoyed the dinner buffet, which had a great variety of dishes and was well worth it. A special mention to Raj from the lobby team, who was exceptionally courteous, polite, and always willing to help. His warm hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to my stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return.

One area that could be improved is the service at Monsoon. While the overall experience was very good, the service there could be a bit more attentive and efficient to match the high standards of the rest of the hotel.

Besides the location, nothing really. The ACs didnt work and the staff was trying to convince me that they are! Had to sleep with the door to the balcony open!! My colleague in the next room complained about the same thing and her army of friends got aggressive, so the staff changed the room. And on telling them of the horrible experience at checkout - not a decent apology.

The rooms were dirty Staff inconsiderate and unapologetic ACs non functioning of a whole floor - and the staff doesnt bother doing any thing about it. And let the guests suffer

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the room categorized as "Premium" did not feel as premium or spacious as I expected for that category. Regarding the staff, I found the restaurant and bar staff to be very courteous, professional, and helpful. On the other hand, the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming. The hotel gym and spa are located in the underground level, which is convenient for guests looking to relax or work out during their stay. Food is an area where I feel there is room for improvement. The buffet breakfast and dinner featured a larger selection of North Indian dishes, while South Indian options were quite limited. There were also many salad items, but I felt the overall variety of main dishes could have been better. Overall, it was a good stay with a great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent restaurant staff. With some improvements in food variety and front-desk hospitality, the experience could be even better. Recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.

Speaking about The Park Hotel, I noticed that most of the guests were North Indians. During my stay as well, the majority of the guests appeared to be from North India. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were very neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, I felt that the housekeeping staff were not always proactive in their duties. That said, if you specifically request cleaning or assistance, they will gladly take care of it. So, it is not a major issue, but you may need to remind them occasionally. Regarding the breakfast, it is primarily focused on North Indian cuisine. There is a strong emphasis on salads and North Indian dishes, while South Indian breakfast options are quite limited. The same applies to lunch and dinner buffets. Rice-based dishes are usually limited, and you are unlikely to find items such as fried rice or biryani. Most of the time, they serve plain white rice with dal fry, while a significant portion of the buffet is dedicated to salads and lighter dishes. Talking about the gym and spa facilities, they are located in a lower-level section of the property. The fitness center felt somewhat enclosed and dimly lit, almost like entering a basement area, which was not particularly inviting or comfortable in my opinion. Another thing I noticed was that Indian liquor options were quite limited, and the available beverages seemed relatively expensive. Overall, it is a decent hotel for a short stay of one or two days if you do not mind spending a little extra. The biggest advantage is its location. It is situated on MG Road, close to the famous Taj MG Road Bengaluru, making it a convenient choice for visitors. This was my personal experience during my stay.

I stayed for a night at this hotel. It is a decent hotel very well located on MG Road in Bangalore. The rooms are OK and need some upgrade in due course. Food and service are fairly good. I also have the feeling that the hotel, being in a prime area, is restricted by space

The pathway to the pool is facing the parking and drop off. It's uncomfortable to walk in a swim suit there.

Hi, This is my second stay at your property, and I also recommended it to my friend (Mr. Jasim). Unfortunately, this time both of us had a very poor experience. The terrace rooms were significantly smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room very uncomfortable. I checked in at 8:30 PM and requested a late checkout until 2 PM, but was informed of an additional charge of INR 500 per hour. Additionally, I extended my stay by one night and was charged INR 11,800, which I find excessively high for the experience provided. As a frequent traveler who stays in many premium properties, I chose your hotel again based on my previous positive experience. However, this stay was disappointing. I hope you will review this matter seriously.
