Radisson Bengaluru City Center

This was my second stay at this hotel. It has a distinctly minimalist vibe to it which is not a bad thing. All the facilities are there. Staff are very obliging and pleasant. The room was a good size, clean and tidy. Despite the restaurant giving the appearance of being minimalistic, food was of a good variety and quality. The restaurant staff were very helpful in particular. A good base if you intend to conduct business or sight-see in Bangalore.

Decor was looking "tired" and in need of a refresh. The reception area didn't give the impression of being very welcoming again probably due to the minimalistic feel of the place.

The space was a little less and the lighting system was complex. No separate controls for washroom light

Modernes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Zimmer war zwar (für eine Dreierbelegung) recht klein aber zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Schöner Pool auf der Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht. Highlight war (neben der Tischtennisplatte in der Lobby) aber das Frühstück. Es gibt wirklich eine riesige Auswahl herzhafter und süßer Speisen mit Spezialitäten aus verschiedenen Teilen Indiens.

Das Zustellbett war leider unbrauchbar, da eine Stange der klappbaren/geteilten Matratze so hart durchdrückte, dass man darauf nicht wirklich liegen konnte, wir haben daher die Sitzcouch als zusätzliches Bett nutzen müssen.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. I arrived tired and jetlagged after a long flight and Anu at the front desk gave me a drink voucher and brought me my room key before the typical check-in time, while I was eating their tasty lunch buffet. The location is convenient, right in the middle of the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of options, something for every taste.

I liked it! One small thing, the second-floor bar seating could have been a little cozier. But I liked this hotel and recommend it.

Grumpy Staff. My stay at the Radisson was disappointing, particularly because of the attitude and lack of responsibility shown by some of the staff. During my stay, a cup was accidentally broken, leaving scattered glass pieces in the room. I immediately informed the staff because I had children with me and the situation was potentially dangerous. Unfortunately, I had to wait for the issue to be addressed. When I followed up, the janitor told me that the incident had happened during the previous shift and that he could not deal with it. This was extremely frustrating. A guest's safety should not depend on which staff member's shift the incident occurred in. Eventually, because I was concerned about my children stepping on the glass, I had to clean it up myself. I expected much better from a hotel of Radisson's standard. Staff shift changes and internal responsibilities should never come before guest safety and basic service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that similar incidents are handled promptly, regardless of which shift or department is responsible. Radisson itself states that guest health, safety, and security are part of its hotel responsibilities.

Breakfast was good having good variety.

Dinner and breakfast games like table tennis food service is very good

It was fine.

The towels provided in the bathroom were old and looked dull. The bathroom toiletries were below the standard. The minibar items were priced significantly higher than their printed MRP, which was disappointing and did not seem fair.

Rooms are cozy and luxurious, however cleanliness could use a little work. The location is super convenient as well. The breakfast buffet is amazing

The location was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable and staff highly accommodating and for an amazing value. Breakfast had a lot of variety and had something for everyone. The atmosphere was great, extremely calming and relaxing within the property, and it was on the MG road so a very good location for tourists.

Location is an advantage for this Radisson as it is easily accessible from the city centers like MG Road, Commercial, etc. Loved the breakfast spread. The wellness centers like spa and gym are well equipped and it staffs are very polite and professional. Overall, a good stay.

Excellent place to be. Rooms are clean and spacious. You can feel the personal touch every moment of stay. Staff goes that extra mile what we look. Live Musical show during dinner was superb and surprising.

Everything was perfectly alright. Staff behaviour and hospitality was much beyond my expectations that I must admire and appreciate, especially of Miss Anu and Miss Triparna, they were were very good and extremely helpful and courteous. Would love to visit again.

I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel Bengaluru City Center and had a thoroughly satisfying experience from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping maintained excellent standards throughout my stay, with the room and common areas kept spotlessly clean at all times.The food quality stood out as well — the variety and freshness on offer, especially at breakfast, matched what many other guests have also praised about the property's dining. Overall, the combination of a central location, professional staff, and quality food and cleanliness made this one of the more pleasant hotel stays I've had in Bengaluru. I would happily recommend Radisson City Centre Bengaluru to both business and leisure travelers, and would not hesitate to stay again on my next visit to the city.

Excellent hotel. Centrally located with a beautiful view of lake from the terrace. Small gestures like soaked almonds, fruits in the room left a mark. Recommended.

Location close to Metro and view to the lake Eat street of Indranagar is 15 min auto ride. Room was clean and mattress very good. We had good view of the lake from thd room on 6th floor. Great breakfast.

Nothing in perticular but i had a different expectations of the property itself for the money i had paid. But it is more a upgraded 3 star or a low four Star. Easy to get carried away with the name.
