This centrally-located property was clean and in good condition. Comfortable bed and I loved the bathroom. Nice variety of food for breakfast and very friendly staff. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the restaurant. Shout-out to Muskam, Trishna, Aryan and Joseph for taking excellent care of me during my stay!

Rooms were a bit small. Perfect for single or ok for a couple, but on the small side for sharing with a friend.

It's not value for money compared to price charged by the hotel. Rooms are extremely small and comparable with 3 star hotel. Charges on consumablebare like 3x than any other Hyat hotel. Wash rooms are extremely small and view from room directly opens up into residential colony.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The attention to detail and the service provided was impeccable. They were prompt with the room service, greeted us with a smile at all times and even gave us a cake at the end of our stay! Ayisha, Trsihna, Muskan and the others I don’t seem to recall the names of, made our stay very memorable. Would visit again soon!

While the room was clean and the staff at the restaurant were brilliant , the attitude and behavior of the front office was questionable leaving a bad taste . Despite booking a rate with breakfast via the App , was told prior to check in that breakfast was not included . At the time of check in at the hotel the manager on duty apologised and offered a dinner on the house as a gesture and apology . Which i declined. The manager offered instead a discount of 25 % . At the time of check there was another person offered nothing .Making me wonder what I had done wrong .

Great stay at Hyatt Centric MG Road, Bangalore. The location is ideal — right in the center of Bengaluru, close to Brigade Road, Commercial Street, and easy to get anywhere from. Rooms were comfortable and modern, and the amenities (pool, spa, gym) were all well maintained. Breakfast had a good variety and was consistently good every morning. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was tasty too, good service and solid menu. Staff throughout the hotel were courteous and helpful. Overall a convenient, well-run hotel — would stay again.

My stay at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the check-in process was smooth, quick, and effortless, making me feel comfortable right away. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural daylight, creating a bright and refreshing environment throughout the day. Every corner of the room felt thoughtfully planned, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The washroom was spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining the room, ensuring everything remained neat and comfortable during my stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety, and every meal I had was fresh and full of flavor. It's the perfect way to start your day before exploring the city. The location is another major advantage. Situated on MG Road, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to shopping, restaurants, business districts, and popular attractions, making travel around Bengaluru incredibly convenient. Excellent breakfast at a great breakfast spot with both comfortable indoor seating and a lovely airy outdoor terrace. I also enjoyed the pool, and downstairs there's a very good coffee bar. The atmosphere is lively, the staff are friendly, and it's a great place to start the day.

I stayed here for quite a while, and occasionally they host club nights that can be quite loud and continue late into the evening. If you're looking for a quiet night's sleep, this can be a bit inconvenient.

What stood out to me throughout my stay was the prompt care and genuine warmth of the hospitality. From the security personnel at the entrance to the staff in the restaurant, everyone consistently made me feel welcome and well cared for.

We are Hyatt members and other keep traveling.Since this was my first experience in Bangalore I would like to say that my experience at the hotel and with each and every staff was very good.They displayed professionalism and a very friendly attitude.Among the ones that I remember was Divya,Muskan chef,Wati,Trishna, Joseph,Varchita,Chinmay,Megha and Lija from FNB.Would like to thank Shemphang from the housekeeping team for his services.He was a very polite and staff who ensured our room was comfortable and clean.Wish the team all the best and thank you so much to all the staff for ensuring a pleasant.Will definitely visit soon sometime.

While the mosquitoes in the outdoor areas were a bit of a challenge after the rain, I completely understand this is a matter of the city environment and largely uncontrollable; I was deeply impressed by how quickly and proactively the hotel team addressed it.

It was a great place to stay with very good service and staff. The entire service was right on point from Check-in. Also the rooms were well maintained.

My experience at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru was extremely disappointing, especially considering that it happened on my birthday. As a fellow hotelier, I understand the importance of guest communication, service standards, and operational procedures. That is why this experience was particularly frustrating. I had booked a day-use stay through the central reservation team. At no point during the booking process was I informed whether the room allocated to me was a smoking or non-smoking room. Due to this lack of communication, I smoked in the room and was later charged. The issue is not the charge itself, but the failure to provide clear information that could have easily prevented the situation. The inconsistency continued when I went to the main porch area to smoke. Before lighting my cigarette, I asked a staff member near the entrance twice whether smoking was permitted there, and I was told that it was. However, immediately after lighting the cigarette, another staff member approached me and informed me that smoking was not allowed in that area. Such contradictory information reflects poor coordination and communication among the team. What disappointed me further was the attitude of some staff members, which came across as rude and unprofessional. Hospitality is about creating a seamless and welcoming experience for guests, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I appreciate that mistakes can happen. However, clear communication, proper staff coordination, and professional guest handling are basic expectations at any hotel, especially from a reputed brand. Sadly, what was meant to be a relaxing birthday stay turned into an unpleasant experience. This was my first visit to Hyatt Centric MG Road Bengaluru, and based on this experience, it will most likely be my last.

Our stay at Hyatt Centric Bengaluru from 6th June was nothing short of exceptional, and it once again reinforced why we always enjoy staying with Hyatt. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 AM, and considering that we were traveling with our one-year-old toddler, the team thoughtfully arranged an early check-in, which we truly appreciated after our journey. A special thanks to Abnaya for handling the check-in process so smoothly and professionally, making us feel welcome right from the start. We had requested a higher-floor room, and the hotel accommodated our request perfectly. The room offered a stunning view of both the city skyline and lush greenery, which was especially beautiful during the rainy weather. The room itself was well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. A special mention goes to Rubin from Housekeeping, who displayed outstanding hospitality throughout our stay. Every request was attended to promptly and with genuine care. The room was consistently neat, clean, and impeccably maintained. The food and dining experience was another highlight of our stay. Roshan, our steward, provided excellent service and took great care of us during every meal. Trisha, the hostess, was incredibly warm and welcoming. Despite having recently completed her orientation and induction, she demonstrated remarkable confidence, professionalism, and a wonderful smile. She was especially caring towards our toddler, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We were also impressed by Vishwajit, the Outlet Manager, who personally visited tables and ensured that every guest was enjoying their dining experience. The restaurant's ambiance was fantastic, and we particularly loved the alfresco dining area, which allowed our toddler to move around comfortably and enjoy his meals without disturbing other guests. The fitness centre and steam facilities were top-notch, offering a great space to relax and stay active during our stay. One of the most remarkable aspects of the hotel was the Security Team. Their level of hospitality went far beyond expectations. Every time we entered or exited the hotel, they would promptly assist with luggage and greet us with warm smiles. What stood out the most was their heartfelt "Namaste" welcome, which added a wonderful personal touch and reflected genuine Indian hospitality. Their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel's location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Bengaluru, it offers easy access to major attractions and shopping destinations. We frequently visited Commercial Street and MG Road, both of which were just a short 10-minute drive away, making our outings very convenient. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric Bengaluru. From the thoughtful early check-in and comfortable accommodation to the exceptional service provided by every team member, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We were elated with the generous room upgrade. The staff are extremely courteous - right from the front desk to the restaurant. Their Guest Relation Officer - Ms. Aiysha, is extremely kind and helpful.

We had a good experience for the naming ceremony event for my daughter. We are taken care of by Sanjay, Prajwal and Jilson of the banquet team. Will recommend this place for banquet events.
