Great shower. Good breakfast. Room large and comfy
Serious security problems. Kids from neighbourhood coming into hotel using unlocked back door, fooling around in the pool area with no supervision, running the halls screaming and banging on doors. Notified staff, they were aware but did not seem too concerned. If 4 -12 year olds can get in, who else can? Door to staff area was left open. Ice machine on first floor broken. 2 lamps in room 147 did not work Tv would not shut off with remote, had yo unplug it. We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation when we booked.
Déjeuner
Pas très propre pas de sèche cheveux pas de tablette dans la douche , trop loin du robinet
La première chambre qu'ils nous ont donné n'étaient pas propre du tout. Nous avons demandé de changer.
Good selection.
Unfortunately the kitchen was closed for renovations so not able to have dinner there
Not much. The breakfast was always cold, the coffee was really nasty. The safety of the customer is not top priority at all, they said they would move us to a room with a tub, but that never happened
I fell in the shower the first day I was there and I reported it and nothing was done, I hurt my knee and I can still barely walk on it. The restaurant is shut down for repairs, no ice maker on the first floor, pop machine was out of order, there are no safety precautions in the showers at all, they did give me a mat for the floor of the shower. The workers had a hard time to understand my English, only one lady was very helpful when I asked her questions. Our stay was for 8 days.
Good but like bacon to be adfed to selection.
breakfasr was good.
The pool was cold. The hot tub didn't look clean. The ice machine is broken on the main level. Under renovations. The beds were hard. The Internet kept disconnecting. . Very disappointed.
The check-in was smooth and easy. Nice to have a pool on the premises., Room was spacious and pretty well equipped.
The hallways and room lighting are kind of dark. Renovations are taking place so that will help. The desk space for checking emails etc on our laptop was set really high, not good for a normal height person.
Location, price, nice room

Everything was great!

Our room was newly refurbished and was very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
Although the bathroom was completely redone and includes a much appreciated walk-in shower with great water pressure, there were two oversights. There were no towel racks anywhere and no toilet tissue holder. Rather inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was adequate but basic. Not sure why we had to bus our own dishes while a server just stood by the dirty dish trolley. The breakfast room is clean, quiet and nicely decorated.
The room we had was newly renovated so it was clean
No heated pool as stated. No hot tub as stated. Pillows were horrible should have been changed months ago. Television is on airwaves and you can’t receive a solid channel to watch tv
We spent one night at this place in July 2026 with a group organized by Gendron Golf. From the moment we arrived, the first impression was worrying: most of the outdoor lamp posts were broken, weeds everywhere, and you could easily believe the place was closed… The lobby was dirty, you could barely see the fish through the algae in the aquarium, and a strong smell of humidity greeted us. The kitchen was closed for renovations without any prior notice (which was probably a blessing, in hindsight). The nearest restaurants are a 15‑minute drive away: American chains, quite underwhelming after ten hours on the road… The pool and spa in the “Court Yard” were not inviting: suspicious color and smell. The rooms were relatively clean but badly in need of renovation: worn furniture, stained carpets and walls. The only positive point: the water pressure in the shower was spectacular… The included breakfast was buffet‑style: eggs floating in water, dry sausages, indescribable bacon, toast, and a few bananas. Everything was cold… I do not recommend this hotel to anyone in its current condition…
Pleasant staff
Shower stall had no mat and no.place to put shampoo erc
Worst breakfast: food finished in an hour, and no one is there to refill; no towel in the room; no water bottle provided , bad service
The room was totally fine, breakfast was ok
We didn't feel comfortable using the pool and hottub as the family in there had children and we debated how clean it was.
In expensive and driving range outback
Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast ends at 9:30 and can't bring food to the room. Not helpful when you have a teen who sleeps in.
The property is dated and dirty and ruined our trip. There is construction right outside the door that you need to wait in every time you enter or leave property. Pool is cloudy, hot tub was closed, restaurant is closed. I canceled my stay and they refused to give me a refund, dont trust the pictures it didn't look like that.
The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating.

Complete renovations
A good breakfast.
The Pillows were terrible which made it hard to get to sleep and the water in the pool looked dirty.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Paying a 200 deposit, asking 5 times for a cot, no towels or face clothes in room on arrival, pool was dirty and too cold.
Room was updated, clean, and bed pretty decent.
We were only guests in renovation side and had to enter through the workers door and we smelled pot the whole time. Sketchy. Parked vehicle right in front of our room window.
Really nice, accomodating front desk staff! Room well appointed but no towel bars. Good green space to walk the dogs. The pool/party area looked very nice.
Room cleaning only every other day. I was not advised of this. And the day they did it the bed wasn't made. They accept dogs but there was garbage all over the property that the dogs kept trying to get into. It was very untidy looking.
The beds felt like they were 20 years old. The moment you walked into the hotel, the smell of chlorine took your breath away. The room we stayed in had cobwebs on the walls by the ceiling on 3 of the walls. The lighting was poor. The breakfast room had 1 toaster, with 60 people trying to make toast and I get that hotels are using powdered eggs today, but there could have at least been some boiled eggs. We weren't offered access to wifi.
Under renovations, no restaurant. Interior courtyard has no access to courtyard. No gluten free options for breakfast after being assured prior to booking that this would be mo problem. Room was dirty in the bathroom area. Patio door lock was barely hanging on by 1 screw. Management would not work with us to rectify the situation, blaming the call center and hotels.com. Not worth $200 a night. We now understand why it had a high availability rate.
This hotel is an absolute dump and, in my opinion, should not be operating in its current condition. The entire property smelled unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The pool area had a foul odour that resembled sewage or human waste, and it completely turned us off from using it. The restaurant looked so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Our room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had exposed drywall, no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo, and was missing basic fixtures. The walls were filthy, and there were fingerprints on doors and door frames throughout the hotel, making it look like nothing had been properly cleaned in a long time. The furniture was badly worn, scratched, chipped, and looked decades old. The room had an unpleasant smell, and opening the window wasn’t an option because the window screens were full of holes, with spiders and insects around them. The carpets were stained, the hallways were dark, and the overall property felt neglected and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to invest in serious cleaning, repairs, and renovations before charging guests to stay here.
Le petit déjeuner inclus.
La ventilation était bruyante.
Everything was amazing except the TV was glitching a lot so it was extremely hard to watch any bit of TV of we wanted too
Very nice and cozy place
Not being told the restaurant was closed
Breakfast. Room with a balcony. Quiet. Nice shower
No elevator
Bien situé tranquille
Pas d’ascenseur
Decent location
Lumpy pillows, very thin walls. Could hear the guy beside us snoring and the family across the hall, could make out their entire conversations. Breakfast was not good and not enough variety.
Great pool, the children loved it! Good breakfast.
Breakfast was fine. Plenty of items and all hot. The breakfast room was well decorated, especially the Italian frescoes on the walls. Room was clean and orderly.
A breakfast pastry or yogurt cups would be a good option. Oh those industrial scrambled eggs! Not good.
The pool area is wonderful! and the rooms very spacious
The pool
Very dirty, bit by ants.
I was awake all night due to noise and when I called the manager at the hotel he told to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else if I don’t like it. He also spoke to me very disrespectfully and wouldn’t acknowledge me when I was speaking to him at the front desk. There were people drinking, doing drugs and I think prostitution ring happening there and the police should investigate as well as the better business bureau. I booked with aeroplan as I was moving and closing dates didn’t line up. I stayed first night alone and left at 1am due to feeling of being unsafe at this hotel. There was also smoking in the hotel because it stunk so bad like cigarettes in my room and the hallways
This is quite honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the carpets were heavily stained, and the bathroom floor appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The furniture was chipped and worn, the curtains were partially hanging off the rods, and the overall décor was tired, dated, and depressing. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—hard as boards—and made for a VERY poor night's sleep. What is most shocking is the price. At nearly $200 per night, this hotel represents very poor value for money. The condition of the property is nowhere near what one would reasonably expect at that rate and the online photos are not accurate. . Had this been a budget motel at a significantly lower price point, I might have been more understanding. But charging close to $200 a night for rooms in this condition feels completely unjustified. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
The linens were clean and the man at the front desk was so nice.
When I arrived the man at the front desk checked me in quickly, he was really nice and professional. However walking down the Marijuana smelling hall (bottom floor) i found the carpets were filthy, the walls were dusty and banged up. I walked into my room and already the floors were sticky, it smelled musty and the air was damp. The bed was barely tucked in, there was a white substance splattered on the office chair (use your imagination) the shower was black and orange with mold and there was dirt and hair all over the floors. The fridge was also sticky and dirty. I went to the front desk and requested a rooms change, to which the super nice man obliged and upgraded me to a business class suite! So (post op) I had to lug all of my things up the stairs and around the giant circle to a new room, that was relatively cleaner, but not by much the tub was rusty the mirror was damaged the fan didnt work so everything got wet when I showered, it was very dusty and the curtains didnt close all the way. I stayed for two nights, Friday and Saturday. Each night there were kids running up and down the halls screaming until about 11pm. There were drunk adults slamming into the walls, and laughing hysterically about it, banging on each other's doors, yelling when the spoke to each other. I went down for breakfast on Saturday morning but only ended up having a piece of toast because the eggs were watery and there wasn't much other options. No yogurt, the bananas were brown, no bacon, so I didnt bother having breakfast Sunday before I left. I honestly just wanted out of there! DO NOT STAY HERE. Don't waste your money. The courtyard hype isnt worth the money you'll pay for the disgusting room and terrible stay you'll have.
A great overnight stay. Comfortable and good amenities. Well managed and friendly service. Would definitely come again
I always love staying at Ramada
Doesn't put enough food for free breakfast...had to go eat breakfast at tim's
Like breakfast
Hallway layout
We stayed at the Ramada in Fredericton, NB. I found it very comfortable, private, and enjoyable. My son made a friend at the pool which made our stay even better.
This hotel is dirty, room has dust everywhere, stains on the floor, broken locks. There is a smoking wing in the hotel and you can smell it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Mooie ruime kamer. Netjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Erg leuke binnenplaats met zwembad. Goed ontbijt. Leuke authentieke stijl van de kamer.
We stayed at this hotel this weekend and unfortunately were pretty disappointed overall. The beds were comfortable, which was definitely the highlight of the stay, but the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The room looked like renovations had been rushed and unfinished, and the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire time. The pool was also noticeably dirty. While we were there, a guest had an accident in the pool and staff simply added chemicals, told everyone to wait 30 minutes, and reopened it without properly cleaning it. The pool still appeared dirty afterward, which was very concerning. Breakfast was also pretty underwhelming. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well maintained, and we expected much better.
Terrrible room condition and no shampoo and shower gel was there in the bathroom / insifficinet.......................................................
Must have been a beautiful place back in the day. It is tired. Staff was great
Sheets and curtains washed so many times they are really worn out. Mattress on pull out bed was horrible
Swimming pool , hot tub, breakfast is good
Some dirty parts/ items in the room not be cleaned properly , damaged cabinets not get fixed before the stay
Chambre spacieuse
Rien de négatif
Nothing I used to love the Ramada :( very sad that it is poorly maintsined
I use to there every year with my kids. It has been 3-4 years since my last visit, and I wanted to show my partner how great the hotel was, but I was shocked to see the BAD SHAPE the room was, the FLOOR was CRUSTY/DIRTY (like I've never seen in hotel). There was water in the floor grouth front the corner of the tub to the main door of the room. My partner stepped in water when he removed his shoes at the door. I went to tell the person working at the front desk and at the same time asked them for an extra blanket (there was just the sheets and the mini cover). The guy at the front dest said that they will delivered a blanket to the room. I waited 30 min (watched a show on the TV), then took a shower while my partner was waiting for them to come, then we tried to fall asleep (with the noise, the no blanket, and starting to be very upset). It was too late and I was too tired to go back to the front desk (volleyball tournament are exhausting). The next morning, food was ok, but the toaster was not working - we were not the 1st room to eat... it shouldn't take 30 min to figure it out/fix it !

Personal was verry nice.
Wasent able to lock the door of the bathroom and the hair dryer wasent working. Alot of noise late but beside that it was great.
We order and pay for our breakfast at the restaurant inside the Ramada motel. The breakfast was very good as always.
Very friendly staff, the pool/hot tub area is very nice. Loved the waterfall! Very good breakfast
My only complaint is there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.
Staff was very accommodating when I requested to be in a room that had not had pets in it. (Booked room before I realized it was pet friendly) The room was fully updated, clean and comfortable.
The hotel is dated however the ongoing renovations are going to be fantastic.
