WE unexpectedly left a few items of importance in our safe and realized after checking out. WE needed to get the items back as quickly as possible. The staff - especially Aika Ratra and Wilfred, and one other night manager were instrumental in assisting with expediting our documents / items to our next destination. They handled our situation as though it was their own items left behind. We can't thank them enough for their honesty and efficiency at helping us with this.

The hotel advertised as being pet friendly however they did not mention that the cost is $70 for one night. Apparently they don't care if you're there one night or three nights, it's still $70. Most hotels send a message through the booking app confirming the cost however this hotel waits to catch you at check-in when it's too late to change your plans.

Well located. Quiet area at night. Within walking distance of nice restaurants and pubs, shops and historic sites.

The breakfast selection was fixed meals, of which I did not like any at the menu. It was very difficult to order a course I liked, with ad ons of the things I prefer as my morning meal. It is the worst breakfast selection I've seen in hotels, on four continents, over more than 30 years as an international traveller.

I was booked across the street but couldn’t stay there due to the mold and smell along with the other issues. I thought I was stuck but while walking to dinner I walked into this hotel to see if they could accommodate last minute 2 night stay. I was greeted by the most compassionate and friendly lady Brenda at the front desk. She immediately heard my concerns and accommodated my request. Brenda also went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable. It’s like she felt bad that o lost a full night stay across the street and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable at her hotel which I was. Brenda doesn’t own the hotel but she acts with sincere care. This hotel was perfect for me. It was clean and fresh and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you Brenda for making me comfortable. I will stay here every time I am in Fredericton because of Brenda.

While the location of this Hilton Garden Inn is excellent—steps from local restaurants and the downtown square—the actual hotel experience was a letdown. The staff were unfriendly and lacked any sense of customer service. The guest room was dark, dreary, and the carpet had visible stains on it. Usually, staying at a Hilton property guarantees a certain level of cleanliness and service, but this location fell way short of that benchmark. There are other places to stay in the area with great locations; I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The bathroom door was a sliding door giving absolutely no privacy for have two beds in the room. Was really gross and I wont stay again because of it. Also no fan... so as bad as it gets using the bathroom, cant get rid of smell, and you have to hold the door closed the entire time

Good hotel, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Stayed at hotel to go to convention and was very glad I read reviews and chose this hotel over the Crown plaza hotel cross the street (which. also has some rooms with no windows=no thank you! Lol) because that hotel is much older and while there for the convention. noticed dead bugs on a chair in common areas. This hotel should be rated much higher as it has good standards of maintenance ,only thing I wish it had a pool. Thank you for a good stay.

Long waiting times at check in only to be met with rude staff. The rooms are beautiful, the staff’s personality however.. is not.

I go to Fredericton every year for Christmas and normally stay at the Crown Plaza but this year we wanted covered parking = which was crazy expensive but also needed during the incredibly cold period over the holidays this year. The location is perfect for our purposes.

There is no way sliding barn doors are suitable for hotel rooms, even for suites like we had that had two bathrooms, which were great, but sliding doors give no privacy whatsoever.

Everything was awesome 10 out of 10 ! Thank you we will definitely be back. Justin & Giselle 😊

Great mid-range hotel in the middle of Fredricton. Walkable to shopping, restaurants/bars and government/historic sites. We had a 1 bedroom suite which provided plenty of room for 4 people with two on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Great view from the high floor to people boating on the river directly across the street. Parking garage was a bit tricky, but no major issues as we stayed only 1 night. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, albeit with slow service.

Good location for walking along the riverfront. We were attending a Graduation ceremony in the adjoining Convention Centre, linked by a glass corridor. This made it really easy for attending the ceremony.

The building was incredibly elegant and clean. The room was exceptional and comforting. We had everything that we needed except a bath mat but that wasn’t much trouble, we didnt mind.

Breakfast was not included in the price of the room. But, I did have breakfast twice during my stay, and I thought the options were very extensive and the quality was very good.

The smoke alarm went off in the hotel at 11:30 pm on Saturday evening. The evacuation of the property was not at all organized! There was no public address system to direct the guests, when to evacuate, and to where? We were standing outside the hotel in our pajamas, without any idea if this was a real fire, or just a false alarm. Even when we were allowed back into the hotel, the alarm started again. Guests were using the elevators without being told, this is not a good idea!

I loved my week-long stay and will stay again. There are only a few ‘cons’ to be aware of. There were no towel racks in my bathroom, only one robe/towel hook for a room that sleeps four. The bathroom itself was nice and bright and appeared to be quite new so it also surprised me that the shower/tub didn’t have a modern hand-held unit. The shower head was very high so a ‘vertically challenged’ person might not be able to reach it. Also, the quality of the toilet paper was horrific. For a Hilton it was quite shocking. I went to a Shoppers Drug Mart to buy my own. However, having said all of this, I would definitely stay here again. These are minor things (other than the high shower head!) that once one knows about them one can make adjustments. The staff were incredible, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Keurig/fridge/ironing board/hangers - excellent.

Very comfortable room with beautiful view of the river. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the smoked salmon. Even better with it being included in the room price. Service was great too! Very much enjoyed the flights of gin at the bar. They were fun and the bartender was quite knowledgeable and ready to discuss.

Parking. Perhaps I missed instructions in the booking but it seemed haphazard in the city lot with no sign to the hotel.

Very comfortable and quiet room. All staff were friendly and treated us as valued guests. Service in the restaurant for breakfast was excellent. All good on this trip.

Perfect location, fabulous room looking onto the lake, and with all great amenities, breakfast menu had something for everyone and all delicious.

We were there for 3 days and no one came to turn down our room, bins were not emptied, towels were not changed, no fresh cups for tea/coffee, which was a bit of a let down as everything else about the hotel was perfect.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep,m. The only downside was that the sliding door for the bathroom wouldnt stay shut and kept sliding open.
