Not a great deal but the bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean.

Dark and dismal. The view from the window was the worst I've seen for a long time.

Quiet place , clean and friendly staff.

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. We had to move the nightstand to access an outlet and found old liquor bottles and garbage behind it, as well as garbage behind the bed. It made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before our arrival. The pool in the Selkirk building was also closed for maintenance, so we had to walk over to the main building to use the pool. It was extremely busy, which was a little inconvenient. I completely understand that it was a busy time of year and that maintenance happens, but having only one pool available made it quite crowded. Also the AC units don't really do much to cool down the rooms. Overall, the location and staff were great, but the cleanliness of the room was definitely the biggest disappointment and could use improvement.

Das Personal war sehr nett.

Bri der Toilettenspülung lief das Wasser durchgehend. Wir haben der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben. Es kam jemand während wir nicht da waren. Reparatur war mangelhaft und überall schwarze Flecken hinterlassen. Mein Mann hat dann den Schaden selbst behoben und die Spülung repariert.

Room was far from pool in a separate building. Windows overlooked the closed atrium pool, which was storage. No natural light.

Air conditioner rattled all night black mold in shower carpet sticky and very dirty overall should have a negative score

過去に何度か利用しているが、コストパフォーマンスで決めている。駐車場で熊に遭遇した。ハウスキーピングのチーフと思しきメガネを掛けた小柄のアジア系女性の対応には大変助かった。日本的対応と申すべきか、兎に角、誠意に溢れ且つ迅速であった。頭の下がる想いであります。この方がいるなら来年も利用したいと想っている。

スタッフは良い人と良く無い人（フロント）がいた。全般的に過去の方が良かったと想う。

La moqueta del corredor y la puerta por donde entramos en el 2º edificio no estaban en las mejores condiciones. Me gustaría que hubiera algún techo liviano que protegiera el auto

Quiet location closer se to a riverside walk and restaurants

Location was great. Behind the counter was Mohsine and he was amazing. Customer service was outstanding. Very helpful and a fantastic guy.

This was one of the renovated rooms in the older building. Bed was very comfortable.

No elevator!

Location was good. Accessible to highways and restaurants in town. Beds were comfy. Pool area was nice and the pool was a good temperature.

There was a few broken things in the room. It wasn't anything major that impacted our stay overall and I shared pictures of the damage with staff. The lock on the outside door into hotel room area was also broken.

Very courteous staff, clean rooms great bead and pillows and convenient location just off the highway. Excellent value and they don’t chat extra for your pets

The kitchen could do with an update. The 2 electric hobs were right beside the sink and very little bench space.

The front staff were friendly

The room was not in great shape, lots of carpet stains, there were beetles in the bathroom and mold growing on the grout in the shower wall.

Pool and hot tub looked disgusting. Just not a very nice place.

It was easy to find. Close to the gas station. Room was a lot bigger than I expected which was great! Had a full kitchen which was nice even though I didn't really need it. Good for a quick one night stay.

One of the bedtable lights didn't work unless i tapped it a few times. There were cobwebs in one of the ceiling light shades. Otherwise the room was great and I was able to settle in for one night. The Dennys (which was the food for room service) seemed to be closed at the time I was there due to 'lack of staffing'.

Good location, good staff, and even though coffee wasn't the best it was still available. Cool rooms too.

Pool and hot tub were not clean at all. Felt like the watter wasn't cleaned since the beginning of the year.

The extra sink & mirror outside the bathroom

Pictures online were fake, they were misleading and were from a completely different property. Pictures of multiple room types were misleading. Pool in our building was closed and no notice of that on the website. Room had cobwebs and spiders in multiple corners of the walls and ceiling, in the drapes, in the closet. Unidenfiable fluid stains on the drapes. Many smashed dead mosquitos on multiple walls. Mild smell of vomit or tangy mildew either from the carpet or air-conditioning unit. One of the beds, the mattress was so used and sunken, I could not sleep in it. Only 1 nearly empty roll of toilet paper, had to ask for more from front Desk before the 2nd night.

We liked the large room. Exceptional staff, & easy accessibility to downtown. Would recommend it to everyone!

If u have mobility issues, there were no bars to hang on to, also toilet was much too low. The bathroom needed a total gut job.

Staff was abrupt. The Dennys on site had the weirdest hours and was closed by mid afternoon when we arrived so had to leave to get food elsewhere. The hotel needs upgrades for sure.

Corridors were not clean, there were dust on the ac compressors and spider webs etc. No body wash was provided.

Cleanliness, some dust webs in corners , behind doors not clean , some mildew in the bathroom, we found the room temperature hot ?? Figured out in the middle of the night that a base heater was on and couldn’t find a shut off switch which made for an uncomfortable sleep , even with air conditioner on

When we opened the room door, it was pitch black and window closed, very uninviting. We quickly opened the curtains to let the light in and get some fresh air only to discover the room looked onto an indoor construction site. The indoor pool was empty and undergoing some sort of renovation. It looked very unsightly. If the hotel could have just contacted me and let me know so I had the option to pay more for a room with a window that looked outside and had fresh air, I would have been aware. Otherwise the hotel was fine

Not accessible for wheelchair or persons with mobility issues like myself. Bathroom had hair not swept up from previous guest. Section of the shower was moldy. There was no bathtub as listed. Pool in the building I was in was not available. To use the other pool you had to walk quite a ways across the parking lot to the other building. For the high price I paid, I expected to get things listed in my room and available to guests.

Tv did not work, lights constantly flickered and nobody came to fix after being informed. Poor….just poor

“The mattress was too soft, and kept indenting, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Denny”s restaurant downstairs are their go to for their guests. Terrible service and food. Waited long to be seated very little waiters. We had fish and chips and it was terrible.

We were in a pet friendly room and the carpet felt gross and we ended up having to wear our shoes. Ground floor room and there was a gap by door and the carpet/floor wasn’t finished in that spot, we were greeted by centipedes and a crawly feeling.

No complaints about the hotel but the town basically shut down by 3pm so there was nothing to do.
