The list is literally too long to list everything, but here goes: •Unresponsive staff •Dangerous sunken floor at the entry without warning tape, and this problem is years old! •Shower/bath curtain rod hanging from two screws (not the 6 required) sagging and unstable •Stairs to the 2nd floor (no elevator) uneven in height — especially the top stair approximately 1 1/2” higher than all other stairs — are dangerous •Handset connection to the telephone cord broken •TV poor •No bedside table on my side •Air conditioner 2’ from the bed (my side), causing noisy, super cold air blowing in my face — I unplugged the AC Etc Etc Etc

Location off the highway and near amenities was ideal. Breakfast was great. A/C was great Room and bedding were clean.

Stairs were a bit tricky with suitcases. Outdoor hot tub - we chose not to use it because the mosquitos were so severe that night.

Local location, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great.

Das Frühstück war für kanadische Verhältnisse in Ordnung.

Vor unserem Zimmer lief die ganze Zeit ein Klimagerät. Der Geruch beim Eintritt ins Zimmer war unangenehm. Das könnte man durch einen frischen Duft verbessern. Leider war kein Wasserkocher da, um einen Tee zu kochen.

Very cute, small hotel - likes the hot tub, rooms were very dark and quiet and the breakfast was good! Staff were also friendly, I honestly recommend this hotel!!

Not one single thing

It was dirty and very small. There were holes in the walls and the air conditioner was so loud that you cannot sleep when it’s running. It also didn’t work well. Dead bugs in the bathroom and rude staff at the front desk

Lots of mosquitoes in room..outside hot tub water not clean full of mosquitoes there. Coffee machine have spider web. Didnt recommend to anyone to stay that hotel.

Clean Bathroom

If you don’t want to sleep this is the place to stay. The Air Conditioner was so loud you needed noise cancelling headphones phones. They even supply ear plugs that did not work!

Ik had de grootste kamer geboekt voor 3 volwassenen. De kamer is opgesplitst in 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer, zeer fijn. Het goeie ontbijt (veel keuze) 's morgens.

There was no elevator. My husband and I are Seniors and our suitcases heavy. The staff didn't offer to help us. A guest ended up taking our things to our room.

Hot tub was the only thing our party of 6 (family) enjoyed.

We booked two rooms, carpets were filthy. I will attach a photo. Cobwebs all around the site. Rooms were small, walls thin, lack of towels, I can’t tell you how bad the carpets were, stained and filthy. Very old hotel.

Everything about this condo was a nightmare. They were more worried about being found out than our safety when the CO2 monitor when off. The unit was not entirely clean, lack of linens. Table cloth covering the couch, Basic kitchen amenities, Mold on the shower curtain, no bath mat which made it extremely difficult to get out of the tub. Lack of communication. Late night interuptions. Questionable if it is a legit booking that was approved by their property management. I was told to lie when the CO2 went off to say I was friends of the owner. No concern four our safety, only their necks

Not much

Room was pretty small and sparse. For a cheaper rate I had a much better room at the Sandman hotel next door.

部屋は犬も泊まれるお部屋だったので入った瞬間臭かったです リノベーションをしてるので外見は綺麗でしたが古さが目立ち、bathroom はとにかく古く金額とあっていませんでした。 エアコンは簡易式のエアコンを窓からはめこんでいたようですが、音がうるさかったです、 カーペットも汚くフロアに変えた方がいいとおもいました。 次は絶対ここには泊まりません。

Das Motel liegt etwas außerhalb mit guten Essensmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man am Eingang des Mt. Revelstoke National Parks.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was decent, some fruit, some cooked options plus cereal and coffee etc. The location was good, could walk into the town and very easy to find.

Was a bit noisy overnight with the trains coming past.

A-As soon as we tried microwave to warm up food, the power went off, called person at reception and you could hardly hear what was being said. Anyways got back power, tried warming up again and came across the same issue. We requested a room change and tried same in this new room which to no surprise had same issue. B- Its an old building with windows having no insulation to noise, its by the main road and was very loud so we were provided with ear plugs, i wish i knew this before hand.

Betten bequem, Zimmer groß genug für 4 und ein Frühstücks-Buffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Zimmer war Richtung Straße/Bahn. Klimaanlage war so laut dass wir sie zum schlafen abgestellt haben. Ohrstöpsel waren zwar vorhanden, damit konnten wir allerdings nicht schlafen.

The breakfast was superb! The best we have ever had! We are in our late sixties and Earl seventies . Lovely lawn area. Comfortable bed. Dog friendly.

The noise of traffic and trains! The air conditioning system was extremely noisy. The room is so small we actually had a feeling of claustrophobia.

I was booked to have a mountain view. Instead, it faced a utility room on a short walkway down a narrow walkway. The fridge was too cold (I didn't check and my pop froze.) The a/c was extremely loud - I gave up trying to watch TV. The two vents in the bathroom werr quite dirty.

The food was plenty but thr hot food was cold which was a shame as the choices were good for gluten free.

The toilet would not flush and became plugged so very uncomfortable at night.

Spent 2 days in Revelstoke it was clean and tidy.

Hotel room was clean and cozy. Loved the outdoor hot tub. Also enjoyed the free breakfast. Great location, close enough to the highways and walking trails nearby.

Hotel room’s a little small compared to other hotels of same price range. The wires on the tv and cable could have been neatly arranged so you don’t see it on the wall.

Quaint, relatively good value, super convenient location. Staff are lovely, area felt safe.

Too close to the highway and train tracks. Freighters (both train & trucks) were roaring by all night. Very noisy. The bathroom was horrible. I don’t think it has ever been updated. The shower screeched like a banshee. The flooring was dirty. Get that disgusting 70s carpet out of there. I asked the morning staff at the complimentary breakfast if I could go back to my room to get my travel mug and fill it up with coffee to go. They said yes. When I got back, it was closed. The door was locked. I was told the complimentary coffee would be left in the hallway. It was not.

The staff was fine, and the room although small and very dated was clean

I like Stoke Hotel because the location is incredibly convenient. The fact that they cook breakfast (and included) in the hotel is already a bonus! The staff was hospitable and respectful. There's some wear and tear, but the room was clean when we arrived.

Sympathisches Stadtrand-Hotel am Columbia-River mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern und Pool im Innenhof. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Schöne Frühstücksauswahl im wunderschön gestalteten Frühstücksraum.

Und hat es nicht gestört, aber man sollte wissen dass bis spät in die Nacht regelmäßig unendlich lange Güterzüge die nahegelegene Eisenbahnbrücke passieren. Deswegen lagen Ohrstöpsel parat. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock gab es außerdem zwei sehr blöde, kaum sichtbare Stolperfallen.

The front desk were very, very nice. They filled up our water bottles, were very kind, and the front desk area is nice. The location is also pretty. It’s right in front of the bridge. It was quite picturesque in the morning. It’s fairly clean as well.

Our room felt a bit dungeon-y? Perhaps it was the walls? It was also very small with very little walking around room. The AC is super loud, it’s kind of like having white noise in the background while you sleep. Not a place I’d want to stay in for more than one night.

Breakfast was definitely exceeded our expectations. Hot breakfast, lots of choices including waffles! check in and check out was quick and easy.

The server at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The second receptionist we encountered after check in was far more pleasant and helpful than the check in receptionist. The free shuttle bus to downtown was a great service. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the linen clean and fresh smelling. The bagged fruit for takeaway was a nice touch at breakfast.

The lacklustre attitude of the check in person. No welcome greeting and other than giving us our room number and location, she offered no information about facilities other than time of breakfast. No warmth or friendliness from her. The housekeeper was making up rooms and had her trolley blocking the stairs, did not offer to move it, had to push past it. The rooms are not true to the photos, our looked quite tired in places and our room was small (which was ok for an overnight stay, but no longer) with a TV with wires hanging out and running down the wall, a loud fridge, no bedside table one side and a strange faucet in the bathroom that was hard to turn on. Filler on the sink and on the window frame that hadn't been rubbed down smooth. The radiator or fan in the bathroom was dirty and there were human hairs on the floor in the corner. The air con is very loud in the bedroom and would not turn to the sleep function. The seats in the dining room were grubby on the sides. The breakfast was average.

The hotel is modern, clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were lovely and always available to help when needed. Breakfast was nothing fancy but of good quality and tasty.

Fridge making noises, I’m sensitive to noise while sleeping. It was too close to bed.

Breakfast was excellent with many options to choose from.

TV didn't work, despite maintenance trying to fix it. Was offered another room and tried that TV out and it too kept freezing up. Missed out on the FIFA game as we had a pet and didn't have the option to watch it in a pub. Room was really small and barely enough room for our small dog's bed. Very noisy a/c unit which stressed out the dog as well.

Good for a quick trip. Probably not a destination kind of hotel.. Rooms were clean but seemed dated.. Liked the fact that there were chairs outside so we could sit out.. Hot Tub must of been good because it was busy but we didn't use is.

Breakfast lady was rather rude and snappy. But maybe that was just that day. Other than that great little place, probably cheaper than most and over all.. Not bad!

I booked a pet friendly room upon arrival I was put in the 3rd floor. The front desk was not aware of this however I booked online for a pet friendly room which made it extremely inconvenient

It's location caused it to be a bit noisy due to traffic, this was partly due to me having the window open. However as a visitor to Canada this added to the experience listening to the road and rail traffic, admiring the views across the river close to the car park. Don't let this put you off, I was in a front bedroom, if you don't want a better view the rooms to the rear are the best for you

The loud air conditioning that you had to lay on your belly to adjust. Which is not easy in your 70s. We Left windows open to get cool and sleep. The maids were outside talking loud and laughing before 7 which was less than 8 feet away from our heads.

Great breakfast!! Selections to suit any tastes. The Stoke suited our itinerary and staff were friendly and helpful. Walking path along the river/across the bridge(s) were nice for a wander.

It's close to a major road, but we were pleased that noise was not a problem.

Stayed on 2 separate occasions. The first time we had a room on the second floor. Room was good, clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient.

On our second time there the staff while friendly took convincing that the room we were promised when booking directly with staff onsite wasn’t the one they wanted us to stay in. The room and bathroom were very small and didn’t live up to the expectations from the previous visit. Both rooms could be updated with more electrical outlets for changing devices.

Loved the outside entrance to room. Breakfast excellent, cleaning staff helpful and friendly.
