Hotel très bien placé mais au calme; service très professionnel. Il est dommage que la salle de petit déjeuner soit montée au 8e étage (très belle vue mais bruyante). Elle était bien plus mémorable dan le jardin ou la salle du Rdc.

When I put my first step to hotel personnels welcomed me very friendly. Housekeepers cleaned my room very carefully. At the same time SPA services also very good from receptionist to therapists. Lastly, almost all touristic places are very close to the hotel. If I visit to Athen again, I will make reservation to this hotel

הרעש בין החדרים ומהכביש למרות שחויבנו מראש על ידי בוקינג התבקשנו לשלם שוב על החדר. רק לאחר שעמדנו בתוקף על כך שהחדר חויב ומצאנו את הודעת בוקינג התברר שצדקנו. היו רגעים לא נעימים. לאחר פרשת תשלום עהור החדר התבקשנו לשלם עכור ארוחה במסעדת הלובי . שוב נאלצנו להסביר שכנאטה לא מדובר בנו. לקח כמה רגעים עד שהתברר שוב שצדקנו. אפשר לטעון שטעויות יכולות.לקרות. בכל מקרה אנחנו מאד התאכזבנו....לא קרה לנו מעולם....

The morning staff on 9/1/2025 went above and beyond to ensure I made it to my day excursion to Meteora after my phone died and there were no cabs available to get to my destination. This is a beautiful property perfectly located. The staff is outstanding. The breakfast and dinner views from the eighth floor dining room are unbelievable. I really can’t say enough about how amazing this property is and how accomodating the staff is. Eleni and George were so helpful. If I come back to Athens, I would 100% stay here again.

One of the top hotels in Athens with no doubt. Very well located near the Acropolis. The rooftop where you take your breakfast with a view on the acropolis is absolutely outstanding. We tried one of their restaurant on the same rooftop and I also highly recommended. The staff is very helpful

This is a lovely hotel in a terrific location - an easy walk to the Plaka and Acropolis. The view of the Acropolis from the pool and rooftop restaurant is amazing. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Breakfast was excellent.

The mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner blew strongly from the main system even when turned off. We forgot a T-shirt that couldn't be found. I asked for a good view, but the view was onto the inner courtyard. It felt like when I booked through Booking.com, they gave me a room on a last-minute basis.

Bed was so comfortable! The room was quiet and we had an excellent sleep. Very close to the center.

Swimming pool had too many people, can be under reservation…

The view was gorgeous! Indoor and outdoor seating was exceptional, the breakfast choices were exceptional.

With the fantastic breakfast, I decided to try the restaurant in the evening. I was almost turned away because I didn't make a reservation, but the maitre'd accommodated me. The sea bass meal was so so.

Piscine un peu petite mais qui a le mérite d'exister Restaurant moyen cher mais qui sert tardivement.

Posizione eccellente, struttura molto bella con una vista stupenda dell’Acropoli. Stanza molto confortevole. Staff assolutamente gentile e cordiale. Piscina non grande ma bella.

Se proprio devo evidenziare un’area di miglioramento direi la colazione migliorabile per lo standard dell’hotel.

The Electra Palace is an excellent choice if you want a centrally located hotel within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were wonderfully kind and professional and the bedroom was we extremely comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool and the breakfast was amazing.

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the very thin walls between bedrooms and the corridor. You can hear everything.

Wonderful service! We loved the front desk especially as they are so warm and welcoming and so easy going. The breakfast staff exceeded our expectations as well. They remember our names, and what we liked.

The only odd thing and totally random as it’s just an “us” thing is that the room had single beds put into a king or queen size and the bed would move constantly giving the center a huge crack down the center.

This property is in a great location. We had a lovely room that was very comfortable. They also offer a very good breakfast service. Breakfast is served with a view of the Acropolis.

It was very busy around the pool so finding a chair with shade was almost impossible. People leave their towels on the chairs when they exit - instead of putting them in the bin- and the staff don’t monitor the area so they don’t know what’s available.

Our room had this strange knocking sound outside the door near where the bathroom is located. Couldn’t tell if it was coming from inside the wall or where exactly but it was constant even throughout the night. Also, we told cleaning staff to skip our rooms and they went in anyway. My personal items were left on the bed so it was a bit humiliating.

Classically beautiful but recently updated property with breathtaking views of the acropolis. Particularly lovely at night. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms lean towards the smaller side, but are beautifully and efficiently furnished with amazing bathrooms and showers.

The location! You are within walking distance of all the main attractions. Staff were lovely and loved the view whilst eating breakfast. Two pools. The outside pool also has a bar and snacks and is such a lovely place to relax in the late afternoon.

Das Zimmer war für den aufgerufenen Preis viel zu klein und erinnerte von der Größe eher an eine Schiffskabine als an ein hochwertiges Hotelzimmer. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir online ausdrücklich ein größeres Zimmer gebucht hatten, vor Ort jedoch ein deutlich kleineres Zimmer erhielten. Auch die Ausstattung wirkte altbacken und entsprach keineswegs dem Preisniveau. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, aber insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht – für das Gebotene ist das Hotel massiv überteuert.

Leider entsprach unser Erlebnis am Pool keineswegs einem Fünf-Sterne-Standard. Obwohl wir gegen 17 Uhr am Pool waren, wurden wir über 40 Minuten lang überhaupt nicht bedient und mussten schließlich selbst aktiv auf den Service zugehen. Auch die Qualität der bestellten Speisen war enttäuschend – selbst ein einfacher griechischer Bauernsalat war qualitativ sehr mangelhaft. Insgesamt wirken sowohl Service als auch Poolbereich deutlich unter dem Niveau und Ambiente, das man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf.

Stayed here for a couple of days after our Greek Island cruise so we could explore Athens. The hotel is kept immaculate and in a great location with outstanding views from the pool/upstairs restaurant & bar. The staff were outstanding and we were made to feel welcome and we were looked after impeccably during our visit. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a more up market base from where to explore the city.

Beautiful decor and ambience. Gave us access to all facilities hours before checkin given our early flight arrival. Exceptionally friendly staff with amazing local area experience and connections. Got us a short notice booking at dining hot spots where we shared amazing food and entertainment.
