Elia Ermou Athens Hotel

Great location. Second time staying there and was very happy. We had a deluxe room with a beautiful view of the acropolis and hammam. Breakfast was sensational and the room was a great size.

The location was perfect just off a main road so it was quiet and close to so many ships, restaurants, and poplar sites like the Acropolis. Plus a wonderful roof top restaurant/ bar

The staff were nice and friendly and accommodating- we asked if we could check out a little later and they were “sure no problem”. The shower was outstanding- jets in the wall to massage your back!!! The breakfast was so yummy with plenty to choice from and the view 🙌.

Everything was literally perfect, location, cleanliness, the aircon was great, had a balcony, beds were super comfy and the staff were soooo helpful AND the breakfast was great.

רוב החדרים במלון בנויים ככה שאזור המקלחת פתוח ולא בחדר סגור. לנו זה קצת הפריע. פנינו לקבלה וקיבלנו לדר שבנוי אחרת וזה פתר את הבעיה.

The location was perfect! Near shopping and tourist areas. The breakfast was very good in the beautiful rooftop area with lots of great yummy choices. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Ella Ermou Hotel in Athens. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel so welcome and are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and wonderful service from staff and lets not forget the view of the Acropolis. We can’t forget housekeeping team—our room was always beautifully kept. We were lucky enough to meet a lovely lady, Dimitra, from housekeeping. She was absolutely fantastic, so warm and caring, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you to the entire team at Ella Ermou for making our stay enjoyable. This hotel is definitely  our go-to place whenever we are in Athens. We would highly recommend it❤️

The rooftop restaurant had an amazing view, the breakfast was excellent, the location was very convenient, and the hotel was very clean.

Even though we stayed in a larger room, it still felt quite small and cramped. The sink was inside the room, and the bathroom was not fully separated.

The location was excellent, and the rooftop was absolutely stunning with the views. The staff were respectful and warm throughout our stay. If you want a hotel in a great location, with nice and professional employees, consider this hotel.

For us, The room fell short. It felt outdated and needs updating, plus there was a lingering smell. The sofa (family deluxe room) didn’t even fit properly in the space.

Great location - parking beneath the hotel but the room we had was an exceptionally large room - great shower - seperate toilet, nice bed and a great view of one of the world’s greatest historical monuments. The concierge were most helpful!

All was good and the rate is very reasonable.

Centrally located, all sorts of shopping and cafés and restaurants – it was close to everything! The room was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, the restaurant is really awesome and the views are amazing!

Elia Ermou is an amazing hotel from start to finish but this is a review primarily of the most incredible massage I just received from Fotini in the Wellness Center and Spa. I’ve had incredible massages in different parts of the world (or so I thought) until I came to this hotel. Without an ounce of exaggeration, the 60 minute Ancient Path Recovery massage was the best massage I have ever received in over half a century of living. Every other massage now pales in comparison to this one. If I were going to rank how good this massage was (and I have some significant structural body issues), I would rate it 100 out of 10. It was that good. Ask for Fotini. The spa massage / treatment options are listed on the hotel website, but the Ancient Path Recovery left me as rested as a newborn baby and with the same newborn glow. I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience with Fotini’s massage skill. Thank you to the whole spa and hotel team for making my stay wonderful. I will be back to Elia Ermou whenever I am in Athens!

Loved our room - it was very spacious, had a comfortable bed and a big shower. The room was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and always available to help. Breakfast was excellent, there was a huge variety of foods and sitting on the rooftop overlooking the Acropolis was marvellous. And what a location, in the heart of Ermou Street and so close to Plaka and Monastiraki neighbourhoods!

The gym could be better equipped with up to date equipment.

Exceptional location. You can walk to all sites from your hotel. Surrounded by nice restaurants & cafes. Breakfast at the hotel is really nice, with a perfect view of the Acropolis from your breakfast table.
