The staff service was excellent.
Clean , staff very courteous & helpful . Credit to a housekeeping guy @ the lobby who offered me a chair, seeing me standing , thank you & very much appreciated.
WiFi did not work until our second day and about to check out the following day. Bed sheet had holes. Staff are super friendly and housekeeper for the afternoon-evening shift is excellent in servicing customers. She made sure there was no holes or stains in when she changed my sheet. No soda machine available in the entire bldg after the kitchen closes at 10pm. No BIDET in the bathroom. They should renovate and attach a bidet. I would have given it a 5star for cleanliness had it been because of the whole on the sheets and STAIN on the mattress pad (pee like stain)
Whoever gave this hotel any rating above 2 must have gone to a different hotel. We will never go there again. The ONLY positive was the staff: They are great. But here is my comment on the facilities taken from my personal journal at the time. When we walked into the room, the only thing there was a bed and small side tables in each side: No desk or table, no chairs, no water boiler for coffee etc., no phone to call the front desk. Only the bed and a large flat screen TV. Immediately they asked if we want a table and chairs, Yes! of course. So those were brought: A small table, not for working on. Hence even more tips for the man who brought the table and chairs. Then the water and bathroom: When we used the toilet we discovered there is no bidet. When we tried the water for shower or to wash our face, (a) the water flow was weak and (b) it never got hot only lukewarm. When we asked about a water boiler for our coffee etc., they do not have them. But there is a water dispenser in the hallway with cold, medium, and hot water. Inconvenient, but at least it is there—until it is not there as in last night when we each wanted a hot drink but the dispenser was empty. Even the next morning, it was empty. I had to take my cup down to the 6th floor to get my hot water.
Loved it.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large with large bathroom and clean comfortable bed. Close to restaurants and a very convenient laundry service nearby. But it was in poor condition with paint damage to walls, broken wall tiles in the bathroom and no hot water, no bar fridge and sounded like a generator running at most times outside except late at night.
An old hotel with a cheap, shody makeover. The wifi doesn’t reach inside the room so you sit in the corridor. The A/C is an old noisy window unit. There is no fridge, no kettle, no breakfast, the shower has no pressure, the taps are falling off the wall, as is the toilet roll holder. The powerpoint is broken. The water cooler in the hall was empty and never refilled. And then they want a deposit in case something breaks. You can do much better.
no water kettle, no phone in room, no room service, cable tv was bad. it was a decent hotel
The hotel is good, clean, the location is good you can walk to stores and restaurants. You can walk to Burnham park. The staff are nice. The area safe.
Clean and nice facility
Not too bad and staff are all nice. Not enough amenities and no drawers in the room either.
Had high hopes for this hotel given the decent and brightly lit reception. Upon entering the room, we found it to be initially clean with nice and fluffy towels with the travelite logo on it. However, the following nights, gone were the fluffy white towels to be replaced with greyish old ones for the rest of our stay? Were the new towels on the first night just for show? We also found chestnut shells under the bed and outside the room in the hallway. Perhaps unswept from a previous guest? The hallways had a musty dried fish smell that greeted us everytime we exited the lift. Thankfully no smell in the room. We ordered and paid for an extra bed but found it hard and uncomfortable and one could feel the springs when you laid down on it. Surprised that there wasn’t a phone in the room and no safety deposit box nor was there a refrigerator (all basic things one would expect from a hotel). The daily replenishment of amenities and water bottles were much appreciated. The bathroom tiles had visible black and pink mould in the grout and edges. And the wall paint in the room was peeling. Room was dark with insufficient lighting. The breakfast at their restaurant, Abacus, was poor with no thought and gave school canteen vibes. Breakfast for the sake of serving breakfast. On our second day, we came back late in the afternoon after a long day of sightseeing to an unserviced room even though we hung the “make up our room” sign on the door AND informed a housekeeping staff that morning for our room to be cleaned. Upon enquiring at reception, our room was promptly and urgently cleaned but this meant we had to sit down in the lobby for an extended period of timw so our room could be serviced. After a long day out, this wasn’t ideal. Reception then informed us that we had to let them know every morning when we wanted to have our room cleaned. This is fine but there were no explicit instructions advising this. One would think that hanging the sign on the door is enough. Location is very good on Legarda St with a lot of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. Bell staff who assisted us with our bags was warm and helpful. However, restaurant staff during breakfast were unsmiling, lacked warmth and seemed a bit lost. Though front desk staff attended and actioned our requests and queries, their service lacked warmth, with requests actioned in a “robotic” manner you almost wished you didn’t ask. Perhaps additional training in the basic tenets of customer service could be explored by management? Basic accomodation ok for an overnight stay. For the price, very reasonable so long as you temper your expectations. Could have the potential to be a decent establishment if changes to staff attitude and room refreshes were made. Sadly, we will not be back.
Likes (in no order): (1) Downtown location- close to the action but not much noise. (2) Ample and well maintained basement parking; (3) Reasonable rates; (4) Very clean- facilities and room; (5) Very spacious lounging area in lobby; (6) Very spacious room; (7) clean, comfy blankets; (8) decent internet connection Dislikes: (1) There's a desk in the room, but no chair. (2) Pillow is soft but one tall lump; (3) No bidet- provided a dipper (see photo) That one's just hilarious; (4) weak water pressure; (5) Poor detail finishing in the room- e.g. sealant, caulking, stripping paint, many scratches, etc.; (6) Sparse furnishing- e.g. There's only one square table for triple room, No night tables, No bedside lamps; (7) Very unresponsive staff whether to calls, sms or viber
Fast internet
Perfect for a quick get away and staycation
The property itself is good. It is walkable to some But the housekeeping staff were kind off noisy to the point that you can hear them inside the room.
Great
Friendly staff, very attentive and very courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.
Clean and nice
Great location and the staff greats you and helped you out with your luggage before you get in there check in desk. I’m especially very grateful for the staff who get a Taxi for us and then helped us load our luggage.
Hotel is located on the city. Very accessible to places where you can eat &go on to the nearest park. Bit disappointed about the the telephone, you need to go out of the room to call front desk, there’s no glass inside the room and no bidet in the toilet. However, our overall stay at the hotel was great. Thank you
Similar to La Union Travelite. the hotel has eveything you need. Location is great, burnham, Session Road, and the market is within walking distance. Gerry's grill is available at the basement. However, breakfast is limited. The room is large enough for two, still no door locks in the comfort room. The bed is very comfortable. no panoramic view. Courteous staff.
No chair, telephone, bidet, bar fridge, closet in the room
Travelite Hotel along Legarda road in Baguio City is a hidden gem. For those on a budget, this is the go to place. It is located in the center of the city and very accessible to Session Road and Burnham park. Public transportation is available once one walks out of the place. Accomodations are basic but this is compensated for by the friendly, very courteous and very accomodating staff from the security guards to the housekeeping and front desk personnel. The place is quite clean and even has an in house restaurant. Free parking and wifi are available for registered guests. Definitely, a place one would love to return to.
The internet inside the room is poor
Nice place to sleep. Would’ve expected more more amenities for the price though
They need door stoppers for safety and need vents on room to circulate air due to smoky air leaking from front window.
Close to shopping plaza very convenience
We stayed at 706 rm. We stayed there for an overnight since it is the nearest location of the event that I need to attend. I was embarrassed and disappointed during my check-in. I filled-in the form and when she (small girl with black blazer) asked for a deposit, I immediately went at the nearest ATM machine which is located across the street, I repeat, IMMEDIATELY. So typically, it did not took long for me to withdraw. When I came back, it seems she cannot remember me! Even asked again to fill-in their form and check my booking! When I went to my room, I did not expect an extravagant room since I only paid the room in budget. But, as a hotel room, AT LEAST THERE SHOULD BE A TELEPHONE. Yes, NO TELEPHONE INSIDE THE ROOM! I have to load my mobile phone to call the front desk! HAHAHAHA! Bidet is not present as well, but it is not a big deal for me. But I know some people will look for bidet inside of a hotel comfort room. At night, we thought we were sleeping beside a local market. LOUD VOICES FROM THE HALLWAY, BANGING OF DOORS, LOUD LAUGHS! Until morning, we can still hear them! Breakfast came, and we are not facilitated very well on where to seat. We have to stand inside of the buffet area looking for an empty table and chair. NO INITIATIVE FROM THE STAFF. Early in the morning but they look very tired and exhausted. I am embarrassed with my partner since he is also a hotelier, specifically as FOM in a five star hotel in Manila and I can see his frustration in his eyes. We did not initiate to voice out this during checkout because we just want already to leave this hotel. Well, it's up to you guys if you will not check these criticisms for you to improve your services. After all, numerous hotels are being constructed here in Baguio, and you should strive to be competitive enough to sustain yourselves in the hospitality industry.
Many tv channels to choose from Not far from market and other places Roomy Hot, cold, warm water dispenser near lift 7eleven and pharmacy nearby 10 minutes walk to Burnham Park Decent free wifi in a room
Prompt service.
The room was spacious. It would be nicer if there is table and chair and room for clothes.
Stayed for 3D2N (03-05 Nov 2023) on the 3rd floor.. ✔ pros: - clean room - strategic location, i.e., nearby good restaurants, 5-10 minute walk to Burnham Park - our actual room had an overlooking view towards the north/northwest ❌ cons: - no bidet - no closet - lacking in counter/small table to put things on. - no seats/sofa; you only have the bed to sit on. - weak signal for the cable TV - wifi connection in the room fluctuates/is intermittent. - no free breakfast included, considering expensive price of the accommodation ⚠ conclusion: For the price of more than Php5,000.00 for 2 nights, we should have booked somewhere else that would've given us more bang for our buck.
It was an awesome stay!
Lack of chairs/table in the room. No storage for clothes. Had to use bags on floor. Breakfast was terrible for foreigners. Just eggs and bread/jam and limited fruit. No juice/milk/cereal. Had to pay extra for breakfast when booking room. Otherwise I was happy with the hotel.
Friendly staff
No bidet. Hair on the wood floor and I have long light hair. You have to go down to the desk to ask if they have an adapter for the outlet.
Budget friendly TV not working during our stay

No hot water!! Imagine taking a bath in Baguio City without a properly working heater. Good luck. Paid upon checkin by credit card but they still require cash deposit, won’t accept credit card guarantee. No closet, no luggage stand. No bidet (if it matters to you, but locals prefer toilets with bidet). Breakfast food is just average but so many flies that the staff cannot contain.
Very clean and staffs are very accommodating. worth it naman ang pagstay.
A hotel stripped down to the basics. A bed and a good shower. Hardly any other furnishings or amenities. Overall very clean, but the bathroom had a bit of mould.
Room amenities incomplete
Worst hotel we have ever been. We were transferred 3x to different rooms in this hotel. The first room, there were cockroaches so we asked the reception and changed room. Here comes the second room, 1st night was horrible as we were next to the lift that makes a ding dong sounds everytime somebody uses it. The noise from the other rooms are so audible as it is not soundproof. Kids were playing until 12 midnight that kept us awake until 1AM. We requested so be transferred in another room which they did, unfortunately all the rooms are non sound proof, no wardrobes to store your clothings or important belongings, no hooks or towel rails on the bathrooms so you have to leave everything on the sink or get out the room to use the towel after shower.
The hotel is nice and clean..
The place is great and quality customer service.
Suites were lovely except for the humming a/c.
The lobby and dining/restaurant is the nicest part of the hotel. The room lacks furniture (closets, tables, chairs), stingy on towels and the air conditioner is loud. On our third day here, the room next to us had a screaming/crying child that would not stop for nearly four hours. Turned up the tv very loud to drown it out. Asked the front desk to address this issue. Their solution was for us to move to a different room. So we were inconvenienced and the problem was not. With so many other hotels in the area, I would choose somewhere other than this hotel. I am hopeful that the management of this hotel reviews my comments, learns from them and makes appropriate changes.
Avoid! Worst stay in the philippines so far. Stinky rooms, dirty sheets, not hot water, and expensive. I had much better hotel for a fraction of the price. The staff keeps asking to wait… i waited from 6pm till 1am for a hot shower and it never happened. They dragged until we are exhausted. The next morning we have to wait again for the manager to ask for a discount, when he arrives we have to wait again for higher management… a nightmare, avoid this place.
the place is very convenient. Burnham park is walking distance
The hotel is a good 10 minutes walk to Burnham Park, the road leading up to it is on an incline and can be tiring or difficult if you have baggage. The room is modern with aircon, Wi-Fi works, toiletries provided, however there is a design flaw with the shower divider and water accumulates at the toilet bowl area which doesn’t have a drain. The ground floor has a Chinese restaurant with buffet offers. Staff is accommodating
The hotel is strategically located near the city center which allows you to walk to most of the areas of interest in Baguio. But if one needs to go to specific locations, cabs are easy to flag down. It's a relatively new hotel which serves its purpose as a place to stay comfortably especially on business where you can hold meetings in the lobby. The furnishings in the room lack a table and chair if one wants to work and the internet may struggle when the hotel is fully occupied but is satisfactory for basic communications such as messaging or email. Overall, it was bang for the buck and met my needs during my week long stay on business.
Pros 1. Good location 2. Great staffs and very accommodating Cons 1. Housekeeping needs improvement. I booked 2 rooms so 1 room didn't have tissue paper. The towel and bathroom mat was all worn out. It needs replacing. 2. The parking area smells so much as the garbage is placed there. 3. limited food choices for breakfast.
It’s okay and wonderful
The room was very dirty all over, you cannot walk anywhere without getting your feet dirty. The room also stated 5 person accommodation but there was only 1 towel available so we ordered extra but again they don't give extra for kids. Staff are friendly but only to those they know or regular customers. The place is in good area you can walk pretty much to everything like burnham park, sm mall and lots of bars and restaurant around. I will not stay there again though as I like cleanliness.
We stayed for 3nights, the service of the hotel was very disappointing. There were no daily house keeping during our entire stay. I had to request for towels and toilet paper twice in a space of 3hours as they forgot my initial request. The staff appears to be easily distracted playing with their mobile phone. They are no phone in the room, meaning a long walk to the loby if you want to talk to the front desk. They are no chairs in the room to seat on and relax after a long day exploring. Hot shower is a hit and miss during the morning peak, be perpare to take a cold shower. The hotel only accept cash as security deposit even thought the booking site mention credit card is allowed. If i compare this to other 3stars hotel i stayed at around the world this would be the worst.
Nice location but with poor costumer service! We choose this hotel for our company travel, we get 11 rooms in total for 3 days and 2 nights,… the room size was ok, but lacking on basic things hair dryer, u need to go to the reception area yourself because they dont have phone at the room,! No complimentary coffee at room, but they have hot and cold dispenser outside, we got some issue with the costumer service, we ask the manager to have our breakfast serve early at 5am because we will be leaving earlier because we cant wait for their breakfast at 7am… since we are a traveling group, we ask for consideration, but they refused coz thier breakfast time is at 7am…
Property looks clean. Staff still entertain you not so friendly way but not rude either. Very very disappointed with the towels and pillows. Four person in a room but only two pillows (one each bed and 2 towels.) When I ask for additional towels they will charge me for 100 pesos each. The towels they have in the room looked like a rug. It’s very old. I booked 4 rooms and towels in some rooms are ok.
Well it was nice Tanx
park nearby for children
Clean comfortable hotel. Views where ok. We couldnt see towards the park and sm mall though. No balcony, no coffee making facilities in the room, although hot and cold water available from the water dispencer on each floor. We stayed 7 days , so ate out most days, local restaurants are nice, Abucus was lovely with really nice food, Gerrys was ok. Food was ok too. Walk to Burnham park a easy 10 min stroll, worth going for the pleasant atmosphere, street food over the street towards sm mall was cheap tasty and lots to choos from
The hotel is new clean but lack of furniture like there is no table and chair inside the room, no bidet and no exhaust fan inside comfort room
We just checked-in in the property and from the beginning it was horrible..there’s no welcome gesture from all the receptionist including the supervisor.. I booked my reservation a week ago and they were not aware with their daily arriving guest..with 3 receptionist, it took 20 to 30mins for a single check-in just for the discussion of my booking..I’ve requested for a higher floor but the supervisor said 4-7 floors are under maintenance but when I came back to get our key the people they were assisting in reception were staying in 4th and 6th floor..we are the one who carried our bags from the luggage area to our room and surprisingly when we entered in our room it’s not what we booked and I have to go down and request for room transfer..the inconsistency of the staffs and service quality was too horrible it’s like a self service hotel property.
Our stay was amazing. It was indeed a short stay but definitely we will return for a longer trip. Our room was very comfortable and the food we ordered was sumptuous. Kudos!
The things seen in the pictures in their webpage is not what it looks like un person.Dont expect muchlimited facilities, lack of pillows and linens
The Location of the hotel is good there are many restaurants nearby as well as convenience stores gasoline station banks drugstore,. Around 5-10 minutes walk from Burnham Park. If you will take the taxi the cost is around 40-50 pesos depending on the traffic. They have a restaurant and Gerry's Grill is just outside. The reception is very helpful the rooms are basic. They provide a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The room is so basic, plus factor that they have airconditioned rooms because even if its Baguio at noon time the weather is warm. The only downside is they dont have cabinets in the room nor a big table where you can place your things .
The room was very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Although, there was no cabinet and a kettle inside the room. It was good experience overall.
The receptionist is very nice
Hotel staff were helpful
cleanliness is #1 for us. staff are great
The hotel staff were very friendly and all, but I wish the hotel had a phone to contact the lobby. Also I thought the housekeeping should have been given to clean the room everyday but apparently they are by request. Nonetheless the hotel was nice
This hotel has a good location - near major tourist attractions and has a convenience store and pharmacy near it if you need something. A major advantage is the 2-level basement parking. They have clean rooms, good enough beds though they only provide 1 pillow per bed, and thick blankets and covers. They provide free wifi, friendly staff, and a 24-hour service. The bathroom is modern and huge with hot and cold shower with good water pressure. They provide the basic amenities. Disadvantages include not having a landline - even if you're a guest, you need to call their cellphone number for inquiries. They were also a bit difficult to reach to confirm my booking, took me about 8 attempts before I was able to reach someone. They were not as responsive when it comes to approve QR tourist passes and you really need to call them for them to approve your visit appointment to have your QTP. During our stay, they were not able to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, but like I said, a pharmacy is nearby and you can easily buy one if you forgot to bring one. Overall, this is a good place to stay in especially if you're planning to spend most of your day outside the hotel and just need a place for the night.
Comfy stay, excellent location, highly accessible, friendly staff, spacious reception area, have free wifi, parking space is available at the basement, clean hotel, and the best of all, their Abacus Seafood Restaurant is the best Chinese restaurant in Baguio! Super Yummy!!
