Un peu excentré du centre historique, cote rive gauche, l'hôtel est cependant à côté de lignes de tram permettant de rejoindre rapidement la rive droite . Les chambres sont bien agencées, la literie très confortable et grand lit. Petit déjeuner correct

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

Als Parkmöglichkeit gab es eine Tiefgarage, deren Zufahrt allerdings so steil war, dass man beim Herausfahren Probleme hatte, mit dem Auto überhaupt wieder herauszukommen. In der Beschreibung wurde diese Tiefgarage nicht erwähnt.

Excellent, just what we needed. Very clean/modern hotel with nice restaurant, staff and good breakfast. Parking on site. A little more out of town than we thought when we booked but easy to get the tram into centre.

Parking a proximité pratique. Situation géographique a proximité de St Sever centre commercial. Bon accueil, néanmoins le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (qualité du pain 🍞 et vienoiserie).

Personale, værelse, morgenmad og parkering var godt. Parkering i kælder 12 euro - billigt, men kunne også være gratis, da hotellet ligger et stykke fra centrum. Nem transport m. sporvogn til centrum. Rouen: Charmerende dejlig by.

This hotel is perfectly situated to visit Rouen. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The whole hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast good. Parking on site is a huge bonus. Highly recommended

Parking issues— Entry / exit are same door. Very hard to find the parking garage. They did put a crib up in our room before we got there. Staff was friendly.

We spent a nin bnb properties all wonderful but it was so nice to be back in a regular clean hotel. Great bed ..firm. my room had a balcony ... check in great , included breakie great..they even had fresh eggs you could soft boil ..never seen that before. I hosed the breakfast time and showd uo at 6:15 ..the weekend it starts at 7:30. The gent setting it up graciously allowed us to participate early. Parking was great but hard to find at first... under the building but entrance is ALL the wat around the block. Even had a lounge chair to put on the deck outside the room.

La propreté est à revoir dans la salle de bain et des travaux a envisager la porte de la douche ne ferme pas… Le confort est bien seulement ce qui m’a dérangé est de savoir que c’est une chambre communicante… et pour la wifi qui est pas efficace quand on est en chambre, elle saute souvent… Ils proposent un bon petit déjeuner.

Good location for the city, not right in the hub of it so quiet but easy to walk into to bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Check in was easy, staff friendly and hotel looks clean. Parking available at a small charge.

Wir verbrachten insgesamt vier Nächte da inkl. Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums auf der linken Seine-Seite. Das ist jedoch überhaupt kein Problem, da ÖV-Stationen (Metro/Bus) in unmittelbarer Gehdistanz. Restaurants sind hier aber nicht so dicht gesäht. Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock war sehr sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Einzig die Raumtemperatur hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Wir konnten diese auch nicht beeinflussen (...ausser nach unten). Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht riesig, aber lecker und beinhaltete alles, was ein Frühstück ausmacht. Auch hier war es nicht sehr warm. Es war trotzdem ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Overnight stopover, although in the city the underground parking and 24 hour reception made it a good option. My phone map showed the hotel on the opposite side of the road for some odd reason and we had to ask how to access the underground garage (from Avenue de Caen), but once we found it a good hotel. Comfortable night sleep, clean bedding and bathroom and and the bathroom looked recently done up. Friendly staff. Tasty and convenient breakfast included (continental with eggs and sausages).

Great breakfast

Welcoming and good location, this hotel is within easy walking distance to the old town. The room was clean and well proportioned. Parking is below the building and is accessed by driving around the corner in a clearly marked map.

Great for overnight stay, quiet room even though they had a coach load in. But a long walk 30mins into town for supper in the cathedral quarter. That was the only problem for us. Good breakfast included in the price.

Bémole concernant les bornes de recharge. Pas possible de les utiliser avec une carte autre. Il faut nécessairement payer 21€ en plus.

Location a little way out of town but otherwise a good value hotel. Very clean room with good AC and tv.

The hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly and caring and assisted as needed. It would be better if parking was included in the stay and we could have driven straight to the underground parking. This could have saved us some time and confusion. Breakfast inc and was sufficient enough for this hotel.

J'ai l'habitude de venir régulièrement dans cet hôtel, je demande tjs une chambre au calme qui finit par 01. Comme d'habitude malgrés mes appels et mes mails ma demande n'est pas prise en compte. Du coup, je me retrouve dans une chambre communiquante, avec une chambre dont la fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Bref, très déçue. J'ai encore une nuit de réservé dans cet établissement. Si c'est encore le même scénario, je ne reviendrais pas .. Ces hôteliers ont le sens du commerce, ils préfèrent les gens de passage, que les clients réguliers...

Not easy to find. Underground car park on the opposite side of the hotel entrance. Check-in was a little painful. The worst thing was the bathroom cleanliness. The best thing was the breakfast in the morning.

My friend and I spent one night at the Holiday Inn near the end of a two-week visit too France. Due to a mmix-up with Hotels.com, the reservation I had intended for June 9-11 was made for June 7-9, so when we arrived it appeared that we would be charged for nights that we had not stayed. Further, while we could stay for the night of June 9, the holiday Inn was fully booked for the night of June 10. The desk clerk quickly found us reservations at another hotel for the night of June 10 and the manager kindly did not charge us for the nights of Jun7-9. The room was large by French standards and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best offered while we were in different parts of France. I would gladly stay there again.

Staying here was stress free and enjoyable. Old part of Rouen was quaint, with great restaurants. The only inconvenience for us is that it was further than we thought of places we wanted to see.

La télé s’éteint toute seule et se rallume en pleine nuit, à l’accueil on vous dit allumez et rallumez plusieurs ça va passer… lol 1/2 rouleau de papier toilette en service et pas de complément Boîte à mouchoirs vide sous le lavabo À 8h du matin, plus de coulis de fruits rouges, vous en réclamez et on vous répond « ce n’est pas possible il est encore congelé » J’estime que pour 140€ la nuit on peut espérer mieux et plus professionnel…

Un acceuil tres chaleureux par tout les réceptionnistes qu'ont a eu durant notre séjour, la chambre été magnifique simple , jolie et très propre, la decoration de l'hôtel jai adoré les couleurs utilisé, petit bémol petit déjeuner buffet mais yavais pas vraiment le choix comme proposé sur les photos, jai posé la question a la dame qui prepare le petit dejeuner elle ma dit cest juste des photos ya que sa , sa ma déçu car ont nous a vendu une image en vrai yavais pas dutout sa. Voila a part ce detail négative le reste ca va , et surtout proximité avec transport en commun , gare et centre ville a 10min avec T4

Presence d humidité à la salle de bain au plafond et mauvais nettoyage des joints de carrelage del salles de bain, beaucoup de monde pour le pont du 8 mais donc beaucoup d attente au petit déjeuner et pas trop de choix

This is miles ahead of any of the other hotels in the area. The facility itself feels new and fresh and apart of a nice neighborhood that while farther away to the touristic heart of the city, is just a metro ride or ride share away. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly in every interaction and always tried to be attentive to any needs or questions we had. Checking in and out were simple and quick. The breakfast was consistent and was exactly what was needed in the mornings. A great property I would definitely recommend to others.

Bon bar à bières, mais service de snacking très moyen au niveau du choix et de la qualité. Attention, bien demander avant s'il y a un service : s'il y a une équipe de foot qui séjourne dans l'hôtel, pas de snacking pour les autres client.e.s...

It was a lovely stay all round. Would recommend it and very convenient to the motorway. Very nice staff and a nice breakfast.

A very pleasant short holiday with plenty of interesting places to visit. So many nice areas to wander around and appreciate this lovely city and area. The hotel was spotless clean, with cleaning service standards that other hotels should aim to achieve. All staff were courteous and helpful.

Well serviced hotel room’s comfortable and clean.

This a lovely hotel with excellent staff. Welcoming, helpful and friendly. It is fairly basic, but is modern, clean and the rooms are bright and airy. The breakfast is fine. The bar service is very good, but the bar area is not very convivial. Although the immediate area is a bit run down, transport into the old town is easy and cheap.

The hotel seems to be in a quite area but I felt unsafe. Luckily the car in parked in their underground car park but there are only limited parking spaces. Breakfast was good. Good value for money.

We had an excellent stay, and the breakfast was outstanding. We had three adults and were in a room with a pull out couch. The room was too small for three adults. Further, the hotel would do well to add a small refrigerator to each room.

Comfortable 2 nights stay. Parking is not too expensive. Reception swrvice was good and breakfast served are good.

It took us a bit of time to find the hotel as our GPS took us from behind and the entrance of the hotel facing at a corner direction which is quite hard to find. The breakfast was quite good, croissants, eggs, hams, yoghurt and a few other stuffs. It is not close to the city centre, we used the hotel’s parking for 9euro per night. The only thing I would suggest the hotel to upgrade it’s the hair dryer, it’s so weak to the point that there’s hardly any air blowing even on it’s strongest mode, it took me more than half an hour to dry my hair, not fully dry as I was so tired to spend more time on it!! It’s really frustrating.

We parked in the road next to the hotel and the car was broken into and several bags stolen.

Good for a couple of nights. The air conditioning worked well. The parking is a bit tricky to locate especially the turn to enter if you don't know where you are going. You can make a right turn right off the main road into the parking entrance, not following google maps. Area a bit rougher but seemed safe overall. Easier to drive to town than walk it from hotel.

Neither our sat at nor Google maps could find this hotel, but it became clear that Rouen has a lot of roadworks at the moment. Parking requires you to drive around the block to an entrance but is actually underneath the hotel and is secure. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, nicely appointed and with a/c. Breakfast was excellent. Use public transport to get into the centre, it’s easy and there are bus and metro stops near the hotel. (You need the T4 bus line,). We walked into the centre when we arrived….it takes about 25 minutes hence the suggestion of the bus!

This hotel is just a short train ride from city center, 15 min). The hotel has limited food options on site, and the surrounding neighborhood is very limited in its options. These negatives are easily overcome and the staff is wonderful.

Fresnel and helpful staff. Clean room, breakfast is simple but good enough. Tram/metro just 5min away. Grocery store just 3min away. Great for those who travelling with car.

Great hotel to stay in Rouen. Very convenient to park in the garage and leave it there for the stay. Tram lines to the CityCenter are close by. Service was friendly and room was clean and well serviced. Breakfast was the normal standard you get in a holiday Inn. No complaints, would come back.
