Un très sympa hôtel, le personnel accueillant juste dans la salle de bain il y avait de la moisissure et le sèche-cheveux fonctionnait pas avec ses trois étoiles je trouve pas ça normal. Dans reste c’était très bien.

L'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, cheveux et cheveux et poils sur le lit et la douche, chambre petite lit collé au mur et pas de table de chevet

A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Camera normale, pulizia scarsa. Personale gentile. Avevo aspettative più alte.

Hotel quasi in centro. Fermata metro davanti l'hotel, con 3 fermate sei in centro. Tutto bene, camera confortevole e colazione piu che sufficiente.

Service client déplorable. Nuit réservée la semaine précédente par erreur, aucun geste commercial. A fuir !!!

Hôtel très bien placé, en face d'un centre commercial. On peut rejoindre le centre ville à pied ou en métro. Idéal pour visiter Rouen.

À 3etoiles, le prix pas cher donc le contenu de l’hôtel était moins de 2 étoiles. Parking payant (remplace la somme de réduction) et l’entrée est très difficile. L’équipement minimum,1 serviette de bain seule pas de mouchoirs ni d’une bouteille d’eau, ni des sachets de cafés, ni de bouilloire; rien d’autre que une serviette. Mais les lits sont firmes, ouf, merci! L’espace de douche carré est surélevé et presque aucun système d’arrêter de l’eau ainsi l’eau a coulé au sol naturellement donc on ne peut pas servir le tapis de pieds totalement mouillé! En fin ce n’était pas b&b mais le fait est c’était B-hôtel!(pas de 2eme b= breakfast). Expérience ! sans répétition. la jeune femme de l’accueil q nous avons vu le lendemain matin était très gentille et accueillante. Un Grand signe positif. Désolée mais ,,,

This is a clean budget hotel with parking 20 minute walk from Central Rouen. Great for a stay over on route to elsewhere.

Behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel. Kamer was schoon en modern ingericht. Op loopafstand van de stad. Mocht je niet goed ter been zijn kan je evt. met de tram, er is een halte voor de deur van het hotel. Ideaal dat je auto een eigen plek heeft in de garage.

Accueil agréable. Chambre avec plein de petites bêtes, une seule chaise pour deux, pas de petites serviettes de douche, volet cassé, aucune isolation contre le bruit ni le froid, petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité, la salle du petit déjeuner est très bruyante avec une vue directe sur une pièce qui contenait des machines donc très bruyant ! Nous ne reviendrons absolument pas.

Lino floor in the bedroom! I have never seen a hotel with this old fashioned flooring, so that was not a great start. This was accompanied by woodchip wall paper, which I haven't on any wall for decades! Very poor. The bed also had a plastic mattress protector which is really uncomfortable and unpleasant The staff were nice and the air-conditioning worked, so that was good.

This property is undergoing renovation to the stairways making them quite dangerous. Added to this, the elevator was out of action. We were situated on the fourth floor, I booked this hotel as I have difficulty walking and thought that the lift would suit our needs. In my opinion, any occupancy above the first floor (which is where the breakfast facilities are) should not be in use for safely reasons.

Établissement bien tenu, transport en commun juste à côté, stationnement payant à l’hôtel. Chambre petite, pas de climatisation mais propre.

Hôtel en centre ville, rive gauche. a coté du centre commercial St Severt et des commerces. Bien desservi par les transports en commun ( Station Tramway à proximité ). je recommande cet établissement.

Hotel agréable. Stationnement aisé, et proximité des transports urbains.

3ème étage avec assenceur en panne.

Stop over on way to Bordeaux - great for 1 night with secure underground parking. Rooms not fancy, but very clean and bed/pillows really good quality and comfortable. 20 mins walk to the cathedral where all the restaurants/bars are. Wouldn’t stay for a week but great for a stopover.

Well located opposite a commercial centre with cinema and dining options. Also a tram runs to the main town every few minutes. The hotel itself was a little disappointing. Clean, but needs attention. Holes in the curtains, no kettle, shower positioned too low and barely any room to sit on the loo! The beds were very narrow, but comfy. We stayed in an ibis budget only the night before and found this to be far better. I would stay again, but was a little disappointed.

The hotel and staff were absolutely fine, but the surrounding area was disappointing. We had difficulty finding a suitable restaurant for our evening meal.

Sejour correct mais bref,manque porte valise dans les chambres.

Hôtel vieillot. Mme pas de prise dans la chambre pour travailler et encore moins en salle de bain pour se raser !...

Comme d habitude , l accueil est toujours aussi agréable et convivial, au plaisir de revenir une prochaine fois.

Le personnel charmant agréable et serviable de l'accueil au petit déjeuner jusqu’au départ. Seul bémol les toiles araignées dans la chambre au dessus des rideaux, contour fenêtre, plafond qui visiblement vu l'épaisseur ne sont pas là depuis 1 jour.

Typisches Ibis. Nichts besonderes aber für eine Nacht ganz ok. Preis Leistung voll und ganz in Ordnung.

It was good to find somewhere, during Covid-19 that was super-clean, well managed and friendly.

Given the Covid crisis, this hotel did weverything they could to make me feel settled.

La habitación me pareció sencilla pero bonita. La cama era muy cómoda y el hotel era bastante silencioso, ideal para un excelente descanso. En cuanto al bar, parecía un poco desatendido. Por eso ni siquiera intentamos pedir nada. En general tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.

Excellent accueil par une équipe chaleureuse et souriante. Hôtel très propre et situé à 30 mètres du métro qui emmène au centre ville en quelques minutes.

Pas assez espacé, moins de papier toilettes et les draps n'ont pas été changé...

Very near shopping center and inside it a super big supermarket. Walking distance to the town center too, where there are a lot of churches.

Clean and comfortable hotel with easy parking a short walk from the city centre.

Buon albergo per visitare la città. Il centro si raggiunge in 15 minuti di cammino. Personale gentile. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo ad un prezzo accettabile: 7€ a notte. Camera piccola (come tipico di questa catena). Bagno senza bidet (tipico in Francia). C'è una sola presa disponibile in tutta la camera per ricaricare tablet, telefono, macchina fotografica, ecc.

Convenient location just a couple of tram stops from the old centre. Tram station right opposite hotel. Parking ok (but underground hotel carpark vehicle height less than 2m, so if you have a roofbox you'll have to park outside which is by meter). The hotel is what you would expect from an Ibis - it does the job, and this one was particularly well priced when we stayed compared to the central Ibis.

Particulièrement bruyant, la proximité avec l'avenue face au st Sever et une sortie de tunnel rend particulièrement désagréable les nuits.

Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai eu froid toute la nuit. Les rideaux sont troués. Bruit de la rue. 1 seule et unique prise électrique.

La chambre est simple. Mais très propre, c’est parfait pour dormir. En plus, tout les personnes sont très gentil.

Notre 3ème séjour dans cet hotel. Les + : un très bon accueil (ouvert 24/24), personnel chaleureux et compétent, possibilité de prendre un café (ou un verre) au bar à toute heure Le - : une très forte odeur de friture imprégnait la chambre que nous avons eue. Nous aurions dû le signaler quand nous l'avons remarquée en arrivant pour déposer nos bagages, un neutraliseur d'odeur aurait sans doute pû être pulvérisé, mais avons pensé qu'elle se dissiperait en ouvrant la fenêtre, ce qui n'a pas été le cas. Nous avons donc dû passer la nuit avec cette odeur tenace. Malgré ce désagrément, nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Propreté à revoir. Bruyant, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir. Et il y a beaucoup de passage. Petite bête retrouvée dans le lit. Beaucoup d'humidité, bouilloire cassée. Pas d’ascenseur.

L'hôtel a sérieusement besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement... les chambres sont relativement propres (si on fait abstraction des tâches sur la moquette) mais petites. La lumière de la salle de bain est similaire à celle d'un hôpital... heureusement que le personnel est accueillant !

Had difficulty finding it. Very helpful reception. Charge for underground parking but on street available. Small room but clean and comfortable.

Room very small but if all you want is some where to lay your head really doesn't matter about 15 min walk from the centre of Rouen. The room was clean, but tired and the vacuuming could have been better ie dusty at the edges and behind door. Popular with tours as there were coaches outside both mornings. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have one. Wouldn't rule out booking again but would probably look to be near the centre of town. Also hard to work out how to pull up outside, finding it not hard but we did have to park up on a side street, and go in and ask, as did the couple signing in in front of us. One bonus was the secure parking

I have stayed at this hotel before, so was surprised when I had a problem checking in. Hotels.com resolved this, however, and the rest of my stay wss fine. The room was immaculate, though small. The garage is spacious and convenient. There is a tram station just outside with trams to the heart if Rouen.

The hotel is basic but clean, staff were friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is quite near the centre of Rouen (15 min or so) and the underground parking is a bonus.

Room adequate but very cramped -cheap rate. No hot meal/food was obtainable at hotel. We went to bed .hungry after a long day`s drive. young man alone on reception very nice and apologetic ...but we noticed he had a meal brought down for him when we were refused one.

My wife and I had a comfortable 2 night stay at IBIS Rouen Centre Rive Gauche. We had a car and based on previous comments I made sure to see where the driveway was located (using Google Street View) and had no problem getting in. Check in was quick and friendly and room was basic and small but clean and comfortable. Wifi was good. Only one electrical outlet (unless you unplugged the TV). Was about a 15-20 minute easy walk across the river to the main historical part of Rouen. Would stay again.

No one on the desk on arrival so waiting for five minutes before seen too, and was welcomed with a 'yes' (no apologies or hello)! On the whole, typical Ibis - could be in any city anywhere in the world, they're all the same! What made this one stand out though was the staff attitude throughout - no one welcomes you and the staff really couldn't give a hoot.

Two day stay to visit Rouen.15 main walk from centre. Hotel was everything we required. Excellent price.Overall it was perfect for a tourist visit.

Its an Ibis red so you know what you are getting. Its a little way out of the city centre but right by a tram stop and a commercial centre with a supermarket, restaurants etc. Staff were helpful, rooms had air conditioning although the decoration was a bit tired the bed was comfy and the shower was good. There is parking but its a little tricky to spot - go through the traffic lights and turn immediately right on to what appears to be the pedestrian pavement follow this slightly left & you will see on the right a clearly marked underground garage entrance.

Usual high standard for an Ibis, good sized room, everything in good condition, very good area 10-15 minutes walk to main city centre (could also get a tram from just outside entrance). Staff were excellent, very helpful with directions, restaurants etc. no complaints/issues whatsoever

Typical IBIS hotel suitable for 1 or 2 days nothing special but suitable, if you get the good price deal.

Basic room and service expected from Ibis. Ther only problem was locating the underground car park accessed via a pedestrian crossing. About 20 minute walk to centre of Rouen.
