Voor de derde keer hier en blijft een fantastische accommodatie qua ligging, uitstekende studio en goed personeel en keuken!

Room was super comfy and the multiple light switch options, allowing you to choose how bright or dim the rooms is is fantastic. Loved that every room also had a balcony. Bed linen was clean and comfy, bathrooms were clean too. Free parking on-site was also super helpful!

Staff member who checked me in didn't speak great English and also forgot to address the fact that my booking had breakfast included, I had to remind him so he could give me my breakfast voucher. Staff at breakfast were terrible. On their phones, weren't checking that there was actually still food on the buffet. I then had to ask them multiple times to get the buffet refilled because there was no yogurt left and no cold cuts left so it was literally just cereal and toast. I wouldn't add on breakfast as the selection is rather small. Shower heads were also very low in the bathroom

The kitchen was too small, just 2 fridges for many people.

The facilities is great, the location is 30min walking from the CBD. So the room is comfortable and the shower is good.

The kitchen is the o ly thing I didn't like it, 2 fridge for many people and can be a silly thing but the coffee cups is too small anyway, good kitchen.

Misleading statement due to which i had to make a booking for 2 rooms than 1 room.

The room was pretty decent size, just had to move the bed over for the power plug but was very clean as well as the communal facilities

I found parking to be a bit of a pain as it advertised that there was parking but then had to park in the resturaunt area. There was also a long wait time for the front desk, however, they did seem a bit short staffed, and a lot of poeople came at once since there was a big event happening that day.

A very handy location. Easy to find and a easy walk to the town hall. Having a bar and restaurant next door is a great bonus.

Each bed has its own power outlet and storage space.

When you check in, this hotel requires you to provide all of your credit card information, including the CVC, expiration date, cardholder name, and card number… That’s basically enough information to charge anything they want to your card! And on top of that, the booking can’t be cancelled for free or fully refunded.

The staff were absolutely lovely and super helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were helpful and super smiley when I locked my door card inside my room.

So far there isn't anything that I disliked.

Not very sound proof. Could easily hear others outside the front door, and hear others’ noises at night.

The staff were very good with me. The girls who are cleaning they are doing an excellent job.

Bad quality pillows and mattress. Kitchen is impossible to cook sth. Take agra and most of the things are broken so mora than 2 people cooking is full. No freezer. Just two fridges full of stuff. So many people have to bring to their rooms.

L'accueil, les conseils de la réception pour découvrir Christchurch, de même que le parking de l'établissement. La literie était confortable, et l'hébergement assez calme.

La propreté des autres résidents - pas la faute du staff qui fait pourtant bien son travail. La cuisine donne un sentiment de bordel, elle n'offre pas assez de rangement. La vaisselle n'était pas tout le temps faite, de même que la propreté de la salle de bain qui laissait à désirer.

I left my Bluetooth earbuds at this hostel after check‑out. I called them on the same day I checked out and was told they would look for them. Two days later, I visited the hostel in‑person to follow up. The receptionist on duty was a new staff member who had no knowledge of my earlier report. Another more‑experienced staff was present nearby but offered no assistance with my enquiry. I was disappointed by the poor hand‑over between team members.

Not enough privacy to the room- window could do with some nets otherwise curtains needed to be fully closed. No iron in room and iron in shared laundry was unusable. Not a huge amount of parking and had to park on the road several times

Clean room and location was nice and close to the city which was good for work.

The restaurant was a pub next door, which did good food and coffee but wasn't what I would expect for a Hotel.

Very good shared bathrooms - clean and spacious, never too crowded. There's a lovely restaurant on site.

The dorm rooms are rather small with low ceilings, so being on the upper bunk did feel a bit claustrophobic. Overall though, my stay was very good value for money.

Seeing different people that speak different languages, different people just chilling. I felt like I was at uni.

The sheets in the morning weren't changed, left over face towels. They only changed the towels
