I like the location of the hotel, the friendly staff and the comfy bed.

I honestly have no complaints.

I never write reviews but I must for this hotel. I travel for a living, this was my 21st hotel in a row and absolutely the best. Good value compared to other's in the area, extremely clean rooms, absolutely perfect breakfast, free laundry, great location with a liquor store across the street forva quick cold beer, gym open 24/7 and best of all super quiet!! Best nights sleep I have ever got in a long time.

Outstanding customer service, especially on special requests like extending the stay with a fully booked hotel: personnel did their due diligence and make our stay very comfortable

The pool was a bit dirty

The staff were great and always had a welcoming smile. The breakfasts were good.

Decent size room, breakfast was great. Pool was a bit more for older kids, not much around hotel, price was up there but I understand it was a long weekend.

It looked very modern and not a bad price for having a kitchen.

We like the pool and free breakfast, staff (Myta) in dining during breakfast was nice

We didn’t like the smell of the room, nasty smell. I even went to shoppers to buy some airfreshener coz We can’t tolerate the nasty taste smell. receptionist was not in the front desk, you have to wait long for the staff to come in the front desk to check in.

It is a nice hotel. Very clean, staff were exceptional!! Room was very nice!! Complimentary breakfast was among the best we've ever had. We stayed in the king suite.

There were 2 things we didn't like about the hotel. One thing was the pillows. They were way too soft. Even with the 2 pillows, your head went down to the mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. I woke up with a very stiff neck. The second thing was the location. It's across from a bottle depot, and there were bums hanging out on the street in front. I know there's nothing that can be done about the location, but it's something that we didn't like.

Hotel is newer and very clean. Although I was located closer to the elevator, it was still very quiet. My room had a kitchen which was well stocked with necessities. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was typical but good. I would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent staff - helped sort out an issue with booking a rokm on expedia.. it ended up being cheaper to book a suite through the hotel. Highly recommend.

Very clean rooms. Very little counter space around bathroom sink. No place for makeup but bed and pillows were great! Good coffee in room.

The space for a family of four was convenient with the pull out bed/couch in living room area & separate bed, also the dining space was awesome.

Bedding was a little stained and dishes weren’t cleaned properly before my arrival. Stove tops were also weak. Otherwise everything else was good.

I liked the fact you had something for everybody. I was still somewhat fill from dinner the previous night so didn’t have much, unfortunately.

The light flashing in the smoke detector was a little distracting at night but not too bad.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like, maybe a few suggestions (maybe some hooks for towels, clothes at pool as the water sits on the decks w little place to put your things when chairs are taken).

We stayed in a 1 king quite with kitchen and double pull out sofa bed. It was perfect for our family of four. The room was very clean and even though it was ground floor looking onto the parking lot and the hotel was full we found it very quiet for noise and at the breakfast buffet. The pool was never too busy also. The king bed was very comfortable and we loved how close to the pool we were. Lynon was great with check in and another staff member quickly got us an extra blanket when we asked. Would highly recommend this hotel and it’s a quick few turns off Highway 2 which is handy.

Clean hotel; nice hot tub and pool with water slide

Would have appreciated if the pool had more of a secure foyer to doff coats and boots, as we were there in mid-winter and I'm not one for walking around a hotel with footwear. Pool towels were small and scratchy. The king studio was rather small and the layout was not appropriate for sharing the space with another person. The bathroom is connected to the kind bedroom, and the doors to the king room did not close shut firmly - so, zero night-time privacy, if you plan on having someone use the hide-a-bed in the living room. The small size of the common area makes it so that with 3 people, the space feels crowded. The kitchen was not well stocked and it would have been challenging to make meals there. Fortunately, we were there only one night and brought take-out.

We were visiting family so having the extra space in the king suite was perfect. Also the breakfast was good and I appreciated the Gluten Free options were available.

We attended for Spartan and the hotel was very full with families. The pool had a number of kids having fun. The room was clean and comfortable. A number of restaurants and services around the hotel.

The rooms are very over used and need to be freshened up the upholstery on the ottomans were actually balding , and the toss cushions on the sofa to. The televisions didn't work and they couldn't fix them no compensation was offered. The view from the windows were just ugly. The bed was hard and lumpy. For $353.00 I was extremely disappointed . I could have easily gotten a room for $100.00 dollars less and had the same experience..

We stay here every time we are in Red Deer. This hotel is always super clean and the staff are always very nice.

Easy to find

Booking.com had a slightly different description of the room we received under the room description. E.g. "Private toilet" so it seemed as though there was a full bathroom and another toilet. Also stated "tumble dryer" under room description which we obviously did not have.

The check in process was seamless and friendly.

We appreciated the facilities as well as the generous breakfast, as well as social hour complementary dinner Monday - Wednesday!

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Really big rooms, with kitchen, plates, cups, fridge. Beautiful big shower. Quiet rooms. Bed was super comfortable.my husband stays here often for work, and now I get to see why he raves about this place. Definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, staff are super friendly and very hard working we will definitely stay at this property again. Only area they need to look into improving is having more front desk employees. Having two hotels side by side sharing the same person for two separate desks is beyond unfair for them to have to run back and forth. It’s annoying for guests being forced to wait

It was nice to spend time at a hotel catering to the working class in providing drinks and snacks on return from a long day, felt like a homecoming, especially with the smiles and welcome of the ladies in the kitchen. Keep up the good work, will definitely be back

The hotel was an awesome room it had an awesome staff that booked us in, breakfast was good n plentiful.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Well appointed and clean room.

Ground level room was not ideal but all they had left, not a big concern.

The staff were amazing from the check in to check out!! The rooms were very clean. I would go back here again and again:)
