when ı arrive hotel in the reception ı meet menager harun he gived me turkısh coffe with baklava and we talk abaut 1 hours he gived me informations for abaut van historical and natural places and next day he drive me akdamar ısland hoşap castle and another 3 places we eat local lunch ı did all ı want to do in van in 2 days hotel is wery clean and central in lobi have free tea staf is wery helpfull bus statıons and airport is just 10 minute from hotel breakfast was good price was wery cheap hotel is built 2019 this mean after earthquake this is wery important because is safe ı recomend all trawelleers because toprak hotel menager and staff speak good english breakfast was wery good van cheese was perfect thanx toprak hotel

ı from iran but live in USA ı coming van for see my family in van and stay in toprak hotel 10 days ı did one day reservatıons but hotel was clean and important for staff speak wery good persian language this was inportant because my family they can speak just persian during ten days we stay they did all days wery special for us they organise wery good daily tours with picnic we went muradiye waterfall akdamar ısland and mollakasım swiming places also they many usefull services free informations change money taxi services laundry services ı recomend for all iranians and another country peaple also they speak good english menager harun solwe all problem wery fast

The administration staff was helpful, but the room was dirty—there were visible black stains on the duvet, and the towels were extremely old. More importantly, the breakfast was awful. The server was very rude, clearly disliked his job, and made no effort to hide it.

Management needs to serve edible breakfast, ensure proper room cleanliness, and employ polite dining staff. Regardless, this was my final stay at this hotel.

I’ve stayed at Toprak Hotel for the second time now, and once again, I had a really nice experience. Everything was just as clean as it was during my first stay, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I also really liked the little touches. They have complimentary tea in the lobby, and having a kettle and tea in the room was such a nice extra. It made the room feel more comfortable and welcoming. I’m really glad I decided to stay at Toprak Hotel again. It’s always a good feeling to come back to a place where you know you’ll be well looked after. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone!

Probably was dirty and shower no good and also the bathroom door had a key my child went inside and looked it behind himself and dropped the key and also windows no good for children have no safety

Der Aufzug war modern. Die Rezeption könnte Persisch.

Ohne Klimaanlage müsste man das Fenster öffnen. Die Straße war sehr laut. Die Dusche war kaputt. Es gab kein Frühstückspaket für die Gäste, die früh abreisen wollen.

Das Frühstück war gut und viel. Es sollte eigentlich auch tee im Loungebereich geben diesen habe ich aber leider nicht gefunden.

Es war nicht super sauber aber da ich sehr wenig bezahlt habe und nur eine Nacht zur Überbrückung dort war hat es mich nicht gestört.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The photos online are very misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. In my opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. The room amenities were extremely poor. There was no shampoo, no toothbrush, and almost no basic toiletries provided. Even the slippers were cheap plastic bathroom slippers. The bed sheets were very old and worn out, to the point that the fabric looked damaged and deteriorated. To make matters worse, the shower was broken when we arrived. We reported the issue immediately, but it took two days before it was finally repaired. The breakfast was also disappointing. It consisted mainly of boiled eggs, two types of cheese, and a very low-quality cold cut. What was even more surprising was that the staff seemed to ration the boiled eggs, bringing only a few at a time as if they were worried guests might eat too many. The only positive aspects of this hotel are its convenient location and the polite staff. However, overall the hotel is of very low quality and does not deserve its rating. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful. The tour with the boat to the island was really well facilitated and that was the highlight of our stay in Van!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay, it was clean and comfortable, and they allowed us to park our car in front of the hotel.

No parking, but they do note this on the website and there is not a lot that they can do about it, just something to note.

Everything was exactly as described and shown in the photos. The hotel is very good and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm and quiet, with no noise disturbances, which made for a very relaxing experience. Overall, a great stay and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Nous avons été vraiment satisfaits de notre séjour à l’Hôtel Toprak. Les chambres et les espaces communs étaient propres et bien entretenus, nous étions à l’aise. Le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait suffisant, tout était frais et bon. Le personnel de la réception était très souriant et attentionné, toujours prêt à aider. Leurs conseils sur les endroits à visiter nous ont aussi été utiles. Dans l’ensemble, c’était une belle expérience au vu du rapport qualité-prix

It was clean, centerd, easy to find, economic. The staff were there to help and very nice. It was important that the staff spoke Farsi.

من به دلیل قرار گرفتن این هتل در قلب شهر وان و دسترسی پیاده به همه جا، آن را انتخاب کردم و بسیار راضی هستم. با وجود اینکه در اتاق یک‌تخته اقامت داشتم، اتاق کاملاً دلباز، مرتب و از همه مهم‌تر بسیار تمیز بود؛ دقت آن‌ها در رعایت بهداشت واقعاً جلب توجه می‌کند. برخورد پرسنل در بدو ورود بسیار محترمانه و سریع بود. از آنجایی که شناخت زیادی از شهر نداشتم، راهنمایی‌های دلسوزانه پرسنل در پاسخ به سوالاتم، کار مرا بسیار آسان کرد. صبحانه هتل نیز کاملاً کافی بود؛ مواد غذایی تازه و تنوع آن واقعاً رضایت‌بخش بود. این هتل را به کسانی که برای سفرهای کاری یا تفریحی به‌دنبال مکانی مرکزی، امن و راحت هستند، قطعاً پیشنهاد می‌کنم.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel during our trip to Van; the rooms were extremely well-maintained and hygienic. What we appreciated the most was the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. They went above and beyond, acting almost like professional guides for those visiting the city and making our trip much easier with their local recommendations. The breakfast served in the mornings was quite fresh and perfectly sufficient. I can honestly say it’s a great value-for-money hotel; the quality of service you get more than justifies the price. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for both a clean and reliable place to stay

The location is in the middle of very crowded area, so the first picture of hotel building could be misleading. The breakfast variety is minimal and basic but acceptable.

The room was very small but OK. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning level was mediocre especially the bed sheets and towels were not so clean.

Niesmaczne i mało różnorodne śniadanie, same sery i oliwki, warzywa nie do końca świeże, soki jakby sfermentowane, ciężko było zjeść porządne śniadanie, zero owoców ani nawet kawy nie było, w pokoju w kątach dużo kurzu i plamy na pościeli

I actually didn't stay as soon as I opened my room . I made an excuse and left . Beds haven't changed at all and so dirty. Maybe fair for money but certainly not 3 star . I didn't ask for my money back and just left didn't have time for it .
