Wonderful staff, extremely helpful and responsive. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere and enjoyed the little streets on one side and the main commercial street on the other side. Main town was barely a five min walk away! Great sized room, we had three of us and they gave a superior with balcony which was super comfortable. All very clean and beautiful minimal interior.

Hotellet hade en perfekt placering i den gamla staden. Ett väldigt fint hotell, med lagomt många rum. Vårt rum hade en egen terass. Lyx.

Det fanns inget som jag inte tyckte om. Jag kommer att bo på hotellet nästa gång jag besöker Palma.

Hotel se nachází asi 8 minut pěšky od hlavního nádraží. Což nám velmi usnadnilo naše každodenní výlety po Mallorce. V blízkosti je spousta občerstvení - kavárny, restaurace, tržnice i Mercadona. Do historického centra je to asi 5 min pěšky. Personál je velmi milý. Při příjezdu i odjezdu jsme si mohli nechat na recepci svoje zavazadla a užít si procházku hlavním městem ještě před check in bez zavazadel.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Ca n’Alexandre. Das Hotel ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir würden das Ca n’Alexandre jederzeit wieder wählen und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Das Personal war grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und die Lage des Hotels gut. Beim Frühstück waren wir jedoch enttäuscht, da wir kein Omelett bekamen, während gleichzeitig viele externe Gäste bedient wurden. Als Hotelgäste hätten wir uns hier eine gewisse Priorität erwartet.

Room was very clean and spacious. It had very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very tasty, quality food. Staff is very friendly and helping. The location of hotel is very central.

No telephone in the room, you have to go to reception for any question. AC was managed by hotel not possible to change temperature. The bathroom door was not properly thought, it would expose everyone once you opened the door.

Great location. Walking distance to most of the sightseeings. There is a big el corte ingles department store 4 min away. The bus stop to the airport is 3-4 min away.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls gut, man hat alles, wann braucht. Das Frühstück, mit Ausnahme des Kaffees, war ebenfalls gut.

Die Bewertungen lügen nicht. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig. Man jede Tür und jeden Schritt. Die Betten waren unbequem und im Bad gibt es keine Ablagen. Außerdem kostet selbst die Flasche Wasser Geld, die man in billigeren Hotel überall auf der Welt kostenlos bekommt. Als wir beim Frühstück den nicht kostenlosen Kaffee geordert haben, entgegnete man uns nicht freundlich und wies uns jeden Tag, sehr übertrieben darauf hin, dass der Kaffee Geld kostet. Für diesen Preis darf man Freundlichkeit, eine Flasche Wasser und wenigsten eine Ablage im Bad erwarten.

La decoración, es un hotel muy bonito. Y muy limpio.

Het hotel is mooi en erg schoon. De locatie is goed want alles is op loopafstand, van winkels tot restaurants of leuke ontbijt tentjes. Wij hebben geen gebruik genaakt van het ontbijt. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan. Parkeren kan tegen betaling in de garage verderop.

Ideaal gelegen om de stad te bezoeken, vriendelijk personeel, heel lekker ontbijt.

Camas cómodas, habitaciones muy bien climatizadas. Su decoración interior es realmente bella. Nos quedamos con ganas de probar su desayuno, ya que es una de las cosas que más destacan, pero por el precio que ofrecían nos parecía excesivo.

La habitación era excesivamente pequeña, apenas teníamos espacio para abrir el equipaje. De repente me sentí en un hotel japonés más que en un Hotel Boutique. Lo más decepcionante quizá sea su ubicación, que a pesar de estar próximo al centro está en un entorno en clara decadencia, nos sentimos inseguros cuando regresábamos por la noche. Pudimos presenciar altercados en la misma puerta del hotel. No ayuda en nada tener un local de apuestas justo en la misma plaza... Es una verdadera pena porque se nota que están poniendo empeño en elevarlo. Ojalá pueda remontar esta situación, que aunque escapa al control del hotel influye en la experiencia.

Everything about this hotel is great. It is only a few mins walk from the airport bus and is very close to all the shopping streets. The decor of the hotel is beautiful and they have everything you need. The breakfast was so nice and well catered by the gentleman running it. Will definitely return again at some point.

The bathroom door does not close properly, which made us feel a little uncomfortable

central location, and the parking in the "se gerreria" parking garage was convenient as well (we received a QR code for leaving the garage, the price was discounted). Design wise the hotel looked good, and the beds were comfortable.

The shower did not turn hot and had very weak water pressure. We did not care too much and thought it would resolve itself, but it stayed like this during the entire stay. A little disappointing considering the rain shower would have otherwise been great. Another thing: due to its central location and rather poor isolation of the windows it was quite loud, especially truck and car noises in the early morning, but this was to be expected.

Nice location, beautiful room with old wall of rocks behind the bed. Nice and clean bathroom, relaxing place not too much noise. Closeby the city center. A lot of choice during breakfast.

I would have preferred some more information from the reception staff and I find the prices quite high for what you get but still satisfied with my stay

We had a wonderful stay at Can Alexandre. The location is perfect for exploring Palma on foot, with many sights, restaurants and cafés just a short walk away. The room was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and we especially enjoyed having a balcony to relax on after a day in the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A very special thank you for the complimentary bottle of cava for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful surprise and made our celebration even more special. We truly felt well looked after throughout our stay.

Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

Frühstück war sehr gut! Nur der Kaffeeautomat funktioniert nicht, es gab aber noch andere Optionen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum

Gegenüber des Hotels auf dem Platz nächtigten immer Obdachlose und es hat an den Hausecken nach Urin gerochen, da hätte sich die Stadtreinigung und das Ordnungsamt besser kümmern müssen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen, es ist alles sehr modern gestaltet und gemütlich!

Great Location, Near the Train station and central

Design-orientieretes Boutique-Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Palma. Empfang und Speisesaal wirklcih gut gestaltet. Frühstück war mit 18 Euro recht teuer gemessen am Angebot. Aber es gibt in Laufweite gute Bäckereien

Das Zimmer war "mit Terrasse" angepriesen, was sich als ein Austritt in einen häßlichen Hinterhof mit Blich auf ein Hochhaus und ein Abbruchhaus entpuppte. Zimmer waren leider auch primär auf Deisgn eingerichtet. Kaum Ablagefläche. Bad nur durch eine Rolltür vom Bett getrennt, man schläft also immer zur Toitelltentür hin. Bettlampen sind viel zu dunkle "schicke" Designlampen, mit denen man nicht lesen kann.

Wir haben 5 tolle Tage in diesem stilvollen Stadthotel verbracht. Die geschmackvolle, individuelle Ausstattung und das Frühstück - frisch und vielfältig - sind ein echtes Highlight. Dank der idealen Lage konnten wir Palma bequem erkunden.

De accommodatie was modern en stijlvol ingericht, met een prachtige industriële uitstraling. De hoge plafonds en de aandacht voor detail (schilderijen) gaven de ruimte veel karakter. Het bed was zeer comfortabel en de badkamer beschikte over een mooie douche die van alle gemakken was voorzien. Daarnaast was het privéterras bij de kamer verrassend ruim. Ook de locatie is een groot pluspunt: vlak om de hoek van het voetgangersgebied, met tal van winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. De parkeergarage bevindt zich op slechts enkele minuten afstand en de door het hotel aangeboden parkeerkorting is een prettige extra.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was also clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. Ι felt that the price was higher than it should have been considering the size of the room, which was quite small.

The soundproofing was very poor; we could clearly hear noise from other rooms, including footsteps from the room above us, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the bathroom door, which did not close properly, making it uncomfortable in terms of privacy. In addition, the shower had almost no water pressure when using hot water, so taking a warm shower was difficult and often resulted in a cold one.

Perfect location to the main area of town. Comfortable room to fit 3 people.

The hot water in the shower would run out throughout the second persons shower which was frustrating after being out swimming all day, as 2 people ended up with cold showers. The hotel is also located right outside where multiple rubbish bins are location, they are very dirty and smelly. Although this is out of the hotels control, it can be a bit smelly when exiting the hotel.

Bathroom doors have a gap, which is not private.

Io avevo una stanza sulla piazza e al mattino presto risulta molto rumorosa: camion che ritirano la spazzatura, operatori che puliscono la piazza, furgoni rumorosi che consegnano merci. Meglio chiedere una stanza interna.

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles war fußläufig in der Altstadt von Palma erreichbar. Wer mit dem Mietwagen unterwegs ist, kann in der nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage parken. Das Ticket wird dann für einen besseren Tarif freigeschaltet. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

"Receptionisten var ligeglad" - ikke hjælpsom. Der var ingen service / reception efter kl 24 - dvs ikke nogen til at sikre ro og orden på hotellets værelser og gangarealer hele natten. Der var meget lydt pga tynde døre ud mod smal fællesgang. Fik ikke sovet overhovedet , blev vækket af larm fra andre gæster, der kom støjende ind. kl 00, 02 , 04 og kl 6

Sehr Zentral gelegen , in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Markthalle. Sehr in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone zum Durchspazieren bis zur Kathedrale. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal . Frühstück ist alles vorhanden und sogar noch mehr . Frisch geschnittenes Obst und sämtliches Gebäck. Wir werden wieder kommen

Es handelt sich um ein schönes und gut ausgestattetes Stadthotel, es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage! Eigentlich top, denn alles ist fußläufig super zu erreichen. Leider war das Publikum auf der anderen Straßenseite nicht sehr angenehm. Dabei geht es gar nicht überwiegend um die paar Obdachlosen, aber in Kombination mit den Abhängigen war es manchmal sehr laut und bedrückend. Dafür kann das Hotel ja gar nichts, und weil wir ja die ganzen Tage nur unterwegs waren, haben wir lediglich nachts etwas mitbekommen.

Superb location. Minutes from the airport bus stop, city buses, trains and the historic Sóller train. Many fab eateries within a 10 minute walk. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with pleasing decor. Nice big door-type window which could be tilted or opened fully on to the terrace. Great shower, plenty of choice at breakfast and water in the room was replenished every day. Staff were all lovely.

Very limited choice of English TV channels. None on our first night and only BBC World News available for the rest of our stay.

The position of hotel in central Palma was excellent. Rooms absolutely spotless cleaned every day. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. 100 percent would recommend and definitely go back. Extremely accessible for the fantastic bus service to travel around the island.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit schönem Mobiliar. Zimmer war etwas klein, aber absolut in Ordnung. Auf der Terrasse wären noch Liegestühle toll. Frühstück war sehr gut. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Umgebung ist grundsätzlich gut. Man erreicht alles. Vor dem Hotel sind leider große Mülltonnen. Das ist, wenn diese geleert werden, recht laut. Und insgesamt nicht so einladend. Da kann das Hotel aber nichts dafür.

Perfekte zentrale Lage. Tolles Frühstück. Schöne Einrichtung.
