Overall, the hotel standard is 3 stars, it's a small hotel with a small number of rooms. Although cleaning service was included, it didn't include changing towels and bed linen, only making the bed and clearing the countertop in the room. The receptionist on the night shift was very nice and polite, after I asked she gave me a set of fresh towels and said "oh sorry". On the plus side, the team of employees, although small, managed to organize an individually ordered surprise. I really appreciate it. Receptionists speak both Spanish and English.

The breakfast was really small, the only vegetables available were tomatoes and olives. The hotel could offer a wider selection of vegetables, although of course, due to the small number of guests, it would not have to be large quantities. In my opinion, a 4-star hotel should offer more facilities and cleaning should be more thorough and include daily change of towels and bed linen. The bed was squeaky, you might consider replacing the mattress.

Good hotel in a great location. Clean room, cleaned every day. The location is very good - a few minutes from restaurants and shops. It is also close to the central beach.

There are a few worn spots in the rooms, but it's nothing serious. The price is also quite high, compared to the quality.

Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness, space, and fragrant towels to the good breakfast and perfect air conditioning, as well as the wonderful staff, who were never in a bad mood, not even for a moment. Also, if you’re renting a car, they have a great deal with a nearby garage and a discount on the daily rate. I would definitely come back here and warmly recommend it.

All was very good; something tiny maybe a few more hooks for the towels and so. Anyhow it was a super comfortable room.

The breakfast was really good as was the service for breakfast. In particular, the front office/breakfast young man (I forget this name) was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find places to visit, etc.

The bathroom/shower was poorly constructed, causing flooding in the toilet area.

Clean and basic

Overall, the hotel is clean and in a good location, but I was disappointed by the customer service. I called reception to order a large bottle of water and was told it would cost €4, or €6 if delivered to my room. I decided not to order it and instead went to the lobby, where there is complimentary water for guests. I took a single glass of water and sat in the seating area to pour it into my own bottle. I did not refill my bottle directly from the dispenser or take more than one glass. The receptionist stopped me and told me, “This is not how we do it in the hotel.” If there is a policy that complimentary water must only be consumed in the lobby, that should be explained politely. The amount of water was exactly the same as if I had drunk it from the glass while sitting there. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the way it was communicated. As a paying guest, I expected a more courteous and welcoming approach.

Everything was fine. Hotel is just nearby the old city, ten mins by foot from Catedral de Santa María de Mallorca, 15 mins from a seashore. Bus stop with an Airport bus is in 5 mins by foot distance, so you don't need a taxi to reach airport. Room was cute, air conditioning was working fine, wifi connection to internet was fast. No complains.

L'habitació és petita pel preu. El wc molt estret. L'esmorzar suficient però sense caràcter (formatge de bossa, tomàquet ratllat...) Per un hotel econòmic estaria genial però pel que vam pagar esperàvem més.

Camerele mici, nu exista trusa de igiena, wc cu aerisire insuficienta.

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä. Lentokentältä nopea ja todella edullinen yhteys bussilla A1. Sijainti on mitä parhain kaupunkioleskelua ajatellen.

Huoneen sijainti oli muuten oikein mainio alakerrassa, mutta jostain kantautuvat kovat kolahtelut häiritsivät.

Alles. Van aankomst tot vertrek het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel is prachtig ingericht en ligt echt op de perfecte plek in Palma. Geen drukte en prachtig. Koffiebarretjes om de hoek. Wandelen naar de haven of cathedraal is super dichtbij. Dikke aanrader.

Me encantó todo, el servicio, la limpieza, lo comodo y cuidado que tienen la habitación. Fue impecable. El desayuno buffet y brunch también nos encantó. La calidad de los productos era buenísima. Gracias por la tarjeta de felicitación por mi cumpleaños. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Localisation le personnel confort

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach Top, wenn man sich die Innenstadt anschauen möchte. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war super. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Es gibt nichts, was ich auch nur ansatzweise als nicht gut benennen könnte.

La atención, el desayuno normal, la ubicación el llegar al hotel por las noches, son calles muy poco concurridas y oscuras.

En general me gusto. Por poner un pero, en la ducha falta un asidero a la pared, para darnos confianza a las personas de edad.
