L hôtel est bien situé dans la ville et près du pont en direction des meilleurs spot de cao bang . les propriétaires sont vraiment la pour nous faire passer le meilleur séjour . J ai passé un bon moment ici

The owner is really nice and friendly. We got a motorbike accidents on the way to Pac Bo and can only stay there for one night. As a person working in the same field, it's beyond my expectation about 3* hotels, the room is considered as 4* ones. Highly recommend for foreigners coming to Cao Bang for short stay before moving faraway from the city

Stayed in several accomodations in Cao Bang and this was the best!

Une chambre plus cher mais ça va le coup. Le lit était confortable, la tv fonctionnait bien avec netflix, la propriétaire très sympathique a géré pour moi le bus de mon départ.

Les 2 chambres au 10 ème étage sont très spacieuses

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres identiques chacun avec balcon, malheureusement il n'existe pas de balcon c'est le rooftop colė a la chambre dommage, et la dame de l'accueil ne comprenez pas notre réservation booking et voulez nous donner des chambres différentes de la réservation, heureusement tout c'est bien terminé 😉

Tout ce qui est important pour moi y était. Très bonne literie, fenêtre qui donne de la luminosité dans la chambre, eau chaude, WiFi dans la chambre et une climatisation qui chauffe. Bien situé.

Ce n'est pas important mais je le note. Pas de bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre alors que pratiquement partout ailleurs il y en a. Les oreillers vraiment trop gros pour moi. La chambre paraît plus grande sur les photos et enfin la vue sur la rivière pas vraiment (voir photos de la CH 604)

La taille de la chambre est très correcte, la salle de bain pratique et une bonne literie.

The friendliness of all the staff and Mrs. Hong Luyen speak very well English. We were able to booked a tour with a private car through hotel with competitive price and good driver. The room itself was very clean, modern, quite and everything working well, including television. The staff change towels and clean the room on daily basis. The location was excellent, near many local restaurants and fruits market. Comparison between price ratio performance, it was a very good hotel with low price, and have everything we need.

Taking a long time to have a hot water for shower. We feel it was a waste of water for the hotel. We had a room with one bed which was quite small, especially when we have 2 big suitcases, just not enough space. However the room with 2 beds was much more spacious and plenty of space. It didnt affect our stay as it was very peaceful to sleep at night time.

The front desk guy when making checkin I trying to make chkin and he playing on his phone all the time. Same next day. Asked for recommendations eating staff just said go around the market. Well if you dont need the staff everything else its good. Not great cleaning but ok.

The room was very comfortable! We stayed for one night and couldn't have asked for more. It was very clean and the bathroom was great.

There's a slightly unloved feeling about the place. Fridge didn't work.

The website stated the property has a restaurant at the hotel, but they do not. There is no restaurant at this hotel.

Modern hotel, great location, and clean. The owners were super friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Also the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Location was central for walking through the city or drive to different sightseeing locations + staff was extremely helpful and warm -> after check out we left the luggage there and when we came back to pick it up we could take another shower + the bed was extremely comfortable + breakfast was okay (nothing special) European + Vietnamnese + the first hotel during our trip, that didn’t smell moldy or to humid

Bad soundproofing from the room (but it didn’t us bother to much) - the drainage in the bathroom was extremely stinky

Great value for money. Coffee, tea and hair dryer in room. Smart TV too. All the things you need a for a comfortable stay. Location was fab.

Great location with motorcycle parking, and right in the centre of Cao Bang makes this clean, comfortable, and modern hotel the ideal choice.

there is smoking in the corridors of the hotel, the door of the room is not sealed, it stinks.

Lovely, gracious, pleasant host who went out of her way to be helpful with any requests, needs. Great hot water and best hair dryer during several weeks travel.

The staff is very friendly and will help you out with planning your trip as well, tho sometimes they are not available at the desk and you will have to wait 10-20 minutes for them to show up but other than that it's a decent, clean hotel which is near most shops and eateries and breakfast is free tho choices are limited but good selection of fruit.

The room we had on the ninth floor was a little bit small.

Shower gel and shampoo bottle dispensers have to be brought in the shower room (they are placed next to the lavabo which is not in the bathroom). No separation between the WC seat and the shower place (when you take a shower, the WC seat gets all wet).

The lady from the reception was nice

Although the lady from the reception was nice and tried to fix the problems , it was quite a disaster of a stay. We didn’t had one of the rooms when we arrived around 9pm (overbooking most likely) . My friend stayed in a room that most likely isn’t for guests (just by the reception) it was super noisy and dirty with hairs and cockroaches. My room was ok… but… I asked to park the car in front of the hotel, the lady said it was ok but then at 6.00 something am the guy from the reception frenetically started to knock on the door to take out the car. I told them that we needed some good rest because we made a really far journey , we had to stay awake till late because of work and we ended not having almost any sleep .
