Weird that swimming pool isn't open all day just in the morning and later in the afternoon. Breakfast although a lot of hot options was average. They need to invest in a new toaster as took 6 cycles to get bread toasted.

Un dels millors hotels que vam estar en els 30 dies de viatge pel vietnam. Habitació que feia cantonada amb moltisima llum natural, grosa i un lavabo fantastic. Llits còmodes i generalment força net tot! El personal va ser amable, vam arribar de matinada havent hagut de canviar els plans per culpa del autobús, és cert que ens van cobrar un fee per tal de haber modificat l’horari de check in, tot i que nosaltres vam avisar amb moltes hores d’antel·lació per booking i no vam obtenir mai resposta. No obstant, ens va agradar l’hotel i vam volguer extendre 1 nit més perquè jo estaba malalt, i malgrat haber pagat el Fee, ens van regalar la segona nit. La veritat que molt amables i bon esmorzar!

Tot fantastic. Els vidres de l’edifici estan una mica bruts potser convindria una neteja general de l’edifici perquè llueixi millor. La piscina estaba ocupada per classes de natació de nens ja que no és exclusiva pels hostes i no la vam poder disfrutar a banda que feia molt calor, però tot i així es una bona opció a cao bang.

La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas

El desayuno era muy asiático ,tuvimos q desayunar fuera porque no teníamos nada(no hay café).Todo el hotel está sin aire acondicionado lo que provoca una sensación de bochorno y contraste con la habitación.El personal muy lento en el restaurante ,teníamos que estar detrás de ellos para poder pedir una botella de agua y luego el agua venía prácticamente cuando habíamos acabado de comer.

Everything, hotel was excellent , the location for day trips and cost were great.

De kamer is precies zoals op de plaatjes en enorm ruim opgezet! De locatie van dit hotel is ideaal en je hebt gaaf uitzicht. Prima ontbijt!

Toen er een hevige regenbui kwam, lekte er op een plek door de kozijnen water naar binnen. Door er een handdoek tegenaan te leggen was het zo opgelost en het hotel zou er naar gaan kijken. De roomservice was goed geregeld maar het eten was van matige kwaliteit.

Staff attitude ruins the experience. 2 stars at most. 1. No bellman on 26 May, we had to carry our luggage by ourselves even if 2 people were at front desk(receptionist and a guy in white shirt), but they didn’t say anything. 2. Kitchen start cleaning breakfast buffet from 8:30, stop serving“Banh cuon” from 8:30, no chicken noodles from 8:50 (noodles guy said no more noodles) then 8:58 complete cleaning and light off, then 9:00 dead shutdown everything without any word to the guests. 3. Swimming pool staff: no greeting when arriving, no guidance, stick with cellphone most of time. Towels are unavailable, kept hidden inside gym. On 26th night when I ask for towel, he said “thường mọi người dùng khăn của phòng để đảm bảo vệ sinh”, like that towers is not clean or he mean I’m dirty? On 27th morning he’s busy with phone, I ask for tower he didn’t give and said wait until I finish swimming then he will give me tower before I go back room. On 27th evening he’s busy with his business on phone nonstop and ignored me standing in front of him. Feel like no respect, made me feel like I’m a beggar.

In Cao Bang is het volgens mij het beste hotel, de kamer was ruim. Personeel was vriendelijk en deed hun best

Het hotel was echt vuil, de ramen van het restaurant zijn al jaren niet meer gewassen. De filter van de airco op onze kamer was volledig verstopt.

Riesige Zimmer, gute Betten und frühstücken war auch ok

Le personnel était vraiment pas aimable et malpoli surtout venant d’un hôtel 5 hôtel, en particulier au moment de la réception. On n’a pas été très bien accueilli, pas de sourire, nous parlait fort et s’impatientait lorsqu’on avait du mal à se comprendre. Service à revoir!

The view from our room was amazing and everything was well maintained and clean. We particularly enjoyed the sky bar which offered a variety of drinks and great sunset views.

The Wi-Fi did not have a password so it is very insecure.

Location, very central in the town.

Breakfast was not as good as other hotels we had stayed at during our holiday in Vietnam.

Room was very spacious and clean with huge windows allowing plenty of natural light. AC worked very well and the shower had good pressure and temperature regulation.

Breakfast did not live up to expectation. Food was warm at best and not many options to choose from. Front desk staff could brush up on customer service skills.

Great location and centrally located almost in the middle of city with a nice cafe and spa inside. Rooms are massive, spacious and clean enough. Higher floors get good view of the city and sometimes clouds in the mountains. Breakfast was decent, gets a bit busier as it's a big hotel. P.S - it's a small remote city so language barrier is there but people are nice and helpful, keep your translator handy 😉

Housekeeping services could be a bit slow and takes time to bring stuff i.e iron which was all burnt and couldn't be used but not a deal breaker

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sensationell, sehr vielseitig und viele frische Sachen Die Zimmer waren wunderschön groß, ruhig Die Lage des Hotels, perfekt, ganz nah City und trotzdem ruhig o Keine Zeit den Pool ausrollen. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit, Pool und Fitness austesten, sah aber sehr gut aus. Eines der wenigen Hotels, wo man auch sehr entspannt und günstig abends essen und trinken konnte

Das Personal war äusserst hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Ngoc Anh gab sich alle Mühe, uns bei einer alternativen Transportmöglichkeit zu unterstützen, da unser Nachtbus kurzfristig gecanceled wurde.

Der Pool und die Rooftop Bar sind leider etwas lieblos und nicht sehr einladend, alles in allem aber Top Preis-Leistung

Huge corner room on 11th floor with ceiling to floor wall on 2 sides. Overlooks river. Pool and gym. Great front desk. Right on main street with lots of shops.

Not crazy about the pool being indoors.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns für den nächsten Tag ein Taxi bestellt, dessen Fahrer uns zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten gefahren hat. Perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Das Frühstück war okay, aber etwas wenig Obstauswahl.

Luxus mit kleinen Mängeln. Die Rooftoo Bar hatte nicht so wirklich die Cocktails die auf der Karte standen aber dann nimmt man halt das was da ist. Das Personal spricht nicht gut Englisch,dank Google Translater klappt das aber auch alles. Der Preis ist für das Hotel mehr als angemessen.

Size of room, view and good size / comfortable bed.

Restaurant empty. Shower cubicle leaked, flooding bathroom. Also the only hotel I’ve been to in the world that send someone to check the room when you are checking out. They wanted us to pay for wet / dirty towels we had to use to dry the bathroom floor (because of leaking shower cubicle)!

This hotel was large, luxurious and very comfortable. The room was large, bed was large and comfortable. It felt very luxurious. The breakfast restaurant was great, buffet style with large choices. The hotel was in a great location walking distance to everything we needed. It was central to everything but still very quiet. We loved this hotel.

Everything was exceptional.

אין ספק שזה המלון הכי טוב בקאו באנג. החדרים מרווחים מאוד, יפים ונקיים. לכבוד יום הולדתו של בעלי, הכינו סידור מדהים על המיטה והביאו עוגה.

רצינו להתנסות בטיפולי הספא, אך בכל פעם שניסינו לקבוע, זה לא התאפשר, מכיוון שלא היו מטפלים.

The men at Reception eyeballed you every time you walked through making you feel very unwelcome. The ladies are all lovely but there is a distinct feeling that westerners don’t belong here. The compendium is not accurate and the pool & gym are only open for a few hours each day.
