The size of the unit was amazing, it was clean, beautiful and loved the view. The people were amazing, the food was amazing. I loved that we were able to use Indigo’s pool.

There wasn’t any shower gel and conditioner in the main bathroom, but since the 3rd bathroom wasn’t being used, I switched it out. There should be more staff to give people rides and more open window time to call for rides. The food at Indigo took 1 hour to receive, my wings were ice cold. Salad was wilted.

Excellent facilities and amenities.

Checkin at 4 pm is too late when checkout is at 11 am.

Un lugar muy comodo para ir a descansar, cero ruido y con todo los servicios al rededor, restaurantes, supermarket, cafeteria, etc, con una vista muy agradable al lago

NO POOL it was being repaired we had no idea about the situation The work was done all day with lots of noise. No cleaning, no picking up trash I did not know it was not a hotel. Isolated way from all too far and hot to walk to the other pool which was being offered. Too far from town or any attractions. Would Never Return there. Misleading advertising.

The transportation was an issue, I wait more than 2 hours one day, I end up changing my plan of going to the beachclub because of this.

The facilities and views are amazing. The attentions given to us by the manager Benjamin Calderon were excellent. Definitely would recommend this place.

Had a problem with the hot water in the room. Staff lasted a little to long to solve the problem but the manager Benjamin helped us giving us another room in a glimpse. Great service!

Beautiful view of the harbor and the balcony was so nice. Beds comfortable. The pool was beautiful as well.

Unit needs more towels, trash bags, coffee. Hard to get to the beach from the condo. A bit far away to scenic downtown la paz. Need car or shuttle.

El lugar es agradable y seguro, se encuentra dentro de una zona exclusiva para socios, la habitación es amplia y muy limpia, sin embargo el aseo diario tiene un costo adicional de US$50 (opciona). El personal es muy amable, tanto del lobby como de los restaurantes. Para moverse dentro del complejo se hace en carritos de golf, ellos te recogen y te llevan, sin embargo un día nos dejaron esperando 45 minutos. La ciudad de La Paz se encuentra a 15 minutos en auto, un Taxi cuesta alrededor de MXP$200, lo mejor es rentar un auto, yo lo renté en el el aeropuerto con la agencia Localiza y me atendieron súper bien.

Nunca me explicaron todo lo que había adicional dentro del complejo. Su playa no es la mejor, sin embargo para descansar en un camastro y ver el atardecer funciona muy bien. Hay otras playas cercanas (15-20 minutos en auto). La habitación no era como se mostraba en la reservación, no tenía camastro en la terraza.

Die Wohnung war fabelhaft. Sehr modern und ruhig. Die Betten sind komfortabel. Badezimmer mit Jacuzzi ausgestattet! Unsere Kinder hatten Freude.

Der Pool muss renoviert werden. Die Wasser-Ablaufrinne war kaputt an einigen Stellen war der Pool nicht mehr ganz. Im Wasser hatte es Scherben. Habe mir meinen Fuss im Wasser verletzt. Das Personal hat sich nicht mal für die Umstände entschuldigt als sie mir Verbandsmaterial brachten. Ausserdem hat das Personal weder beim Gepäck geholfen noch einem die Türe aufgehalten resp. aufgemacht.

El condo está súper funcional todo lo necesario problemas con la lavadora se resolvió de inmediato y otro con A/C se resolvió satisfactoriamente. Volveremos

This needs better Administrator. They save on employees and the few they have lack training and experience. It took us 1 1/2 to check in since there was only one employee who kept helping everyone that walked in while she was checkingbus in. The place requires a golf cart to move around and they dont provide one. You have to call the to pick u up and bring you back. But yhe girl forgot to tell us that at 8 pm the service stops. The whole experience was a nitemare. No housekeeping unles you 25 dls a day. They wouldn't even take the trash out or give uou vlean towels. We were yhere for 5 nights 6 days. There many other choices, stay away from here.

The beds were very comfortable, the unit was amazing, I really loved it. The only thing I dis not like is that when you check in they offer you a complementary pick up service from Your room to the beach clubs, what I did not know is that they were going to get upset for not tiping for that complemenatry ride, first they told me that the service was until 9pm and the next day they said that it was until 8:30pm and we were already at the beach club, that is why I think they were upset because we did not tip maybe it was our fault. Other than that everything is amazing.

En la Sección de vista mar la renta de la habitación no son capaces de dejar ni siquiera bolas para basura. La habitación es para 4 personas y solo dejan utensilios y vajilla para 2. No se incluye limpieza de la habitación en ningún día ni siquiera recolección de basura. La bañera no le funciona la bomba

Amabilidad de algunos del personal

Muy vieja y desactualizado el cuarto, da vergüenza que ni la caja de seguridad no sirva pero eso no es todo, el jacuzzi tiene una mancha que da asco. Todo es muy viejo. Es una falta de respeto.

La propiedad es muy grande, pero Ocean View no significa que el mar este cerca. Ni tampoco que se vaya a ver bien. habia un edificio enfrente de nuestra casa y tapaba la vista.

Solo habia una bata de baño se les dijo en el lobby pero nunca la llevaron. No hacen limpieza en el cuarto. Y eso si cobran muy caro la limpieza de salida.

The sunset view was amazing. The property is huge space and very clean.. But Mosquito bite during night. Check in office is confusing for find first visior. One part of bath room has no hot water working.

El costo de la habitación no es el indicado para las amenidades dentro de la habitación no hay un diseño único todos los muebles son distintos estilos y formas no hay armonía me revuelve todo el ser, siguiendo con el costo, desde shampoo o sales de baño y toallas no las considero de lujo, tenía mejores expectativas y del servicio pésimo, no hay teléfonos y cuando llamas cuelgan. Les falta mucho para llegar a servicio 5 estrellas. Lejos muy lejos.

The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool.

This property was amazing. It's clean with multiple beach clubs and pools. All the restaurants had excellent food. The room itself was more than we expected. Will stay again!

We stayed for 4 nights at the Vista Mar. The condominium was well stocked. It had its small kitchen which is convenient. The shower was spacious and the view from our room was amazing. The room did have a private tub But we did have to ask the front that the tub wasn’t working properly. The water was not going down and honestly to avoid having to ask we had to find a work around. They had a technician come in and drain it and after he left it would not work so just a heads up. The tubs need to be inspected and tested before making the room available. The drivers were great! They were quick to our responses to get picked up to go to the restaurants. OMG and the food places there are soooo good! The bad thing I will say is Blue Cortes Beach club service was bad. We were at the pool for 40 minutes and not one person came until other people arrived. We were kicked out the first day because we had no information and they did not check like the other beach club whom took the time to ask and then let us know what room and hotel to use for acess. They made us feel very unwelcomed every single time we went. It was very disrespectful and we’re not helpful at all! Do not recommend Blue Cortés! Overall a great trip but avoid that place.

There was no WiFi

Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!

This was a great marketing employee on Expedia. what they were presenting on Expedia was not at all what we received. Extremely upsetting and disappointing. All of the people that work at the resort are wonderful and this is no reflection on them or their work. Just thought of management misguiding tourists.

The people who worked at Puerta Cortes were very nice. There were A LOT of flies outdoors in every restaurant and no one told us that the beaches aren't used by locals because of the stingrays in the shallow waters.... despite that - we thought it was an amazingly beautiful area. There was an issue with a late pickup on the return trip to the airport but it all worked out ok in the end.

Microwave was not working, water at the tub was flogged.

From the check in process. I had an $80.00 voucher they refused to accept. I left a day early because of Hurricane Norma they had to infrastructure to have basic services. They had no power, no staff, no food, no room service. I am requesting a refund at least for the last night. ALL OTHER PROPERTIES IN THE AFFECTED AREA had all this services and took care of their guest. I was able to eat and have a little normalcy staying with friends at another hotel.

Checkout was 11:00am; I wish it was 1pm. Also the distance to the beach club is quite large; fortunately they provide transportation upon request.

This property is lovely! Everybody was very accomodating and the rooms were beautiful. I highly recommend staying here when you are in La Paz.

We were so impressed with the level of customer service, the condo, the facilities and the restaurants. It was an incredible vacation and every restaurant was incredible!

The only gripe would be - we wish our condo came with a golf cart. While the front desk was incredible and immediately came to pick us up to bring us to the market, beach club or restaurants - we felt bad always having to call and ask for a ride.

Property was very nice but it wasn’t clear how to check in. The address given was for the security gate of the villa where we were staying but you are supposed to check in across the street which the gate attendant didn’t even tell us.

Extremely helpful staff, pristine accommodations, excellent communication with management. Will most definitely return.

This property is amazing.

The pool was dirty yes, I did get infection and ended up in the ER when I returned back o San Diego. Kids have their own pool buut no one cares, horrible.The drinks were average, the waiters were not really professional. they tried to trick you with the pricing of the drinks and you drink or eat be carefull

Staff is solid, with follow-up, service, information, and making the stay incredible. The accommodations provide incredible value!! We would definitely stay here again. The amenities are very nice. The food at the Beach Club is very good. There really is nothing upside-down to submit on the facility. There is some major construction going on to the La Paz city side of the property in further site development. There is some noise. It would not bother everyone, but it is there. Again, we would return, because of the location to the incredible beaches to the immediate North w/in minutes and the Marina shops, restaurants and amenities. Actually, the Marina restaurants need to be "heralded". These unique little restaurants do not look like much; but they have world class flavor, taste, service and menus. We had five meals there, and we could brag about the food in each case. At the residences, you are staying on top of the hill. The Marina and Beach Club are down below. They have a 'shuttle' of many golf carts that come at your beckoning w/o more than a couple minute wait. Workout room in the residences is worthy. Pools are worthy. Accommodations were impeccably clean and spacious. The condo we had, ocean view, seemed close to 1,400 FT2. Huge with two bathrooms, full up-to-date kitchen with all things needed to cook and entertain. The balcony will not be out done by any resort on earth. The balcony had much furniture and more space than anyplace on earth.

La Paz Municipal Police. It is more prudent to find alternate transportation than a rental car.
