We stay at the property because it was disgusting! The room was filthy and mis advertised on your website. I asked for a refund and they refused. I was there one hour and offered to pay for the first night but they wouldn’t consider it. The hotel restaurant was closed and you couldn’t swim in the beach because it rained for so many days. I have never been anywhere worse and I travel to Mexico a lot.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Me gusto la ubicación, la playa, el restaurante, pero la piscina estaba sucia, con lama en las orillas por dentro, las hojas de los arboles no es problema, es natural que esta abajo de los arboles, pero es evidente la falta de limpieza interior, además llena de piedritas el fondo
La limpieza de la piscina terrible no hay acceso a las habitaciones desde restaurante para personas con discapacidad (silla de ruedas, bastón), solo hay 2 estacionamientos azules, y los usaban personas sin gafete azul de discapacidad, el personal no hizo nada al respecto

I didn't like the inside of the rooms, they are extremely outdated. I had to request a new room because there were bugs crawling all over the room, the water leaked outside the bathroom. There were cracked doors, and they were not the cleanest.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026La vista, ya fuera desde la alberca, el restaurante de la Terraza, o los camastros en la playa, la comida los desayunos muy ricos y bastos, asi como las comidas, la atención del staff insuperable, muy amables todos y sobre todo con buena actitud al menos de quienes tuve el gusto de tratar (Abigail, Irving, Ian, Orlando), la tranquilidad del lugar.. El hotel esta lo suficientemente lejos del malecón para estar tranquilo, pero lo suficientemente cerca para poder ir a dar la maleconeada todas las noches.
El aire de mi habitación servía, pero había que ponerle un cartoncito en las ventilas ya que estaban sueltas (algo roto por dentro supongo) y estaban caídas por lo que la distribución del aire no era la adecuada, pero lo resolvimos.

No había señal en la tele, no llegaba el wifi, nos dieron una habitación equivocada entramos y había cosas en la mesa de otras personas, nos dieron otra habitación que no estaba preparada correctamente, solicitamos una cafetera se nos negó no se nos ofreció ni la posibilidad de pagar por el uso de una, fuimos a la alberca que se habían acabado las toallas, sentimos un trato malo no ofrecían soluciones a ninguno de los problemas, tal vez por ser turistas nacionales, en fin no volvemos a ese hotel nunca.

Es muy corto el tiempo que te dan en alberca y la poca iluminacion hacia el mar, las habitaciones estan muy antiguas para, silla viejas de madera al igual que la mesa, ropa de cama ya muy usada asi como las toallas, regadera tapada y no cuenta con wifi en la habitacion, que me cobraron doble alojamiento y aunque se reporto via internet no me han dado respuesta.

Ich habe das Hotel nur wegen der Nähe zur Tauchbasis The Cortez Club gebucht. Das Hotel selber war sehr veraltet und abgewohnt. Das erste Zimmer, das ich bekomme hatte, war voller Bierdosen und ein ungemachtes Bett - offensichtlich noch nicht gesäubert vom vorigen Gast. Das 2. war zwar gemacht, aber wirklich sehr basic mit alten Möbeln und einem TV aus der Vorzeit. Das WLAN verdient den Namen nicht wirklich. Den Preis wirklich nicht Wert.

Over priced, says hotel and resort but is more of a motel feel. Room description said double room double bed, but was given a single room with double beds. The pictures advertised online did not match the actual room. The room did not even include a mini fridge as seen in pictures and size was beyond small. Overall the hotel seems old and run down. The so called patio might have been at best a two foot by two foot space without room for a chair.

Me enfermé por lo grasoso de las papas a la francesa. Los cuartos dobles no tienen frigobar. Cortinas, paredes, puertas, regaderas son viejitas. No tiene mosquitera. En un cuarto para 4, solo había 1 silla!! No usamos la tele Pero vimos que estaba muy chiquita. Es una sola almohada por persona, y es muy pequeña aunque cómoda. Las reglas no se siguen en la playa donde gente reserva durante horas sombrillas con su simple toalla cuando ni llegan durante horas!!! La música que ponen es agradable Pero si un naco pone su propia música nadie dice nada. Avisé, pregunté si era permitido, ningún mesero me dió una respuesta clara, no fue a ver a mis vecinos de playa....

la habitación que nos toco necesita una buena remodelacion tiene muebles viejos y los cajones se atoran los dejabamos siempre abiertos, es un hotel viejo y el restaurante nunca pudimos comer o desayunar pues no habia mesas disponibles nos fuimos a otro lugar, el restaurante como local no esta funcionando y te atienden en la terraza y alberca pero no es suficiente. el El personal si atiende bien con sus carencias propias del hotel.

the hotel is a total disappointment from beginning to end. Please beware. - the aircond is old and makes noise - the smell coming out of the bathroom is simply disgusting and nauseating - during our 6 day stay, there was water disruption 3 times (probably not only this hotel's fault, but listing here since all the problems we experienced are likely not "luck" alone). - the wifi is only on the lobby and "open areas" and it fails every 10 minutes more or less. forget about doing proper work here. - the hotel looks really old and run down, like it has not done any maintenance in 30 years. - the pictures in booking look way better than the place actually is, it is sort of like you feel you are in a different place. - the restaurant they have is badly staffed and the people there are rude. We did not leave tip after waiting for 30min for our breakfast, and the guys ignored us pretty much the rest of the days.

Rooms left much to be desired. WiFi did not reach. No mini fridge or kitchenette. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. Bed was subpar. No ceiling fan. AC was old and loud which made it hard to sleep. No screens on the windows. You really want to be able to get some fresh air at night and hear the ocean.

Nuestra habitación tenía sellado el balcón por alguna razón, por lo que no teníamos ventilación exterior.

Siento que le hace falta una remodelacion a las habitaciones ya que estan viejas si hicieran eso creo seria muy buen hotel.

Although, I would not recommend this hotel as there was no available wifi in the room and the showers were cold all three days I was there. I was able to get wifi if I stood on the balcony/ frustrating as I was there for work and wifi would have been a blessing. With no wifi and only cold water, I attempted to change rooms with the front desk but was told "they were sold-out and try the next day". Odd, as I only encountered a handful of guests when I was there.....seemed nearly empty to me. This hotel as a whole is C+ grade.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026La ubicación ya que cuenta con acceso inmediato a la playa, una playa muy tranquila y me encantó que cuenta con las palapas y camastros hechos de arena muy cómodos, las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y tienen mucho potencial, solo mejorar algunos aspectos.
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas requieren mantenimiento y renovación, cuentan con escasos muebles para colocar equipaje, el cable de tv muy mala señal, el internet igual, la alberca muy fría no me pude meter por ello, los restaurantes no cuentan con paquetes accesibles de desayuno o comida, no cuentan con gimnasio , es un hotel muy bonito pero descuidado.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026El lugar es muy bonito, a primera línea de playa. Las instalaciones son viejitas pero suficientes para estar dos o tres días. Y tiene un restaurante sobre el mar muy bonito. El personal de recepción es muy profesional y muy amable y los camareros también.
El desayuno no me gustó porque era carísimo. Deberían poner un servicio de desayuno más asequible.
