Staff was friendly. Front desk was able to get me in a room close by so i didnt have to walk far with my bad knee. The room was clean. I liked that there was a tea option for the coffee maker. Overall a pleasant stay.

The only thing wrong was the bed mattress had a weird dip towards the edge. Had to lie directly in the middle to be comfortable.

AC unit did not work and Hotel had no solution but saying to open the window.

Location was less than a mile from old town that was good. The exterior of the property look good lots of trees and shrubs. Very nice.

The carpets in the halls were filthy. The carpets in our room was filthy. I wouldn’t say the air-conditioning was as loud as a Sherman tank rampaging across France under general Patton, but you get my point

I stayed here for a week in July 2026. Front desk staff is AMAZING. I got to see a variety of staff from all 3 shifts during my stay, and they were all friendly & helpful...chatty & they were able to answer all of my goofy questions. My room was very quiet when it mattered, and I could hear families having fun at the pool. My only "concerns"...the dishwasher did not work...or the hotel has it disabled. Bigger annoyance (but I didn't discover it until the night before I left) was that the microwave didn't work...I tried to warm up some leftovers...no luck. For the most part, this hotel was awesome and I would recommend it.

The was fair, very basic. My husband liked the waffle machine. Having bacon was a plus.

The egg selection was barely edible. I my have set my expectations to high.

Beautiful hotel. Has everything you need for your stay either as a family or for a business trip. Rooms are huge. We had king size suit. It came with super cute kitchen (fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave) and all you need for quick meals. Room had spacious sofa, beautiful bathroom, pool view. We felt like home. Pool is small but very cute and warm. Perfect for enjoying morning sun or to break midday heat. It has a fire place area next to it for colder evenings. Hotel staff was very nice. We really felt welcomed every moment. It is a dog’s friendly hotel and they are very dogs friendly. Although hotel is very clean and with no animal scratches anywhere in our room or in a hotel. Proper Hilton standards. Hotel has tiny gym but decent equipped.

I can’t say anything bad about this hotel honestly.

Our bathroom could have used a better cleaning. There were long black hairs in the bathroom along the bathtub floor and tile area, quite a few on the floor in general—and the hairs were not ours, for we had just checked in.

Low quality toilet paper, it could have been a little thicker. Also the lighting in the bathroom could have been a little brighter for the women to be able to apply their makeup.

The property is very nice along with the staff being helpful. It’s great to have free breakfast in the morning along with the coffee being available all day.

The only concern was the bathroom was a little dirty by the toilet where you can tell it wasn’t cleaned. The price can be a little cheaper as the Embassy Suites up the street was price fairly and closer

I’m not quite sure how to answer this question. I did not have any dislikes at all. I was totally impressed. My first time staying with this hotel name thank you.

Maintenance was bad: garbage disposal leaked water into cabinet and on to floor. GFI outlet in bathroom had to be replaced. The exterior parking lot light was flashing so it was like having a strobe light in our room. The yogurt machine was not functioning for two days and one day there was only super sugary oatmeal packets.

Breakfast options. I can remember staying here a few years back and breakfast options were many with precooked scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc., i.e., more "homie".

The location was great. Easy freeway access.

Property was VERY noisy. Air condition vibrated and the elevator jumped to a stop each time. Something mechanical on our floor vibrated bad enough the cups on the shelf in the small kitchen area made noise until we took them off the shelf.

The hotel is in a very quiet location. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious.

Staff - check in guy very rude .. put me in a room with no air conditioning and 89 degrees and laughed saying that’s been happening . Did not card at all . I am a Hilton Honors person I was treated poorly . Won’t be staying here again

Although we experienced plumbing issues, we were met with a great staff, breakfast, clean environment and an ev station. Needless to say we felt right at home 2.

Television dark, went out in morning; ac loud coming on and off during night; didn’t know ahead of time of pet fee; breakfast needed more help getting hot food out and orange juice came out as water.

Quietness

This hotel is not for family vacation or to relax. You serve breakfast for business people only, not family accommodating. Most people in a hotel like to sleep! That’s what we are there for. Corporate rules suck. No one should have to wake up at the crack of dawn to eat before it’s gone by 9am. Most people wake up at that time. Another thing was that I paid over $300 for 2 nights & had to be a jerk to ask to get my room cleaned. After that it was cleaned, sadly.

The place is great. The only complaint I have is the mattress was uncomfortable. It was too soft and felt old.

The receptionist was great. Her name was something like amaya.

We were highly impressed at everything here. We both thought this property was much more comfortable for us than our last stay on a winery property in Temecula. Room was large, beds were so comfortable and staff was beyond friendly. Laundry facility and gym were very, very clean. We will stay here again because we love Temecula and will be back!

It’s a great hotel chain for functional travel. Everything very good- rooms clean and tasteful, nice bathroom and good shower, comfortable, well run. Good fitness room and attention to detail throughout. Breakfast was solid but drip coffee very good. Location near enough to walk to old town through back road brings you to Main Street and then front street. It was a bit pricey for this type of hotel but I enjoyed very much for a chain hotel. Very pet friendly - minded little dog loved it.

Perfect location with easy access from San Diego and to Joshua Tree National Park. The room was spacious and confidently. Breakfast was delicious. I was particularly grateful to Jovina and the reception/house keeping staff for picking up my passport which I had forgotten in the room, and arranging to post it to me via express delivery’s service! That had been most helpful to me, sparing an enormous amount of trouble otherwise.

Stayed here couple times. Everything was great except our do not disturb sign was taken off twice. Housekeeping came in and Lap top was stolen.

I have zero complaints

Safe was very friendly - only thing was a lot if kids stay there for sports games and they raid the morning breakfast.

I left my bracelet on the bed the last day of check out. I called the next day to let the staff know that 100% sure I left my white gold bracelet but the receptionist said she was the assistant manager was a bit rude. They said my bracelet wasn’t found and nothing they can do.

We met two other couples and stayed at the hotel and enjoyed the area

It was a 1 day stay and staff was courteous and our room was beautifully organized and clean.

In 100 degree weather, the pool was t working so not available for “safety “reasons. We never saw any one working on it. We were also told after we checked in. We were with a family group for a wedding. One of our in-laws rooms was also attacked by ants . We were unable to have our kids over as planned because of the pool. Having been told after check in, we could not find other accommodations. Since, we had booked through a third party, we were not given a discount as asked for nor contacted as we were told we would be about it. I will say that the desk staff were very nice but I wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend it. Also, Hilton has always meant quality for me but not this hotel. Pillows were lumpy. Shower drained slowly. ,

Bed/ pillows were uncomfortable. A/C was barely working. Hotel lobby bathroom was disgusting. Room did not feel clean (huge stains on carpet).

Room did not have partician between pullout bed and bed as told by two different employees at this location. Pool was broken and green, not told until check in during 101 degree weather. No manger on duty except for 11pm-8am as told by three employees. No one to reconcile issues. Was double charged, paid Expedia and home2 suites charged me additional two. NEVER booking this location again

We came for two nights stay on my birthday in July. We were near the pool and we couldn't hear anything. It was perfect.

Pet friendly and close to dog park. Nice spacious room and kitchenette. Great for longer stays. Easy parking and great location. Clean

The room had lots of ants. Not just my room. When trying to kill and clean the ants up I saw how dirty it was. The hotel was full so I couldn’t switch rooms. I said that was fine, but please take care of it while we are gone. Not sure if they actually came in because I had left the towels and trash bag out that I was using to clean up the ants. The maid service clearly never came in.

The property is in a nice location close to activities and freeway. Not too close to the freeway. I like the amenities and store. The pool area is nice as well.

The hotel is located in an area with no cell services and the hotels internet was not working during our stay. Needless to say that created some issues with making reservations, catching up with friends and staying in touch with family. This particular hotel should make WiFi a priority due to its location and lack of cell towers. The king bed needed another pillow and the blankets are thin.

Hotel seemed pretty new. Well furnished, nice thick carpet in the hallways. Room was a good size with a kitchenette & bathroom was designed well with sufficient counter space & under sink shelf for storage of toiletries (my major peeve with most hotels). Had a good breakfast buffet with yogurt, cereal, bagels, bread, English muffin, bacon, chicken patties, eggs & cheese to make a breakfast sandwich if desired.

This hotel is very nice and lots of amenities in the room.
