A house keeper that entered hours later after my room has been cleaned? Without asking or saying why she was in MY ROOM? ? She had nothing in her hands coming in..I felt I was going to be ROBBED!!! There are no safes to lock your valuables. Front desk did Nothing.

The front staff was great. Two women one checked us in and the other check this out and they were both really helpful. However when we went into the room one of the beds look like somebody had laid on it. I went to the front desk and mentioned it to the woman that checked us in and she looked over to the man that was there. He went to look and said that it was fine that nobody had been there. That made me feel very uneasy. I didn't want it to become an issue so I let it go. Later when I got close to the TV, that area was very sticky. Looks like previous guest had spilled something and was never cleaned. Every time we walked around it was extremely sticky from that area. Again I didn't say anything because I felt it would be ignored or minimize. I also saw a crumb on one of the beds so they didn't make the beds very well. I just did my best to get through it since it was an overnight trip and leaving in the morning.

Jessica was very professional and helpful at check-in.

breakfast was good. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi.

I was greeted nicely by Jessica even made sure I got a ground floor. Key wouldn't work so maid used her key still wouldn't work so Jessica came down to the room and used hers.wsh worked..said she would return with new key..Kendall came down with new key which worked and even helped me unload my car since I didnt have a working key..very nice thing to do

Extremely noisy….you can hear the freeway all night long, and there was no elevator for handicap access

We picked this hotel because it had a pool. The problem was pool and Jacuzzi were definitely in need of some cleaning They both had multiple things floating in them. The pool water was milky.

Staying on 1st floor in the front of hotel. Hotel is quiet with not alot of traffic. Parking was good and I felt safe. Comfortable bed with a perfect support pillow.

The room was nice and big. The pool and hot tub were also nice but there is a lot of sun. The breakfast was an okay-ish american hotel breakfast, nothing to special but it was definitely sufficient.

With the highway close by it is sometimes a little bit noise. It is like 20 minutes of walking to get into Temecula city. Nothing really is super close to the hotel.

I was disappointed that the morning coffee did not have Coffeemate flavored creamers. I would also love instant oatmeal as a breakfast choice.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would have liked breakfast to start earlier as we weren’t able to have breakfast the first day because of an early game.

I expected more for the price. Maid service was careless n left the door open on the one cleaning we got during the 4 days we were there.

For the price can’t beat it

Shower was dirty there was a half drank coffee next to coffee machine from previous guest. They seem to have new people running the front . They don’t have guest first attitude.

I liked that it was easy to commute from Old Town to the property.

It is a simple hotel. We have family in the area and just needed a place to sleep. It was a great value.

I liked that the gym machines worked and it was close to downtown. The hot tub worked.

The neighborhood was a bit scary. The AC unit was so loud that we had to turn it off. The breakfast was pretty basic. And the coffee tasted watered down, and I also heard other guest saying the same thing.

Close to restaurants and down. The pool and the accommodations and staff were great!

Very clean and easy to find parking. Staff was very friendly. Right next to 2 Mexican restaurants, the one with a drive through and open until 11 pm was great.

Location, it’s a nice and everything feels new and clean. Staff is nice enough though not super friendly (night crew).

Location facing back is very noisy. Hardwood floors don’t mitigate any sound. If you have noisy people rolling bags and walking frequently above you, hear everything.

The breakfast was good! We ran out of bagels and the staff promptly restocked them. There was a good variety of things to choose from

We reserved a room months in advance. When we got there it seemed like they were just deciding where we would be. We were able to check in on time.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious.

That it's close to Old Town Temecula

The property was dirty the floor in the room was dirty and I found a roach in the bathroom and it was not dead either. The pool was super dirty I couldn't even go in. The hotel was not a great experience and I also found expired food in the free breakfast area.
