Relocation free, happy hour drinks and snacks ,comfortable suits.
After room was not made up by 4 PM. We asked for basics like towel. Garbage Dump and coffee. desk said it would be done. Returned at 10:30pm Nothing has been done.
Location
Loved the location, very easy access from the freeway.
I checked in after driving all day, I was tired. The AC in the room was not cooling properly, I called the front desk and informed them, they asked me to give it some time, after a while I called again the AC was still not cooling the room, this time they told me they will send a maintenance representative to take care of the issue. While I was waiting, I started noticing other maintenance issues, such as the caulk around the tub, paint on the tub where they tried to fix it. Front door lock not working properly. Additionally, it seemed it had been a while since the last time it was vacuumed, there was a screw on the carpet and other debris I did not recognized. I got tired of sweating and waiting in the room, I went to the front desk and told the lady I needed a different room. She asked if maintenance was in my room, I told her no and I was not willing to wait. When I arrived in the new room, the difference was appalling. AC worked, it was clean and in good state of repair. Thats when it hit me, why would they initially assign me to a room that had issues. Very disappointing and frustrating. I was there to bury my wife the next day, they made a difficult occasion feel even worse.
Excellent
Nothing
Hot tub out of order , room door broken in one room had to move my parents to another then my sister ls room no ac . Elevator felt like it was outdated took forever n jerky
The location is great. There is a nice pond across the street.
The property is horribly run down. There were ants and spiders in our “upgraded” room. The pool chairs were falling apart. There was no space in the breakfast area to sit and eat. For the price, I would not recommend this property.
Location
Our room was so dirty… and the AC was super loud. Our balcony door couldn’t lock.
During this stay the lady at the reception was very friendly. However the next stay the gentleman at the reception was not very friendly.
The aircon wasn’t working in our room so we changed rooms 3 times. And still had to sleep a night in the unbelievable heat. We were told that we are free to check out if we wanted to at 9pm. Being a visitor to the USA that was not possible at that late hour. The next morning they changed our room. However on the last day of our stay the pool was discoloured and couldn’t be used. We returned for our second stay the next week and guess what there was no breakfast available. Not a word about making up to us either. Later we also requested for a late checkout tomorrow and without hesitation were told it’s chargeable. $75 to check out at 5pm. As our flight is at 10. Pretty unfair when we tolerated all the shortcomings of our stay both times. Pretty unhappy with the hotel overall.
Pls refer my review on the previous stay.

The AC was making a large noise everytime it turned on. This happened late in the evening, so had to wait till morning to let them know. This made it difficult to sleep.
The location.
The AC was down in the room that I was initially given. That room was on the 3rd floor and furthest away from the elevator. After waking up sweating at 4am, the the receptionist on duty gave me a second room to try. That room was on the fourth floor. Opening the door of that room was like walking into a snoop dog/ Wiz Khalifa tour bus. The weed smoke saturated everything in the room. The last room had no issues.
Loved the space of the room. Did not expect how homey it felt. My kids enjoyed the stay.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the tube got clogged up and the sink.
The staff was very friendly. The Jacuzzi was really really good. I was surprised that the restaurant was closed, especially on the weekend.
The fact that the restaurant was closed, I didn’t think that was a good idea especially on the weekend
Olvidamos una mochila y dieron todas las facilidades para recuperar la
Clean. Great location with friendly staff. Two free drinks at happy hour. The pool was clean with lots of organized, rolled up towels. Free parking.
There wasn’t anything not to like and the price was perfect.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this property and unfortunately would not consider returning. When I first arrived, the room I was given had a balcony facing an AC rooftop and a wall, with absolutely no scenery as shown or implied in the property’s photos. When I tried to return to my room, I also discovered that the door handle was malfunctioning. The issue was serious enough that the hotel ultimately moved me to another room. Unfortunately, the second room came with its own set of problems. The Wi-Fi repeatedly cut in and out, making it nearly impossible for me to get any work done. Then, on the second day, the air conditioning completely stopped working during the hottest part of the day. The room became so uncomfortable that my friends and I had to leave the property. The complimentary breakfast was another major concern. While eating, we could visibly see dust falling from the ceiling, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and the possibility of it getting into the food. The pool area was also very disappointing. The area appeared poorly maintained, and several of the chairs were visibly deteriorating and rotting. The hotel did offer me a discount as compensation, which I appreciated, but it unfortunately does not appear to have been processed yet. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I also feel that the photos displayed on Booking.com presented the property in a much better condition than what I experienced in person. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location and do not plan on returning.
Absolutely horrible property. Was looking forward to staying here because I’ve never had a bad experience at any Embassy Suites property. This property feels like a hotel built under a different name that was then purchased by Embassy Suites. There were stains all over the carpet in the living room and visible dust/mold residue on the vent in the shower. Worst yet, the air conditioner did not work in our room and was 84 degrees the entire night. Told the front desk in the morning and was told the cooling tower went down but was now operational. No apology from the manager, no offer to switch rooms, no compensation, nothing. Believe the reviews and avoid one of the biggest dumps in Temecula.
Very pleasant atmosphere.
I had a very pleasant experience.
The service from the front desk.
Seems like a shortage of help making omelets. Had to wait 20 minutes.
The price and the room
Good location , easy access
Pool was clean, towels available. Spa old.
Evening bar and food staff seemed stressed and unhappy they were not friendly. Restaurant was out of so many items. Bar was out of so many items.
The pool area was nice and staff were friendly.
They were rats on the property and it wasn’t as clean as we expected
The location was excellent
Maybe slightly overpriced
The room was comfortable. The bonus was the happy hour evenings.
The room was a little small and felt crowded.
Every one was soo helpful and kind.

Just completed our holiday between a Marriott hotel and the Embassy Suites in Temecula. I wish we would have stayed in the Embassy Suites for our entire stay, even though you would expect a Marriott branded hotel to be better it’s not always the case. We loved this hotel yes I agree with previous comments that it could be given a little TLC but the staff were fantastic very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was wonderful omelets to order all delicious. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making us feel valued and welcome PS Marriott could learn a thing or two from you.
Never have I felt so unsafe at a hotel like I am at this hotel. Pool fence not locked, door to the building on the backside has absolutely no lock either!! I took videos to send to corporate. Plus the door to my room wouldn’t open so the front desk guy walked all the way to my room, pulled the handle up which opened the door. He messed around with the handle which was obviously broken, then told me he will have maintenance work on this tomorrow. Like WHAT?! Super ghetto for an Embassy Suites. Our rooms were musty and damp and we checked in at 9pm and my bathroom smelled bad like someone just used it.
The pool was nice
The floor was dirty, the mattress was dirty, it took several try’s for my door to open with the key card because the door was broken. Even after prepaying my room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes after check in time. My parents room also had issues.
The breakfast exceptional, hot fresh and good variety, loved location of room on bottom floor parking close to room I'm handicap so everything was perfect

The service and staff support and friendliness
Run down, dirty, too expensive for a degraded property, my paid room wasn’t available, facilities not so great, AC not working.
Location was good
Not clean , the room was under sized and not a suite at all
The property was well-maintained and very clean. We really enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. We got a really great price, so the value was excellent!!
The staff was amazing. Professional and kind. No complaints on staff.
The tile floor throughout the reception and food area was sticky. Two days in a row. The fruit offered for breakfast and snak time.. was old. Very mushy. The awnings from far you can see are pretty dirty. And our room you can smell the water/humidity. Maybe bcuz we were close to the pool? Not sure
The pool was nice.
The showers were flooding when in use.
Though the staff (front desk and breakfast) were friendly, and the room and public areas were very clean, the property hard goods need a lot of work. 1. The inside pool. An absolute health hazard. Having a note on the door that you are 'aware' of the problem doesn't fix anything nor make it right for the guests. The inside pool should be closed (or safety reasons. And this should be noted on the website and when guests are making renovations. Personally, I was planning on using the indoor pool and very disappointed it was unavailable. Compensation or a rate adjustment should be made for your guests. 2. The exterior windows are too thin and do not close properly. I was in a room facing the highway – the volume of the noise was unacceptable. I (and future guests) should be notified about this well in advance and given a choice (or rate adjustment). The note in the room with earplugs was an insult! You tell me I have to put in earplugs! Then with or without, have the volume on the TV too loud, and raise my voice to have a conversation. Again, the fact you are ‘aware’ of the problem does not make it right for your guests. You should not sell these rooms! 3. The thermostat in the room (#211) was broken. The room was way too cold and there wasn’t any way to adjust it. We even tried putting the heat up to 76 and it made no difference. And we couldn’t open the window to mitigate the temperature. 4. The inside security door lock in our room was broken – it didn’t move more than an inch and couldn’t lock the door. 5. The grog shop was embarrassing. We wanted to purchase something other than a snack, but most of the items were shrimp. That’s very limited, and again frustrating. As a long-time Marriot member I found this stay and facility far below the standard I expect from a Marriott property.
Accesible to a lot of establishments
Location is decent and breakfast was also decent.
The room and facilities are a bit old and need better maintenance overall.
The location was pretty close to everything if you have a car. Room was comfortable and spacious.
Not very walkable to restaurants and amenities.
Breakfast staff were so helpful. The guy cooking fresh omelettes was a legend!!
The door latch on our room was broken/screws missing but that was what it was, can’t complain. Was still a good hotel.
Good location. Easy to reach off the freeway. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.
The property needs to be refurbished. Wallpaper is peeling and damaged in the bathrooms and hallways. Wood finishes are chipped and need touch up. Chandelier in lobby the globes are heavy with dust. There is little sound proofing in the rooms. You could hear voices quite plainly in the adjacent rooms and people walking in the rooms above. I didn’t like paying $10 a night for unsecured parking.
everything. Breakfast was excellent.
I had to pay for parking.
Great breakfast.. grandsons enjoyed the omelette.. and good buffet selection.
I wish there’s bacon outside of the omelette station for those of us who just had the buffet..
Fair and adequate
The room shower was very old and malfunctioning, the toilet flushing Handel was very hard to turn and flush the toilet, there was only one ceiling light in room, dark room
I enjoy the nature of this Property being Full Service: Embassy is known for made-to-order breakfast w Egg station, and this Property has a bar/restaurant as well. Pool is a big standout, very large and well -maintained. Rooms are fine, comfortable w down bedding. Fitness Center has heavy weights. Nice, large, Full Service Property in a nice area. Special thanks to Front Desk Kiara for honoring my Requests.

update rooms
Breakfast was nice, although there werent bananas - which I feel are morning staples for breakfast. Our room was clean, there were some obvious dings(from luggage or furniture moving), could be wiped down with some mr. clean sponge but really it didnt bother me as long as the beds, shower and toilets were clean.
the maze to our room in 106, a facility map would have helped, we walked by some areas twice before trying to connect dots of where our room was located.
This hotel needs a massive remodeling. We stayed there for a wedding and almost every person that stayed at this hotel in the same block of rooms that was reserved had issues with their rooms. From standing water in the shower, to non flushable toilets to no AC in our case. We moved rooms and still the room we stayed in lacked AC. The "repair" guy came and told us a new system was installed and didn't work. Trying to get ready for a formal wedding with no AC was not an easy task. We had to open the hotel room door for air to circulate so the guys didn't sweat through their shirts. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs were like rubber. And to top if off, the price was expensive. I'd say find another hotel and skip this place.
This was a nice hotel. The parking was good, the staff was nice. They had a nice breakfast and fun little events for the memorial day weekend. The shower was nice, i would definitely stay here again and again. Highly recommend for the price point.
Good property all around nice rooms.
Nothing it was all pretty good
We liked our suite, clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent location near dining options and convenient to wineries we came to visit.
Ice maker was broken on our floor so that was bothersome. Breakfast was good but very busy and minimal seating available. I requested early check in and it was denied.
The location, pool and staff
A little old and bar/food prices were pretty high for what you got
Found it mediocre there was lots of kids there running all over the place pounding on the ground couldn't relax the staff was nice place was clean but it wasn't what I thought I might be. Especially for the price.
Thought the rooms were small for the price.
Everything
We expected more from a Hilton hotel. The bathroom floor was dirty and had spots of mold along the edges. The shower curtain was not wide enough to cover the entire tub so we always had water on the floor after showering. The room was otherwise nice and bed was comfortable. And this hotel is located conveniently to several restaurants. Breakfast was good with a buffet and also where you can order omelets or pancakes.
Breakfast, location
The room was dark, there were no balcony chairs, there was no place to put things in the bathroom which was quite large. It needed shelves under the sink. A luggage rack would have been nice. I don’t know why the room we had was considered special because it wasn’t. It seemed from pictures like the view would be better than it was. Looking at the pool area would have been better than out at the street.
I was moving from Temecula so the location was fantastic for me. I knew the area so it’s hard for me to be unbiased since I knew my way around after 25 years.
The property or at least my room needed updating. I was in a pet room and the upholstered furniture needed replaced - it was showing wear and the room was small for a suite. You can tell this was an older Embassy Suites.
Location was ok
AC was not working when we got there. It smells like old building and mildew.
Location
The location, the bed and bedding was nice
The hotel impress a rehab. Our room was the size of a postage stamp! Hardly a suite that I’ve come to expect. Very surprised and disappointed. On top of that, the fire alarm went off in the night and we had to vacate our room for an hour.
Clean and comfortable.

Customizable omelette for breakfast :) Spacious room. Comfortable bed. View of the lake. Safe area.
Parking was kind of far from my room.
Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good.
My balcony door didn’t have a lock! They even have a sign to lock it. I had to call maintenance they spent 30 minutes creating a dowel Glad I noticed The ac made a rumble sound in bedroom and living. Had to turn off to sleep. That was pointless because the room upstairs made the same rumble. Weird stain on carpet as well A lot of noise in hallways with other guests screaming and yelling.
The breakfast is very good!
The rooms need to be updated and cleaner.
The accommodation, happy hour, breakfast, and location. Staff was helpful too
Light outlets in room didn’t work, toilet made noise floors squeaked neighbor was rude stain on carpet and sheets felt itchy
Loved the breakfast!
Having to pay $10 a day for parking.
The breakfast was delicious as always! The staff was friendly and accommodating!
The room was small. A few loud people on our floor after hrs.
Beware this place is a complete hole. They have not maintained anything for a very very long time, however they put me on the top floor. Thought it’d be wonderful. All you do is hear the fans on the roof going on all night long as if you’re at the airport listening to a plane arrival, and I thought the street traffic and freeway traffic was bad and no a litt comparison to that noise. The air conditioner is a very poor condition. If you don’t have to run it don’t, then I had an adjacent room and of course I was in here and the person next to me was trying to get into my unit. I put the couch over the door because I did not have a lock. I don’t feel safe leaving my room at all. The sofa and carpets were very stained and the automatic sensor lights in the restroom that pop on all friggin night long are extremely annoying. Oh and now by the way they’re gonna charge you $10 a day on top of what you paid just to park in their parking lot The beds are creepy as hell. The sofa beds are horrible and the sheets are just worn down to nothing. What a shame I used to enjoy this place thank God they feed you free breakfast and cocktails so you can get through your day.
Location was convenient and easy to access.
The property was old and refurbished. Looked tired.
Clean easy to get to
Nothing
Location
Old, outdated, closet had funky mold smell.
Nice location for my needs
New 10$ (per night) charge for parking. Parking was not secure though, I had a MGI electric golf caddy (1500$ value) stolen from my Tacoma on April 15, 2026, patrolling security guard saw nothing. I asked desk clerk if they had cameras covering p/l but he didn’t know, said he would have property manager give me a call, 1 week later no call. Stuff like this doesn’t inspire any return trips
Location. Everything is 10 min away The kitchen staff especially the cooks are awesome and super friendly! They make the best omelettes!!!
Hotel needs serious updating! This hotel haa seen better days. This hotel looks so run down. Great location. That is about it. We were here because of a room block for a wedding in one of the wineries over the weekend. We needed to stay closer and where everyone is, otherwise we would have gone to a Hyatt hotel/property. We are Hilton Honor members and Hilton have been disppointing in quality of their hotels. We are also World of Hyatt Members and their hotels are way better. The moment you drive up at this hotel, there is no curb appeal. The place looks old. When you walk in, the lobby is small, the front desk area, it is like you are in a motor lodge registration area. Not inviting at all. There is no appeal. The staff however were very nice. Check in process was smooth. Now, going to the room. We ride the only elevator. And oh boy!! The carpet in this elevator have seen better days. It is dirty, dingy.. and ready to be ripped and replaced. There is a funny smell also. When we got to the 4th Fllor.. the same carpeting continues .. the hall is dark, poor lighting. The wall paper is dirty.. The room — not any better either. Same condition of the carpet. Outdated furniture that have been ap worn i dont even want to sit on the couch, looks ao dirty and dusty. The room looks dark and have poor lighting. Paint is peeling in some areas. There is this very old lookng control panel on the wall that ive never seen before in the many hotels Ive been to nationwide and in other countries. The breakfast -the area need to be kept clean.. and be cleared immediately. The omelet taste good though. Ohh and the welcome message on the TV in our room was not even for me.. it was for a “MARK” instead of Maria. We were so disappointed with this hotel. Need some serious updating and staff training on cleanliness.
Breakfast
There was mold and water damage on the walls
