Parking quite a walk away. Had no hot water for cup of tea at breakfast as machine broke and no staff around.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026We had a room on the first floor and it was huge! The views were great and the location is absolutely fantastic. And the staff were also amazing. This is right in the heart of Trento and couldn't be better placed. We highly recommend this hotel in so many ways!
Not a major critisism but you will find the hotel a whole lot easier by looking at the photos. The address is correct but we didn't see the front door. Also breakfast for vegans was limited to Kiwi fruit!

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026O hotel com decoração de bom gosto e cheia de detalhes está em frente à Piazza di Fiera, meu quarto tinha vista para uma rua muito simpática para pedestres e se podia ver uma parte antiga muralha medieval. A Piazza conta com estacionamento subterrâneo e o hotel dá desconto na diária. A localização é excelente para conhecer todo o centro histórico de Trento. A sala de café da manhã dá acesso ao topo da torre com uma vista 360º perfeita de toda a cidade.

I arrived before the 14:30 check in time and asked the staff in the cafe if i could check in early - the young lady was dismissive of my request. While i understand the check in time is clearly stated, i felt she was frankly rude.

La struttura è particolare e caratteristica, ricavata letteralmente all'interno di un torrione, con camere spaziose e finiture moderne. La colazione è buona, anche se la scelta non è particolarmente ampia. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per raggiungere a piedi e visitare il centro. Nel complesso, una struttura piacevole e funzionale, ideale per un breve soggiorno.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Ein ganz besonderes und außergewöhnliches Hotel! Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem renovierten Wachturm und wurde wunderschön gestaltet. Alles ist sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Besonders praktisch war, dass wir unsere Fahrräder in einem separaten Raum sicher abstellen konnten. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und fein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses besondere Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!

The room was great, simple but with everything we needed, and the bathroom was fab. Air-con and free WiFi was appreciated and needed ;-) The location was just perfect - right in the centre of the beautiful old town Trento. We would definitely come back.

Leider keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Für PkWs gibt es eine öffentliche Tiefgarage aber für Mororräder leider nur Stellplätze am Zugang der Tiefgarage, die aber von allen Besuchern der Stadt genutzt werden. Ist dann aber auch schon der einzige Punkt zu meckern.

Colazione (se vai nell’orario di punta rischi di non trovare posto per sederti ma ti danno la possibilità di fare colazione fuori dall’hotel, portandoti tutto il necessario). Posizione in centro a Trento. Molti asciugamani presenti in camera e supporti per appoggiare i propri detergenti (presenti anche i flaconcini forniti da loro). Staff gentilissimo.
Aggiungerei un frigo in camera ma chiedendo ti tengono le cose in bar. Alcuni muri sono leggermente scrostati ma diciamo che passa in secondo piano. Non è presente un parcheggio, ce n’è uno convenzionato a 15€ al giorno, noi, avendo soggiornato solo una notte, abbiamo parcheggiato nei posti con il disco orario (da cambiare ogni ora), ma immagino che per chi deve fare più giorni possa essere scomodo.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026We drove to Trento and there were clear instructions about where to park (underground facility). Difficult to actually find the address of the accom. however, once we knew where it was (a bit of back and forth walking) it is literally opposite the parking exit. Just look for the round shaped building - looks like "just a bar or hotel" however has accommodation above. The rooms were modern and clean and the little breakfast room was darling.
Working out where it was when we left the parking area (address isn't super clear)

No dedicated reception … only a few hours reception had staff. Sometimes cafeteria staff had to handle hotel related matters because reception had very limited hours with someone available.

Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang am Nachmittag liess zu wünschen übrig! Frühstücksservice mangelhaft, Service nicht vorhanden! Beim morgendlichen Ausschecken war die andere Dame allerdings äußerst freundlich!
