Great location, very handy, and the staff were very helpful

Only one pillow per person, not a big issue as requested another each.

We stayed one night in Milan, we choose a hotel close to the train station. HD8 was perfect right across the road from the trains. The room was large lots of space, the bed was large also. The room was very clean and staff very helpful. I asked for a kettle for the room and they brought up everything to make a cuppa. We went on the hop on and hop off bus which left from across the road at the train station.

Nothing not to like.

Die Bettqualität(Matratze/Kopfkissen) sorgte für ein tolles Schlafgefühl, WC-Bidet, Waschtisch und Dusche waren intelligent voneinander getrennt und die Lage am Hauptbahnhof ist mit Anschluss M3 zum Domplatz(DUOMO) perfekt.

Great Location

The breakfast was cold and cost 40euro I ordered a transfer to the airport, cost 70 euro, ended up with a taxi should have been approx 30 euro . I was still charged 70 euro. It may be a scam.

die Lage des Hotels ist super, sehr zentral gegenüber von Bahnhof und somit mit schönem Blick über den Platz auf den Bahnhof und die Metro bzw Bus vor der Tür. Einfach und bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber. Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer, der Zugang zur Dusche auch vom Zimmer, aber das war ok.

Extremely disappointing stay. We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately the problems started from the moment we arrived. The room was advertised as a “family room,” but in reality it did not provide the privacy or comfort you would expect from one. There was no separate enclosed bathroom. The shower was extremely small and opened directly into the room, so when you stepped out, anyone else in the room could see you. There was no proper private space to dry off, get dressed, or get ready comfortably. For a room specifically marketed as a family room, this setup was very inappropriate and misleading. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We were unable to control it ourselves and had to call reception repeatedly around six times just to ask them to adjust the temperature remotely. The air conditioning was blowing directly onto us, yet we were still not allowed to control it from the room. During the first night, the room became so hot that we could barely sleep. The following morning, when we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on again, we were told that the system was showing an error and could not be started. Being unable to control the temperature in your own hotel room, especially during a two-night stay, is simply unacceptable. The way one of our calls to reception was handled was also very disappointing. When we called again regarding the ongoing issue, the receptionist said they would contact the manager and then abruptly ended the call. Given that we had already contacted reception multiple times about the same unresolved problem, this felt very dismissive and hostile. There were also other inconveniences. The shared toilet was located on the 11th floor, the elevators were extremely small, and at times we had to use the stairs to reach our room. These were not normal guest stairs, but the fire escape. At the very least, a hotel should provide a comfortable place to sleep, basic privacy, and a room with functioning climate control.

房間內部就算燈全開，還是很昏暗；冷氣有點故障，溫度無法調高，第一晚固定23度，第二晚沒開，第三晚固定20度，然後太冷想關閉無法關機，冷氣一直自動啟動，我必須隔3分鐘關閉一次，嘗試了3次才完全關機

Expensive breakfast

The location was excellent as we arrived by train from Malpensa airport and returned to Bergamo airport by bus. For both options, the location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room clean with a great view.

There was nothing bad about our three night stay. I would recommend it highly.

Every nice hotel. Close to metro and train station. Great place to stay for exploring the city. The view was great from the top of the building while having breakfast.

While it is not located near downtown, it is very convenient the location near to the train station. The staff was very friendly.

The spaces are very small and the shower is almost infront of the bed and it has a courtain, not a door. They confirmed my petition to have twin beds, but the first night was one bed and was not possible to change it until the second night.

We reported the issues to your staff, but no immediate or effective action was taken. You stated that the issue had been “addressed,” but simply attempting to address a problem does not mean that it was resolved. On the second day, you made an attempt to address the situation, but the underlying problems were never actually fixed. That is not the customer’s responsibility—it is the hotel’s responsibility. I chose your hotel based on the amenities and services that were advertised. When those services are not provided as promised, it constitutes a service failure, and the hotel is responsible for resolving it. A dangerous water leak and wet floor in my room, resulting in me tripping. Room 605 A non-functioning refrigerator/minibar in Room 606 throughout the stay. A non-functioning television in Room 606 despite the problem being reported. Delayed and ultimately ineffective action by the hotel to resolve these problems. The customer service provided by your front-line staff was highly unprofessional. We were not treated with the level of courtesy, professionalism, or respect that guests should reasonably expect from a hospitality business. Furthermore, we were provided with inaccurate and inconsistent information, which caused additional confusion and frustration during our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that is in the business of serving and accommodating guests. Professional communication, accurate information, courtesy, and accountability should be basic standards of customer service. Unfortunately, our experience with your front-line staff fell far below those standards.

Read above. Because of your service failures, we asked only that you waive the €100 you claim we owe. As for who deserves compensation, it is us, the customers, because we paid for the amenities and services your hotel advertised. You failed to provide them. WE have fully paid our hotel stay.

Douche te dicht boven kranen gemonteerd waardoor je lastig echt lekker eronder kan douchen . Hele trage liften Hele donkere gangen waarbij t nooduitgangen en emergency voorschriften niet leesbaar zijn . Ontbijt sloppy, slecht bijgevuld , ontbijtspullen blijven veel te lang op tafels liggen etc …moest echt overal om vragen .

Milano cantraleye çok yakın, direk çıkışında bulunuyor. Kahvaltı mekanının manzarası güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Yatak rahat ve genişti.

Daha temiz olabilirdi, biraz etraf tozluydu. Çay-kahve için bardak ve sıcak su yoktu. Banyo malzemeleri ve terlik yoktu.

Really good location, perfect for travelers because it's close to the Milano Central train station. The staff was very gentile, special thanks to Lorenzo at the reception that gave us a good recommendation to eat dinner at a local place. The room was small but cozy and had a great view.

The room temperature was centralized and we couldn't regulate it. There was only one bathing cap and we were a couple. There were no slippers.

Hi I really liked how I was welcomed; the manager who greeted me was a very friendly and sweet young woman. There was also a friendly and welcoming manager who checked us out. I enjoyed my stay in the room—it was quiet, and I didn’t hear any unwanted noises. Thank you very much...

It was clean and comfortable, the view was outstanding

The area around it is not ideal, not the fault of the hotel, but still, I wouldn’t go out at night here.

The location was fantastic. So close to the train station and metro and tour pick up points. Spacious room with a good view. The reception staff were EXCELLENT so friendly and helpful, best we’ve ever had

There were no lobby areas and we needed to buy shampoo and conditioner as none in room. Tea and coffee in room is something we would expect for this standard of hotel but there wasn’t any

A/C worked and shower was spacious but bed frame wasn't the safest

I made a mistake on the booking with the dates and contacted the hotel within seconds however they rejected the request to amend these dates after further discussion they agreed but charged me €30 which is quite unfair for a typo or error that costs them nothing to change. Furthermore the hotel wasn't the cleanest and I found fake eye lashes and hairs in the sink. It was also hazardous as my brother tripped on a piece of metal sticking out of the bed and injured himself several times which I have photographic evidence of. I wouldn't recommend staying here as the service is terrible and facilities provided weren't safe.

Empregados simpáticos, especialmente o Lourenzo que nos acolheu no balcão. A localização é espetacular. Quem tem medo de andar de metro devido ao enorme quantidade de carteiristas na cidade, pode sempre andar de eletrico que é cómodo e perto do hotel. Ao redor montes de restaurantes, cafés e até supermercado para as necessidades básicas.

O duche pode ficar mais bem limpo em termos de manutencão, percebe que os cantos já estão mais desgastados com o tempo em termos de apresentação ao hóspede.

Front desk personnel Lorenzo customer service was very poor. Does not empathize and never acted on guest complaints: The ceiling in Room 605 leaked water and created a huge puddle on the floor in front of the doorway where I almost tripped but thankful I did not break a bone. My cousin and her husband was in Room 606, both mini bar/fridge and TV did not work. They tried to address this on the 2nd day of our stay but to no avail. They could not store water nor food in the fridge. They do not have a TV working. We asked for them to waive the breakfast fee as compensation for the severe inconvenience, despite us having to eat just 2x at their 11th floor breakfast area. The front desk personnel was rude and did not care to at least compensate for their lack of attention. This is unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Brianna on the front desk was excellent and gave great advice on airport transfer for the morning. Great location being right next to the train station and restaurants yet was completely soundproof

Pokój jest dość mały, łazienka jest w pokoju a nie osobno. Zdecydowanie brakuje krzeseł na balkonach - specjalnie dopłaciłam do widoku na dworzec centralny i balkon a nawet nie było na czym usiąść wieczorem. Największym jednak minusem była klimatyzacja centralnie sterowana - pomimo licznych próśb w nocy temperatura była niska, personel obiecywał zmianę temperatury jednak do nich nie dochodziło. W pokoju był panel sterowania, jednak był on zablokowany - personel nie chciał go odblokować….

I think the beds were really comfortable and it was a good location as it was very close to a lot of nice restaurants and tube stations.

It lacked basic necessities and they add on extra charges for basic stuff too like slippers, a kettle, the mini bar, even though I paid for the hotel so I shouldn’t have to pay extra to drink stuff out of the fridge that is literally put in there for us and it doesn’t say that you have to pay extra for that. Also as well I feel the room was small compared to how much I paid for it

Location was perfect as was a quick overnight stay. Across the road from the train station and close to minimart and restaurants.

Camera con ottimo materasso e condizionata molto bene, la stanza era molto spaziosa e la posizione è perfetta con metro vicinissima oltre che ovviamente alla stazione dei treni di fronte.

La colazione non era nulla di impressionante, un buffet standard con brioche surgelate. Il bidet era un po' piccolo.

The location was excellent, right by Milano Centrale and very convenient for getting anywhere in the city. Our room was spacious, with a lovely view, and I really liked the modern design. The breakfast room was also beautifully designed and had a great view from the windows, which made breakfast very pleasant.

There wasn't anything I particularly disliked, although I would have loved to have had a bathtub in the room. The breakfast experience could perhaps have felt a little more welcoming and relaxed. At times, the noise from plates and cutlery being cleared was quite noticeable, but overall these were only small things.
