La ubicación es perfecta y la vista increíble frente a Centrale. La Habitación muy cómoda y bien dispuesta. El desayuno correcto aunque con poca variedad de frutas, pero con buena pastelería. El personal muy agradable, sonriente y presto a ayudar orientar.

No se podía apagar la luz del espejo del baño y el color negro de todo el baño dificulta apreciar la limpieza. Los ascensores se sienten estrechos porque no tienen espejos. Pero son sólo detalles ya que el hotel está muy bien.

El hotel muy frío en todos los sentidos de la palabra. En recepción nadie me ayudó con el español y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no se regulaba bien y pasamos mucho frío. El desayuno bien. La zona nada recomendable por la noche ya que la boca del metro que está justo en la puerta del hotel se llena de gentuza cuando cierra el metro.

Perfect location, easy access to the metro. Right across from Central station and great staff. All was clean and quiet- good AC - nice breakfast buffet and had a nice view from my room.

Great location across from the train station although about 30 minutes' walk from the duomo and center and all the fancy shopping. We liked the area near the hotel, with parks and squares, and also smaller retail experiences.

1. The metal bedside tables make a ton of noise in the night! 2. The black bathroom has terrible lighting and is dangerous to find in the dark. 3. The enormous sliding closet door is beyond awkward: either preventing access to the bathroom or preventing easy access to the closet. Very cumbersome. 3. The hotel is tawdry, an attempt at fun with bright colors and "glam" details but it just looks cheap (and is certainly cheaply constructed). 4. The front desk staff did not make it clear the airport limo is an independent service; we were led to believe it was added to our bill when, in fact, we paid the driver upon arrival at the airport. This, after the driver did not show up as scheduled and we were delayed until another could be located. For this to happen? It's an expensive option!

Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. Love the little extra of a glass of Prosecco when I'm on holiday.

Are room was at the front of the hotel which wasn't very well sound insulated. We could clearly hear people outside in the early hours of the morning.

The apartment had a great view to Milano Centrale Station, the air conditioning was perfect, and all the facilities were very good. A great bath and a very nice and king size bed to relax after walking around the city spots.

The location was excellent, especially as we were there for the Grand Prix weekend. All the staff were so helpful & friendly. The view we had from our room was perfect and a real feature. Having a mini fridge in the room is a bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. In all a good base for what we were in the city for.

The room itself was starting to look a little tired and I really feel a bit of work to our room was needed. For example the brassware & silicone / grout around the shower waste in the bathroom needs removing & replacing, the drench shower head didnt work & needs repair or replacement, we didnt report it as we could manage with just the fixed handset. The tv had no channels whatsoever , but again this didnt detract from our experience greatly. I do feel that drink facilities in the room would be a good addition for your customers experience.

It is certainly dated but over clean. The shower heads seems to be a little moldy/build up and not sure the faucets are polished however we did enjoy fresh linens & toilets daily.

I provided my driver’s license, which has been accepted without any issues on numerous occasions, including in cities in Switzerland, Germany, and Spain. I also provided an electronic copy of my passport, along with my valid Italian residence permit, but these documents were not accepted. Unfortunately, the way I was treated made me feel that the staff had already formed a biased opinion about me. I felt disrespected and humiliated, and the situation was made even more disturbing by what appeared to be assumptions and stereotypes based on my nationality. I eventually went to the police station, obtained the required document, and was then allowed back into my room. However, I find it completely unacceptable to treat and humiliate foreign guests in such a manner because of prejudice or stereotypes. Every guest deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their nationality or background. Regarding this situation, I have already contacted the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Rome. They were very receptive to my concerns and have agreed to consider the possibility of pursuing the matter through legal channels, as I believe this situation has now gone beyond a personal issue and has affected the reputation and dignity not only of myself, but potentially of my fellow citizens as well. Racism is one of the scourges of our time, and I believe it is a matter of principle and honor to stand up against prejudice, discrimination, and stereotypes. I do not intend to simply ignore what happened. I am deeply disappointed by the way this hotel handled the situation.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely the location. It’s incredibly convenient if you’re planning to use public transport, as it’s just steps away from Milano Centrale and the metro. During our stay, we travelled to Monza, Bergamo, Varenna, and other places by train, and having the station so close made everything very easy. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also slept very well overall. The soundproofing between rooms is particularly good, we never really heard the people staying next to us, although you can occasionally hear people in the hallway or noise from outside. The views from the hotel are also very nice, and the staff we interacted with were generally welcoming.

There were a few small things that could definitely be improved. Housekeeping removed our soap at one point and didn’t replace it, which was a little strange. The shampoo and conditioner provided were also genuinely some of the worst I’ve used in a hotel, they left my hair feeling like it was still full of product even after rinsing it repeatedly - for days!!. It’s obviously a minor thing, but I would definitely recommend bringing your own. I personally found the pillows uncomfortable, although pillow preference is very subjective. The bed itself, however, was very comfortable. We also found that many of the TV channels didn’t seem to be accessible.

Very disappointing experience. One of our bags went missing after our luggage was handed to the hotel staff for delivery to our room. Unfortunately, the hotel management showed little urgency or support in handling such a serious incident. I strongly recommend keeping your luggage and valuables with you at all times.

Super location, comfortable beds with a good sized room. Great shower with good water pressure. Room has good sound proofing and blackout curtains so you have a great night’s sleep.

Location near Central Station, which was very necessary for our early train departure to Malpenza Airport. We had a great view of the station from our room with large, very clean windows. Comfortable bed and 2 pillows.

The cleaning service didn't make it to our room, there was no tea station (kettle), we could not get the safe to work, despite following instructions, the shower handle did not stay in place and the air conditioning was too high. We tried to turn it down, but ended up having to turn it off.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Superquiet thanks to soundproof windows and silent airconditioning. Friendly staffy, spacious rooms, we will be back.

There is nothing I can think of, it was perfect.

Albergo accanto alla stazione, comodissimo e pulitissimo. Staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. Avevamo prenotato una doppia ed all'arrivo ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito assegnandoci la suite all'ultimo piano con enorme terrazzo privato. Un sogno!! Mio figlio era entusiasta, grazie mille!

Für eine Frau wäre eine bessere Beleuchtung im Badezimmer fürs schminken besser. Die sauberkheit im Badezimmer ist ok, aber sie könnten mal Entkalker benützen, alles ist weiss.... Für mich fehlen immer in den Hotels eine schuhelöffel🤷‍♀️ BEim Frühstück, würde ich lieber Frischen Orangensaft trinken, die brühe die sie servieren ist ekelhaft.

밀라노 찬트랄레 역 바로 앞이라서 공항이나 다른 지역으로 이동하기 전후에 숙박하기 좋았습니다. 지하철역도 가깝고 찬트랄레 역 뷰가 정말 예뻤습니다. 창문이 활짝 열려서 환기 가능한 것도 좋았는데, 방충망이 없어서 오래 열어두기엔 좀 불안했어요. 조식이 매우 다양하고 푸짐했어요.

캐리어받침대가 없었던 점과, 옷장문을 열면 그게 중문 역할을 하게 되도록 설계된 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 옷장선반에 캐리어를 올려놓을 수 있는 공간이 있는데, 옷장문을 열어두려면 중문처럼 문이 닫히는 방식이라서 화장실을 갈수가 없더라구요. 어쩔수없이 옷장은 사용안했고 캐리어는 바닥에 두어야 했습니다.

- The toilet flush was faulty, with water continuously running. Even after we contacted the maintenance team, we waited for over an hour, but no one came to assist. - The room felt quite worn and did not meet the standard we expected from a 4-star hotel. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, and the safe was broken and unusable.

Location is right next to Milan central station. Taking train to other cities are easy du to this. Plenty of places to eat around the place.

Rooms were dusty and got sick breathing in all dust. Hallways and rooms were dark, not enough light. Breakfast was too expensive, 25 Euros per person.

Check-in was at 14:00. We arrived by 13:30, and unfortunately, the room was not ready until 14:40. We needed to wait in the lobby

Based on 4 star rating I was expecting much higher standards. Unfortunately, room was very small to the point that there was no room to open my luggage. Lights in the bathroom were very low in yellow color. There was no shampoo or hair conditioner. On my request I received hair shampoo and conditioner but during next day cleaning my hair products were removed from my bathroom. Also, I could not find iron and cafe maker was nowhere to find. Only one bright part of my stay was front desk personnel. They were very professional, positive and attentive.
