Phòng rộng bất ngờ, sáng sủa, sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, giúp thuê xe nhanh gọn, hướng dẫn chỗ ăn, chơi rất tốt, nhờ bạn mà chúng tôi đi xem mặt trời mọc trên núi Sam (cực kì đẹp 😍)

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie ferme mais confortable. Personnel charmant qui nous a aidé à organiser notre départ en bateau vers le Cambodge mais qui propose aussi des conseils pour visiter la région.

Clean room.

The manager was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me to find a scooter with driver at a reasonable price on very short notice so I could go to Tra Su Forrest Park.

There were ants in the room… despite that the room was on the 4th floor. I believe they came up through the sewage.

cho thuê xe cũ á nên chạy xe bị hư, hên hồn về tới nơi được. Rồi đi ra khỏi nơi nghỉ gửi lại chìa phòng không có gì, nhưng mà tự ý dọn phòng không báo trước, sạch sẽ thì oke nhưng nên báo khách, vì đồ đạc cá nhân vẫn còn ở trong, không thoải mái lắm. Mong được khắc phục

Really nice hotel and good value for money. Reception staff speak great English and were such a help organising a tour to Tra Su and letting me know what to expect with my boat trip to Cambodia. Room felt so luxurious after a month staying in hostels. Also free bicycle rental!

Although it's called a hostel really it's a hotel. I didn't meet any other travellers while there and, unless I missed something, it's not really the place for that sort of thing anyway. Also unbelievably loud from a wedding across the road when I arrived, but it was all over by midnight thankfully. Still, seems like the best option in town even if you are a traveller.

Vợ chồng anh chị chủ khách sạn siêu nhiệt tình. Mình đi phòng 2 giường, giường siêu rộng, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, phù hợp với giá tiền.

Gần chợ Châu đốc nên đi ăn uống trong chợ hay khu vực xung quanh dễ dàng. Nhưng hơi xa chùa bà, đi xe ô tô chắc tầm 10p mới tới chùa.

The boss , Ms-Loi is very friendly and enthusiastic to introduce us to all the local attractions. She gives us all the info we need, that was very helpful for us

La dureté des lits mais cela devient commun au Vietnam !! Attention le balcon ne donne pas directement dans la chambre, il faut sortir de sa chambre, balcon commun.

The staff and probably the owner are all helpful. Loi, the lady, she picked me up from the bus feeder staff and helped me book my bus tickets to the next destination cities. She also helped me renting a motorcycle with the driver for sightseeings. The room is also very clean and has good facilities. It is actually a hotel, not a hostel. The location is also close to the street food vendors where you can also find 2 halal food restaurants with reasonable prices.

Excellent choice as a value for money for a short stay. The lady owner very kind, very helpful for whatever you need.

Chambre parfaitement propre et silencieuse, hotel tres bien tenu, personnel tres accueillant et aidant, notamment la proprietaire pour planifier des activites solo, des trajets de decouverte des environs et le bus pour Sadec.pret de velos, location de scooter sur place, supermarche et restauration proches a pied.

Il faudrait juste reparer le couvercle des toilettesqui est casse.

Le Prêt de vélos. Surtout la proposition de deux tours avec Mr Van qui nous transporte avec son acolyte en deux roues à travers les rizières et les canaux afin de visiter une forêt en speed boat et en barque . Pour finir gravir la plus belle pagode de Chau Doc. Balade plus de 5h en tout et repas offert. Le lendemain visite de maisons flottantes et village Cham pendant 3h. Rapport qualité/prix.

Une seule table de nuit. Peu de produits pour la toilette.

Accueillant chaleureux Personnel facilitant les réservations, essayant de faire au mieux pour nous tout le temps 24/24h. Chambre propre, climatisation fonctionnelle. Chambre un peu vieillotte et sans beaucoup d'équipements mais normal pour le prix et très satisfaisant !

Manque d’insonorisation, surtout quand on sait que les vietnamiens vivent dans les couloirs et se lèvent très tôt.. Matelas très dur

Le personnel est d'une gentillesse extrême et répond à vos demandes en un temps record. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner à l'hôtel.

The lady who speaks English went above and beyond for us..our angel in disguise :). Guided us where to get grilled banana rice. She organized the bus to Ha Tien, got us onto upset tummy medicine and hydro drinks as I got a little sick there. Room was clean. Bed was firm. Location was amongst the locals...loved it there. Would have stayed an extra night but they were booked out.

Après une arrivée compliquée à Châu Đốc la veille, nous avons été particulièrement touchés par la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. L’équipe a été formidable : elle nous a aidés à réserver des taxis pour venir nous chercher et a également organisé notre transfert en bus pour le lendemain, ce qui nous a grandement facilité les choses. Les chambres étaient parfaitement conformes aux photos : confortables, propres, avec de l’eau chaude et un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

chỗ ở thuận lợi, tiện cho xe khách đưa đón, có sân rộng nên gđ nào có xe nhà cũng tiện vì có chỗ đậu thoải mái, với cũng gần nhà bên nội, vào núi cũng gần, và cũng gần các điểm vui chơi của trẻ, ks sạch sẽ, có thang máy, gđ mình đã ở lần 2 rồi.

Tại do về dịp Tết nên giờ check in hơi chậm trễ tí.

Tout fonctionnait parfaitement. 20 mns dans des rues animées et variees pour arriver au bord de la rivière Le personnel ne parle que peu anglais a l'exception de la propriétaire (je suppose,) très agréable et qui m'a aidée en organisant une excursion groupée avec d'autres voyageurs. C'était parfait. Elle s'est également occupée de me réserver un bus pour ma prochaine destination. Bon rapport qualité/prix

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel qui vous facilite le plus possible vos excursions. Des vélos sont à disposition gratuitement permettant de rejoindre le centre ville qui est un. Peu éloigné. Literie très confortable. Climatisation au top. Le seul petit regret c est que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas proposé. Un très bon séjour

Clean, nice room. Slept well, quiet, nice beds and clean bathroom. Highly recommend. Very friendly front desk. Day 1. Helped me book a bike driver for 300 000 VND in the afternoon to Tra Su cajuput forest (about 250 000 for motor boat, around 4.30pm, then rowing boat around 5pm to see the birds migrate- beautiful, I recommend both boats) + Sam mountain pagoda + local restaurant with tasty and very special Lau mam fish hotpot (200 000 VND). Day 2. Solo guide with Long, highly recommend, booked through the hostel- spring roll and noodle breakfast, fish farm floating village, Cham muslim village, plus lots of information about differences in north and south culture and about different fruits we passed. Price 1 000 000 VND, from 7am-10am. Also helped me with contacting bus for shuttle.

Freundliches und präsentes Personal. Motorräder konnten in der überwachten Eingangshalle abgestellt werden. Zentrale Lage. Helles Eck Zimmer (Nr. 205). Guter Fahrstuhl. Warme Dusche mit gutem Druck. Kleiner aber performanter Elektrolux-Kühlschrank.

Ein Wasserspender für Gäste hätte uns und der Umweltbelastung gedient. In unserem Zimmer hatte es überall sehr viele kleine Ameisen, obwohl wir den Müll konsequent auf der Straße entsorgt haben. Diese kamen in grosser Anzahl auf das Bett, auch wenn dort nichts Süßes vorhanden war.

Superbe hôtel pour découvrir la région de l'An giang. Location de scooter pour 160 000 dong /jour. Le lit est très grand et très confortable.

Le personnel est aimable et toujours prêt à nous aider pour réserver des bus ou des excursions. Le prêt de vélo permet de visiter la belle ville de Chau Doc. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Friendly front desk. They rent out motorbikes or will give you a bycicle for free to go into town. Rooms at the rear are most silent. Chau Doc is a gem of a city !!

Straight forward accommodation with everything you need

Nothing to dislike

The room and staff were great. Had everything I needed including hot water. Even though English was minimal we got there with translator apps. The owner lady (who could speak English) tried her best to help me with an airline issue and organised my bus pickup for which I was hugely grateful.

The bed was really hard on an old body like mine and a couple of tea bags would have been good. And the hotel is a fair walk away from the town centre if you don’t have a bike or scooter.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! I have to highlight the helpfulness of the staff and the exceptional cleanliness of my room. Definitely recommended!

Everything works. Air con in room stays on when i go out. Hot and strong shower. Friendly cat.

The lady who met us at the reception, arranged a boat to Cambodia for us straight away and enabled us to leave this rather uninviting town the next day. It was cheap and booking.com described it as exceptional.

The rock hard bed. The uncovered duvet that was a little smaller than the mattress. The pillow that squashed to nothing the moment you put your head on it. The lake that formed in the middle of the bathroom after a shower and never left. I know it was cheap, but if I had known how impossible it would be to sleep there, I would have slept on the pavement, it had to be softer than that mattress! This hotel is not exceptional by any stretch of the imagination.

Everything was perfect. Room is clean. Employees helpfull and flexible.

Probably the best and cleanest budget accommodation we’ve had in 6 weeks in S.E. Asia. Very well organised and spotlessly clean. Kettle (but no coffee but we had our own) hairdryer, clean towels and room clean. Free bicycles. Receptionist was really helpful without even asking him. The private tour he arranged for us from there was really good and cheaper ($35) than we’d seen. The tour guide Vang was super nice and accommodating and very considerate and caring about my first time on the back of a motorbike. Location a little bit out of the way of the central restaurants but we like to walk so wasn’t a problem.

Nothing but would have been lovely to have sachets of coffee.
