Staff gentilissimo. Possibilità si affittare lo scooter. Buona la colazione. Stanza pulita e luminosa. Per un’esperienza local, provate il ristorante di strada subito alla destra dell’hotel. Incredibile!

Les personnes qui s'occupent du lieu sont très gentilles, serviables et généreuses. C'est en fait dans le Hoang De motel. Super moto en location ! L'emplacement est très bien quand on est motorisé. Petit-déjeuner compris, sympa.

Frigo très sale. Pas de draps, même du dessous, une sorte de couette fine (lavée entre chaque client ?)

Superbe accueil. Emplacement très bon (mais il faut prendre un taxi pour l’embarcadère). Grandes chambres.

Problème d’odeurs dans les salles de bain et de fourmis dans les lits mais cela ne nous fait absolument pas regretter.

Le personnel était vraiment hyper attentionné, je n’ai pas jamais vu ça ! On est arrivés tard, ils nous avaient acheté des choses à grignoter et nous ont aidé pour changer des VND en dollars un dimanche (la gérante y est allée à notre place avec un super taux). Cela nous a facilité notre transition vers le Cambodge ! Elle nous a également indiqué des super plans pour se poser avec les enfants !

L'accueil a ete au topx une petite attention à notre arrivée, des conseils pour visiter, des contact de chauffeur très bien.

Sora è stata estremamente attenta alle nostre esigenze. Ci ha aiutato ad organizzare i trasferimenti in bus e ci ha anche trovato autisti per la giornata o taxi per le tratte brevi. La camera family è ampia, pulita e con comodi materassi. La colazione è molto abbondante.

We had a wonderful stay at Cherry Homestay and truly enjoyed our time there. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly by one of the lovely members of the team. We felt as if we were being welcomed like family. The kindness, care, and genuine hospitality made us feel at home right away. The team went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. They helped us arrange a taxi and a private car for our trip to Cambodia, and they also assisted us with finding information about the boat tickets. We are truly grateful for all the help and support we received. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we slept very well. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and tasty food. We looked forward to it every morning. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend Cherry Homestay to anyone visiting the area. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

Sora la l'hôtesse est d'une gentillesse et serviabilité exceptionnelle j'ai bien aimé l'emplacement qui est dans une rue résidentielle, mais proche de beaucoup de street food et des voisins sympathiques.

Rien. Petit détail dans la salle de bain : L'écoulement de l'eau est à l'opposé de la douche mais c'est un détail.

the host is lovely and speaks very good english. she was very helpful in booking my bus ticket to cambodia. they have a couple of bikes you can borrow and scooters too i believe

the location is average , it’s a bit out of town so about 20 minutes walk to be in the centre. the owner really is lovely but their communication wasn’t always clear - eg i had no idea what time breakfast was, i wasn’t told the wifi password. the room wasn’t made up during my stay either

This Homestay is perfect. The manager was so kind and cooked amazing food. We felt very looked after. Clean and neat

The room was big, the bathroom was very nice ! There is an elevator in the hotel, so it is very good for us with our huge backpack. It's possible to eat too, she cooked some special dish for us following our dietary (gluten intolerant for one and vegetarian for the other one) and the food was amazing!

반갑게 맞아줍니다. 객실의 침대는 편안합니다.

냉장고가 많이 더러웠어요 성애가 녹아서 물이 흥건해서 넘쳐 나왔고 검은 곰팡이 자국이 베어 있어서 다른방으로 교체해 주었지만 그방의 냉장고도 상태가 같았어요 오히려 방은 더 작고 답답해서 원래 배정 되었던 방을 쓰겠다고 했어요 여주인은 냉장고 청소를 해주진 않았어요 하는수 없이 내가 직접 수건을 받아서 칫솔로 청소를 하고 닦아서 사용했습니다. 보이는 곳은 깨끗했지만 커피잔도 닦여있지 않아서 씻어서 썼어요 세심한 청결은 아니었다는 생각입니다. 나누 주로 걸어서 다니는데 먼거리는 아니지만 날씨가 뜨거워서 시내까지 걷는게 힘듭니다. 20분이상 걸립니다. 숙소 주변에는 길거리 식당이 아침과 저녁에 영업을 하지만 청결상태가 좀 미덥지 않고 다른 레스토랑이나 카페 없어서 시내로 나가야 합니다.

Nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour un établissement proche du port d’embarquement pour Phnom Penh.

Die Gastgeberin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat mich gleich mit einer SIM Karte, dem Busticket für den nächsten Tag und allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt. Außerdem hat sie dafür gesorgt, dass ich am Fährterminal abgeholt wurde. Das war klasse, zumal es genau in dem Moment zu regnen begann.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht so nah am Zentrum und leider ist es mir nicht gelungen herauszufinden, wie ich in die nähere Umgebung gelangen kann. Der Ort selber hat wenig zu bieten, außer dass es ein guter Verbindungsort zwischen Phnom Penh und Vietnam ist.

The owener was very pleasant and room was a good size and the aircon was working well. Very good for the price!

Tout Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale Twin beds de 60 m2 avec balcon et plein d'équipements. En arrivant on nous a attribué une petite chambre avec 1 lit sans les équipements indiqués sur booking. Devant notre protestation on nous a changé dans une autre avec 2 lits mais toujours petite sans balcon et sans les équipements indiqués. L'hôte nous a informé que si on ne voulait toujours pas de cette chambre on peut annuler mais on doit payer la nuit ( on est arrivé aux environs de 15h). Bref on s’est fait arnaqué avec le sourire .

Value for price and the staff/hosts of the facility. They are amazing and push the extra mile to make everything comfortable for us! They even kindly prepared a take away breakfast for us as we were leaving the structure very early in the morning.

We didn't stay in the homestay as it was being renovated, so they moved us (and upgraded our room ) to a different structure (the motel)

Sora was absolutely amazing - she arranged trips for me both days, and was always on hand for local tips and advice. I was there for 3 breakfasts - I had a different one each time and they were all great. They also have a bike that can be used - I cycled to visit a couple of the Cham villages.

The host was very helpful. She helped us book the ferry to Phnom Penh and prepared us a breakfast to take with. So kind!

Le personnel de l'accueil était vraiment tres sympathique. L'hôtel est très bien passé et permet d'aller très facilement en ville à pied tout en restant au calme. Garage souterrain pour la moto

J'avais la chambre du rez-de-chaussée et impossible de faire la grâce matinée car dès six heures du matin il y a du bruit.

The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful. Packed us breakfast and lunch for our ferry to Phnom Penh.

- la communication : plusieurs messages restés sans réponse ou nous avons mis du temps à avoir des réponses. Mais tout s’est bien déroulé quand même.

Excellent accueil. Sora ( la personne responsable) est aux petits soins avec nous : a effectué nos réservations pour le speed boat pour Phnom Penh, commande le taxi pour le matin, s'occupe de la location du scooter. Nous a même offert un pique nique / petit déjeuner pour le voyage . Bouteilles d'eau gratuites, Lits confortables et climatisation fonctionne bien. Plein de commerces à proximité, mais calme la nuit. Un excellent choix et un super rapport qualité/prix.

Super accueil de la gérante Sora, qui a aussi été d'une grande aide pour réserver un transport, acheter une carte sim, etc. Très bon petit déj, et chambre (ainsi que salle de douche) hyper confortable, probablement la meilleure de tout notre voyage d'un mois au Vietnam, avec un lit et des oreillers confortables et de l'espace ! Je reviendrais sans hésiter :)

Le personnel très gentil et à notre écoute. Elle s'est occuper de nous réserver les billets de bus....

La propreté est un peu juste, le robinet sale, frigo ne fonctionne pas .....

Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et l'environnement est très calme. La laundry et la location de scooters sont disponibles sur place. L'hôte vous aide dans toutes vos démarches. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Rafraîchissements et gourmandises offertes à l' arrivée. Petit déjeuner à emporter au top même de bonne heure. Taxi partagé proposé pour prendre le bateau. Vraiment top🩷

Super helpful staff - Sora went out of her way to organise our onward travel, made us breakfast for the morning of our boat, and when we accidentally left something behind she had it sent on the next boat for us to collect. She also recommended lots of places to eat which were very good (try the duck!!)

The room could have been cleaner and we didn’t realise how far it was from the centre of Chau Doc (about 20 mins) but there are places nearby to eat which Sora recommended.

Accueil très sympathique et souriant de Sora dans cette grande maison au calme . La chambre est grande , lumineuse et bien équipée ... frigo , climatisation , bouilloire .... Salle de bains fonctionnelle avec eau bien chaude et affaires de toilette . Enfin les petits déjeuners vietnamiens étaient excellents et copieux . Le rapport qualité prix est excellent .

Les rideaux ne suffisent pas à garantir l' obscurité dans la chambre la nuit mais ça ne m ' z pas gêné .

Die Zimmer sind gross und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sora works so hard for her guests. She really helped find a one day tour with a one to one tour guide to bring me to alll the places I wanted to see. There are two parts to the property, one is the hotel part with different decor and style, and the other part is the homestay, which is family home. Just remember to keep the fan on in the bathroom to keep the air fresh. I am not sure if the fridge was working but I didn't need it. The bedroom was kovely, so comfortable and a great wee chair for watching the street life from the balcony. I enjoyed the breakfasts and her recommendations for places to eat. To learn a little bit more about Vietnam from the inside, this type of stay is so good.

The fridge was a bit musty. I don't know if it gets used. I didn't need it. I think if the fridge is not good it's best not to have one at all.

From beginning to end, everything was great. Texting me to say the room was ready before check-in time, the rooms are large, well equipped, you would never think you could get such quality for such an affordable price. Then, there is Sora who is just amazing, happy to book bus tickets for you, organize scooter rental, advise you on places to visit, I don’t know where she gets such joyful energy! To top it off, her English is good and the breakfast she prepares super tasty!

Прекрасное место. Очень чисто. Хорошее белье и полотенца. Потрясающе мягкие матрасы. Шикарный горячий душ с хорошим напором. Аренда байка прямо в отеле. Безопасный подземный паркинг. Хороший завтрак. Но самое ценное - замечательное отношение хозяев. Нам помогли во всем, заказали билеты, такси, и положили с собой вкусный завтрак! Спасибо! До новый встречи! Однозначно рекомендую всем!

Sora ( the manager ) was an exceptional host. She could not do enough for me. The homestay ( feels more like a hotel ) is situated in a cool part of town. Really good street and coffee shops. The rooms are really nice. Lots of places to visit nearby and Sora gave me some pointers to places to visit. The breakfast is wholesome and filling. Overall a great place to stay

Not much. A funeral went pass one day and it was a bit noisy. But it was only for a few minutes.

Excellent accueil par Sara qui fait tout pour satisfaire et aider le voyageur de passage. Les petits déjeuners sont bons parfois déroutants aux palais occidentaux. Les conseils sont précis et la réalisation efficace. On se sent bien, en confiance. Une adresse pratique au calme malgré la musique de l'école de danse qui s'arrête tôt. Ce n'est pas un souci. Je conseille fortement pour un séjour bien rempli sur Chau Doc.

Um zu Fuss zum Hotel zu gelangen muss man der stark befahrenen Strasse entlang laufen, was v.a. nachts unangenehm ist.

Der Service war der wahnsinn! Sora ist unglaublich lieb und kümmert sich soforz um alles, egal was du brauchst. Tipps, Touren, Transport, Simkarte, einfach unglaublich. Das Doppelzimmer war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Für ein paar Nächte wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem nah von Restaurants und Bäckereien. Zudem sehr nah vom Busbahnhof, wirklich top. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Sora!

Die Sauberkeit im Bad bzw in der Dusche könnte etwas besser sein, aber es war wirklich nicht tragisch. Trotzdem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Ausflüge. Besonders zum Tra Su Nationalpark

The room was spacious and comfortable. Sora is a lovely hostess. I arrived very early in the morning and they checked me in as soon as the room was available. Breakfast was very nice and I was given a ride to the bus station.

It was slightly outside the centre, but still within walking distance.

Sora ist eine tolle, liebenswerte, witzige und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Man konnte bei ihr auch gleich einen Roller mieten um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Preis-Leistung ist hier unschlagbar! Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Weiterhin hat Sora uns bei dem Transport zum nächstens Stop total weitergeholfen und uns Bustickets (diese Verbindung gab es online gar nicht) und auch Tickets für die Fähre direkt mitorganisiert.

Das Zimmer war doch schon sehr abgenutzt, aber wir waren ja hauptsächlich nur zum schlafen da.

La atención de la propietaria es excelente, me ayudó muchísimo en todo desde que llegué. La ubicación es céntrica pero en un lugar tranquilo. La habitación limpia y con todo lo necesario. Un desayuno muy bueno. Lo recomiendo mucho sin duda.

Mal wurden wir freundlich gegrüsst von den sonstigen Bewohnern dort, mal nicht. War etwas seltsam. Es hat nebenan noch ein Hotel, das dazuzugehören scheint, so dass das Homestay gefühlt eher nebenbei lief. Das Frühstück ist nicht auf europäische Bedürfnisse ausgelegt, aber der ganze Ort Chau Doc ist nicht sehr von westlichen Touristen geprägt, von daher muss man damit rechnen.

Je ne saurais jamais assez remercier la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse. J’ai malheureusement été très malade pendant le séjour et elle a tout fait pour nous aider, allant même jusqu’à la pharmacie pour nous acheter des médicaments. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Ils sont vraiment formidables. En plus, ils nous ont tout organisé : bateau pour le Cambodge, location de scooter, bonnes adresses pour se restaurer… La chambre offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix, avec eau chaude et tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le lix est un tout petit peu dur mais ça dépend des personnes. Merci encore pour tout !
