Все понравилось: свежий ремонт, новоое посельное белье и кровать, удобный матрас, чайник, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер новый и тихий, тихая улочка, 2 мин. до пляжа Клеопатра, хорошие завтраки, уборка каждый день. Персонал очень дружелюбный. В ресторане при отеле действительно очень вкусно и не дорого.

The breakfast was same all 7 Days, and there wasnt many options.

Camera, piccola, bagno vecchio, mobili sanitari meglio non pensarci Colazione, non mangiate le uvette che restano sul bancone tutta la notte senza copertura, come quella specie di succo di arancia che resta in terrazza nel macchinario ma fermo senza girare, e poi cosa offrono, 1 uovo 2 triangoli di formaggio e una fetta di .... non so , e quello del banco.. lasciamo perdere Lift, non curato e vecchissimo max 2 persone senza bagagli Poco pulito, asciugamani sembravano stracci, duri e rotti tutti, anche il tavolo della colazione un po sporco come il bordo del lavandino (io parlo il primo giorno che sono arrivato alle 2 di notte, quindi doveva essere tutto perfetto). frigo bar vuoto siamo scappati il giorno dopo, usando una scusa per non offendere il proprietario che era carino e dispiaciuto. la mia camera 408 non la raccomando a nessuno.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2025The hotel is in an amazing location, just one minute from Damlataş Beach, which I consider one of the best, cleanest, and most modern beaches in Alanya. It is also only half a minute’s walk from the cable car, which takes you up to the beautiful castle on the cliffs, where you can also find a lovely restaurant with a stunning view. All cafés, bars, and restaurants - both modern and more traditional - are within walking distance. The location of the hotel simply will not let you get bored.As for the hotel itself, it is of course a bit old, but for the price they ask, it is more than enough. All the necessary amenities are available, and the cleanliness is at a good level. The cleaning lady is a very kind woman who always checks if you need anything, and I really appreciate that. The only drawback - or rather a wish - is that I would love to see the furniture updated a little, as it looks a bit worn out. But overall, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and kind.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2025If I can put more than 10 out of 10 I will gladly do .. the location is perfect, few steps from the famous Cleopatra beach and the cable car 🚠 up to the castle . The staff are super polite and friendly people .. you will feel like you are at home . The breakfast was really delicious although limited items . I will not go anywhere next time , straight ahead to the lovely Sunway hotel .
The hotel is a bit outdated but you are paying pennies for staying in such great location with lovely staff

Veliku zahvalnost i pohvale od nas imaju higijenicarke u hotelu koje su najvrednije i najljubaznije koje sam video do sada, svakodnevno ciscenje, menanje poateljine, ribanje podova, izbacivanje smeca itd i to uvek sa osmehom. Pozdravljamo ih jos jednom. Odlican hotel za ulozeni novac. Svaka preporuka.
Samo bi dorucak mogao da bude malo raznovrsniji, mada to i nije neki nedostatak.

Our room was clean and the ladies who are responsible for cleaning were so cute and sweet, especially Hatice Hanım. She was like a mom to us. It was such a nice experience for me and my husband🫠💙

Hotelul nu are parcare.... Îți spune ca e parcare publică care e plina mereu... Nu sunt locuri de parcare... Trebuie sa cauți 2 3 strazi depărtare și o lași cu riscul sa îți iei amenda. Baia e foarte mica și veche (se vede în poze) Personalul lasă de dorit când ii rogi sa te ajute. Nu au plase de țânțari la geamuri, ușa...si sunt din lemn nu închid ermetic.. Și în camera deja erau țânțari. In hotel miroase a vechi... Micul dejun foarte slab.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024Alanya Sunway Otel'de yaşadığım deneyim tam anlamıyla felaketti. Sabah kahvaltısında çalışanlara sürekli bağıran genç bir kadın, tüm misafirlere huzursuzluk veriyordu. Bu tür davranışlara otel yönetiminin izin vermesi profesyonellikten çok uzak. Odalar tam anlamıyla fiyasko. Hijyenden çok uzak. Kullanılmış sabunlar vardı. , su yoktu. ağır bir pis koku her yerdeydi. Misafir konforu ve temizlik konusunda bu kadar özensiz davranan bir yer görmedim. Bu gibi koşullar, konaklama deneyiminiz de ciddi düzeyde olumsuzluklar yaşatabilir ve rahat bir tatil geçirmenizi engelleyebilir. Alanya'da daha iyi hizmet sunan konaklama yerlerini tercih edebilirsiniz. Kesinlikle bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.
